We had a very enjoyable stay here in July. House was well stocked- plenty of linens and housewares. Quiet neighborhood. Location is close to the Whiskey Row, Courthouse area so we were able to walk there. Carrie was very responsive to all of our questions/concerns. Look forward to a return visit.

Lovely home, perfect location. But we had mice visiting us at night. After one ran over my foot, we left early. No compensation because we didn’t give them a chance to resolve issue while staying there. Our choice but really I didn’t feel comfortable. Something to think about.

Well decorated and maintained home in great location.
Only downside - if anyone if your party is handicapped or has problems walking, you need to climb a short distance over gravel before getting to the stairs.

Our company stays at this wonderful home every year, and every year the staff remarks about how perfect the home is. It's within walking distance to the courthouse square, clean, comfortable, and Carrie is always quick to communicate from the moment we reserve to the time we need to check in. We come to Prescott for a work event and managing our accommodations is the easiest part of the trip.

This place was wonderful. You can’t beat the location. Close to downtown as well as close to a grocery store if needed. It is a very comfortable and cozy place to stay. Has all the amenities needed for any last-minute cooking and or baking. Carrie was great and was quick to respond to any questions we had. We will definitely be staying again.

Cute little home that is three tenths of a mile to Courthouse Square giving you access to all of downtown. The kitchen is well stocked and there are even spices. Both a regular and keurig coffee pot. We would make coffee every morning and sit out on the porch.

This was a perfect house for 3 couples to come and go all weekend. We walked to the parade. Patio coffee every morning. Walked to town for restaurants, shopping and bars. Owners were GREAT at communicating to us before and during our stay! Highly recommend this adorable place.

Carpets filthy, and downstairs shower had human hair all over the interior curtain. If the owners hired a house leaner they need to have a serious talk. After a 10 hour drive and several communication s between text/email and calls, the owner finally called me and gave me the code to get in, 20 minutes prior to arrival. It was stressful last 2 hours to say the least

This home is so cute and cozy. It is conveniently located within walking distance to the court house square. It had all the conveniences of home and we were so comfortable while we hung out and did crafts. Definitely recommend this home and owner!

The location of the property is excellent and the house is so cute and inviting. We had everything we needed and would stay there again. The only negative (if you like to sleep in) is the blinds do not block the morning sun so the house gets bright early….didn’t bother us as we get up early but something to consider.

Wonderful place to relax and enjoy beautiful Prescott!
Sibs and spouses weekend for the Rodeo. We had a wonderful time watching the parade and shopping at the arts and crafts fair literally steps from this charming home. Sleep came easily and the patio provided relaxing coffee time in the mornings and wine and cheese hour in the evenings. Great views, comfortable furnishings and very helpful, engaging and responsive host. Carrie is awesome!

Family Reunion
We really enjoyed our stay in the house. It is bright and cheerful in the living and dining room area. Plenty of room to visit or watch tv. My son came over every night, the dining table was big enough for the six of us to eat or play cards. We would definitely stay there again
There where five of us one in her late seventies and the other four of us are in low eighties. It was a bit of a challenge walking up the verge, the stairs into the house and the downstairs shower

Clean, cheerful and convenient
We really enjoyed our stay at this sunny cottage with a sunset view. So easy to walk downtown and to Sprouts Organic Market. (Those with walking issues should beware a few medium-sized hills and stairs, however!) The very good Barley Hound bar & grill is only a couple of blocks away. Farm Provisions restaurant, just off the square, is sublime!
Remarkable was the cleanliness, comfortable pillow-top beds, abundant linens and other supplies, great roomy kitchen, excellent TV set up, pleasant neighborhood. Cautions: It's mostly very quiet, except for a barky little dog next door, but it's only occasionally annoying. And if early morning sun bothers you, bring a good, thick eye shade. Showers could use an upgrade in strength. Minor issues compared with the high quality of the place.

We loved Prescott and the location could not have been better.
The property was exactly as described and Carrie was very responsive to our needs. She was especially accommodating when we asked to extend our stay an extra day so we could enjoy the St. Patrick's Day festivities. We enjoyed lots of hiking and a jeep tour and Prescott was a great basecamp for daytrips to Sedona and the Grand Canyon.

Great house, walk to square, restaurants, shopping on the square and downtown. Kitchen was well stocked with silverware, cookware, spices, etc and a good front porch to look at Thumb Butte. Carrie the owner was very responsible and accessible in phone calls and texts. Good place to enjoy your time in Prescott.

Awesome experience
We came to Prescott because we had never been before. The house was just as described and walking distance to everything you’d want to see and go in downtown Prescott The host was EXTREMELY responsive with any and all questions or concerns. The hone even accommodated our dogs. I cannot say enough good things. Our stay was memorable and perfect. We will be back!

Thanksgiving stay in Prescott
This is a lovely home that is ideally located very close to the historic district in Prescott. A very short walk gets you to the historic Courthouse. There are many great restaurants all within walking distance, and numerous places within a couple of hours to visit (the Dells, Sedona, Verde Valley, etc.). We would stay there again. The home has a fully furnished kitchen and the impression of life in the past.

Downtown Throwback
Immaculately restored, fun to be in. King size bed was comfy; guests said same about BR downstairs. It seems to be the habit in Prescott to provide minimal TV access--found this to be true elsewhere too--so bring all your log-in info to see programming beyond a basic 4-5 channels. We are fairly fit 70-year-olds but seniors should be reminded there are stairs up to the porch and up to the master BR too. Walk to everything, but a bit uphill on your way back. Eat at Rosa's Pizzeria--have the Martini Chicken and the anti-pasto salad--The Best. Highly recommend for the 30's-40's ambience with all the modern appliances.
