Ven a alojarte en nuestro acogedor condominio de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños con capacidad para 6 personas y convenientemente ubicado a solo unos pasos de la góndola River Run.
Nuestra Unidad ofrece las siguientes comodidades para su uso durante su estadía con nosotros:
El dormitorio principal tiene una nueva cama king (2014), baño privado con dos lavabos y una combinación de ducha / bañera. La habitación de invitados cuenta con una nueva cama de felpa (2014). El segundo baño también cuenta con dos lavabos y una combinación de ducha / bañera. Además, el cómodo sofá cama tamaño queen tiene capacidad para 2 personas. También encontrará 2 humidificadores y 2 ventiladores en la unidad, así como una plancha con tabla de planchar y muchas mantas y almohadas adicionales.
La sala de estar cuenta con un televisor de pantalla plana Samsung HD de 50 'y muebles superpuestos que lo invitan a relajarse y recuperarse después de un largo día de aventuras que Keystone tiene para ofrecer.

We enjoyed the property. Everything was nice and convenient.

The unit was nice and we appreciated the games and well-equipped kitchen. However upon leaving, I texted the hosts to say we were done in the unit but could we leave the car parked in the (totally empty) parking garage while we walked to breakfast. We would have been maybe an hour tops on parking and we were vacating the unit earlier than required. They were unwilling to allow us to park the extra few minutes. Additionally, there is no clothes washer in the unit, which I was expecting. Finally, the added fees really substantially increased the price of this unit, making it not terribly cost effective.

We enjoyed our stay in this Springs condo. Overall, it was very comfortable. The master bedroom could use a TV and a few of the kitchen dishes need to be replaced or added to. We would stay in this condo again.

Nice property for our family of five. Clean. Comfortable. Close to the slopes. No car needed. Can hop on free ~20 minute bus ride (Summit Stage-Swan Mtn Flyer) to Breck to change it up while in Keystone.

River Run is a nice place for families with easy access to the gondola and Village, ample parking, decent gym and steam room, and a fun little pool with a water slide. This unit is in good shape. Like most 2BR units in the building, it’s pretty basic and fairly small, though. Good spot for my wife and 2 kids.

Perfect location walking distance to gondola. It was a tad muddy and loud during the walk because of construction on a new property, but the location and amenities made up for any inconvenience caused by the construction area. Will book again next time we visit Keystone!

This was a great stay. The towels and linens are wonderful and the condo is nice and clean. Access for skiing is fantastic with ski storage lockers and heated parking. We weren't able to arrive until 3 am and the check-in/access was SIMPLE. We plan to book again next year!

There are limitations to what an owner can do to maintain through a managment co, but it was comfortable, clean and serviceable.
Worn cane chairs; minor details like pots and pans that needed handles tightened, wall switches that had survived abuse, and ski lockers that would not function

We really enjoyed our 28 day stay. It was a great location (about a 3 min walk to the gondola) and the hot tub was awesome. Chris checked with us several times to make sure things were going well. 100% recommend!!!

We stayed here in the autumn and enjoyed a very quiet complex with comfortable beds. The pool was also a lot of fun for the kids. Check-in was easy and we had everything we needed.

Check-in was easy (no check-in, just sent a code). Great indoor parking right next to elevators, which made loading and unloading simple. Property is right next to shopping, dining and a playground. The only thing I'd say could be better would be kitchen supplies (frying pan handle was about to fall off and very few coffee mugs). The Property was otherwise well stocked with everything we needed. Check-out process was easy, with almost nothing being asked of us. Had a great stay and would stay again.

Overall a good experience. We liked the walkability to the River Run Village and the pool. The floor plan of the unit was spacious and functional for a family of 4. It was also safe and very quiet. I felt that the Keystone area was less crowded than other areas and that gave off a relaxing vibe.
A few of the disappointments were that the complex is not air conditioned. I was not aware of that going in, and the unit was hot when we arrived. It took a couple hours to cool down but was not ideal after a long day of traveling. The TV in the bedroom was not operational, and the windows all around the unit were very dirty and some were missing screens.

Great family getaway close to the base of Keystone. There is a new complex going in next door but the majority of the construction noise is on the other side of the complex. The heated pool and hot tubs are great. Proximity to the base area is wonderful. We found a nice loop to hike from the condo. We would definitely return!

When we arrived checkin was very easy and communication was great. The place was cleaned well too, just a bit worn. The master bathtub was clogged and they sent maintenance out very quick to fix. The elevators broke about 3 times during our week stay but got them fixed within a few hours
Our extreme disappointment was with the giant construction site between our condo and the Mountain. Nowhere was this mentioned in the listing and it is no longer "30 steps" to the gondola as advertised. My husband and I didn't mind the walk but 3 young kids with all their equipment did. We also booked a year in advanced and payed 4k for the week when you can now rent the condo for 2k. I'm guessing the price drop is due to construction. The construction also starts everyday at 6am and is VERY loud. Instead of mountain view in the pool area you have construction cranes and an ugly temporary fence.
I reached out to management to see if anything could be done regarding the inaccuracies of the listing and never got a response which was disappointing.
The interior of the condo is as described but is quite worn. The dining chairs are all breaking and uncomfortable, there are only 3 water glasses which is odd since the place sleeps 6.
Overall we had a great vacation despite the lack of sleep and lack of accommodations that were advertised.

We had a perfect spring break visit to keystone. The property was just as advertised, tidy and well organized. The walk to the gondola and village was less than five minutes. We would definitely return.
