House was as listed. Owners were on site and very friendly. We enjoyed our stay and especially loved the convenience of having chairs provided at the beach so we didn't have to carry them. We would stay here again.

Our hosts were very helpful. The owner went to a neighbor, a lifeguard, to find out where we should fish. Everything advertised and more was provided in this rental. WE enjoyed meeting them.

Nancy and Jim were great hosts and are available for any needs you may have. We used the kitchen appliances, wi-fi, grill, outside shower, AC and porch. Everything worked, the place was really clean and exactly as described. Beds and pillows were comfortable. You can get to the beach or the Washington St Mall in ten-minute walk or easy drive. We had no issues and would gladly stay here again! Thank-you!

We had a great time staying at this property. The location is great - about a mile to the beach and downtown area. The house was clean and the owners were friendly and accommodating.

Nancy & Jim are wonderful hosts in this extremely clean and comfortable rental. Central to beaches, great birding spots and restaurants. Kitchen had everything we needed for prepping breakfasts etc and beds were very comfortable. Great communication with hosts

We had a lovely time. The house was clean, well kept, and exactly as advertised - when booking someone else's home online, these are the top 3 things want! The location was great - walking distance to the beach and mall area. Beach tags for 4 are provided which is fantastic. Owners live upstairs so you hear normal activity, but this is advertised and excepted. The yellow house across the street was being sanded from about 8am-4pm every day which made using the porch unpleasant (in addition to all the packed cars almost right up to the porch). The owners can't control the house across the street, you just may want to ask how the renovation is going before booking. You will run into the owners and they are nice and give you your space. I would have done one load of laundry while there but it is coined operated which is a little offensive, but you also know that in advance, too. We would stay here again!

Nancy and Jim's place was perfect for my family. We went to celebrate my son's birthday with my husband sister, brother in law and niece. Perfect location, convenient to the center and beach. Quiet street and fair amount of parking for your 2nd car. CVS is around the corner and a plus if you have small children. Always needing something. Nancy was super considerate and even offered a very nice gift for my son. Totally unexpected and felt warm and welcomed. Have fun to the next family that gets to stay at their place!

our stay at 117 pearl st was excellent The location is perfect for walking to almost everything C. M. has to offer. The house is newly renovated and has all you need. The even supply beach passes!

Nancy’s house is ADORABLE and it is in the perfect location! I can’t recommend her house enough if you want a cute Cape May get away. Nancy and her husband are also very responsive and friendly. 5-stars all around.

Hands down the _cleanest_ property I’ve ever rented - absolutely spotless. It’s also the first place I’ve ever rented where everything actually worked - lights, ceiling fans, AC, appliances, all of it. The neighborhood is lovely and very quiet, and the owners are friendly and accessible (they live on the second floor). Street parking on the one-way street is scarce but renters have the use of the one-car driveway. No hesitation - I’d stay here again. Thank you, Nancy and Jim.

This is the place to be if you want off the beaten path. The street and neighborhood are very quiet which was great for us. If you are a partying group I would go elsewhere. The porch was nice to sit on and drink your morning coffee. We loved taking walks around the neighborhood and got to talk to some lovely people. The houses are beautiful. There is even a tattoo parlor around the corner. You are close enough to walk to the beach or bike to watch the sunset- which is a must. The drive to town is short but keep in mind parking may be an issue. You can also walk to a breakfast place, pizza place, and even a liquor store. You really do not need your car if you like to walk. This was your run of the mill rental. Nothing extra or any real personal touches. We were a little shocked that they asked us to clean but also asked for a cleaning fee. Maybe its a COVID thing but they do ask you to vacuum and sweep. You can also clean the bathtub if you're so inclined. We also needed to bring our own sheets and towels as well. The kitchen says fully stocked but people have different definitions of that so bring PAM or oil or ask her prior to coming so you are prepared. If you need a very quiet room do not choose the front bedroom- the vents allow all conversations from upstairs to filter down. I am an early riser so it made no difference to me. The owners live upstairs and seem very nice. She messaged me throughout the stay and even advised us to put a bike one of us had in the back for safekeeping. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

The place was clean and very centrally located. Nancy and Jim were both very cordial and helpful. Absolutely recommend this place!

My husband and I stayed here with our 3year old daughter along with my sister and her husband. During our trip 2 other family members stayed with us and there was plenty of room for all. The house is on a nice quiet street but is the perfect distance away from everything . We either rode our bikes or walked to town or the beach everyday. The owners were very attentive and friendly. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch and using the grill. We all had a great stay here!

Charming. Great neighborhood. A bit small and underappointed

This is the second time that we stayed at Jim and Nancy’s (my husband, 2 young children, and mother and father -in -law), and we had another great experience! We love West Cape May and we enjoyed the 15 minute walk to the beach each day.

So fortunate to find this VRBO for our visit to Cape May for our daughter’s graduation from Coast Guard boot camp! (USCG Tracen about a 10 minute drive away). It was immaculate and had everything thing we needed for our family of 5 plus Grandpa! Beds are super comfy and kitchen stocked with everything you need. Also a very comfortable family room for Grandpa to hang out in and watch MSNBC while we all walked to the beach. Thanks so much Nancy and Jim! So nice to meet you and so grateful to have your beautiful home as a home base for our exciting week in Cape May! We had an excellent stay at Pearl Ave. Everything (beach, shops, restaurants, and ice cream) was within a 15 minute walking distance; and we easily biked to the beach a few times. We loved the outdoor shower and picnic table, and used the beach chairs daily. Our only initial confusion was navigating the Cape May beach tags, but we caught on. Overall, we felt at home while visiting the Jersey Shore.

Great experience staying on Pearl avenue. Owners very easy to communicate with and we're waiting for us for an easy check-in. Excellent location, close to restaurants, coffee shops, and Beach. Property extremely clean and well cared for. WouId definitely stay again!

Home was perfect for what we were looking for. Plenty of room for all 5 guests (2 kids, 3 adults) and was located very close to parade route. We will certainly be booking again for the Christmas Parade as well as our summer trips to Cape May in the future. Home had everything you need to a few nights or a week. Great trip and highly recommend to those traveling to this great town.
