Esta casa adosada recientemente redecorada y remodelada con a, c y calefacción central está ubicada en el área de Pagosa Lakes, a 3 millas al oeste del centro. A poca distancia se encuentran la tienda de comestibles, restaurantes, cafeterías, campo de golf, canchas de tenis y centro de recreación. Un corto recorrido panorámico lo llevará a la zona de esquí de Wolf Creek (25 minutos) y también a varios destinos de senderismo y pesca. También cerca se encuentran las famosas aguas termales de Pagosa y el tubo / balsa del hermoso río San Juan (10 minutos).
La casa adosada de 3 dormitorios duerme cómodamente 8 en 1 King, 1 Queen, 2 gemelos y un sofá cama Queen Size. Ambos baños tienen lavabos dobles con tocadores de granito, así como nuevas bañeras / duchas. Nuevas sábanas se han proporcionado en todo. El dormitorio principal que tiene una televisión inteligente de 32 pulgadas con cable y baño se encuentra en el nivel inferior junto con la cocina y el comedor. This was our first time to Pagosa Springs. It was a short stay but this condo was central to all of the fun things we did! Close to restaurants and grocery stores. My husband and I are walkers and we loved walking around the neighborhood in the am and evening.

6 friends retired and met in Pagosa Springs to enjoy the Hot Springs. We booked a 2 night stay and were extremely impressed with our accommodations. We enjoyed the patio, the outside area, and the nice condo.

Property is clean, great location near uptown, easy to access hiking trails. Very easy to contact owner. Condo is very comfortable, great back porch to watch geese, deer and hot air balloons with mountains in background. Hope to be back soon!

Property was exactly as advertised. We stayed 3 nights and went skiing at Wolf Creek. Started with 7 and ended up with 3. The property would have been a little crowded with 7 but would be perfect for 6 or less. Fantastic amenities, easy access from town and close to everything. We will definitely stay here again. Couldn’t think of another place this nice for the price. Definitely 5 stars.

Very cozy feel but luxurious too. The electric fireplace in the living room was perfect. Lots of space to spread out with 3 bedrooms and 2 couches. We cooked Thanksgiving dinner here without a problem. Will stay again.

Stayed for a few nights. House was very comfortable and the views were breathtaking with mountains and fall colored leaves for miles. Fortunate enough to see hot air balloons traveling close over head.

The accommodations were excellent for two couples over 60. Stairs to the upstairs bedrooms, but no problem for my husband and I. Location excellent. Accommodation was clean, but needs a deep clean, if my husband notices it, then it does need a deep clean. Had several light bulbs burned out. When you're older lighting can be an issue and the bedrooms and bathrooms need better lighting.

I had a very unique circumstance that many hosts wouldn't accommodate. Jackie was prompt to messages, understanding, and made a way to make things work despite the issues on my end.
The house is clean, the beds are comfortable, and the kitchen is well stocked.

Perhaps the most well-equipped condo we’ve ever rented! When they say fully equipped kitchen, they mean it, and the FULL set of knives were actually sharp!! Loved sitting out by the little lake. Really appreciated the extra towels and lots of washcloths. Terrific location, too.

We really enjoyed our time at this location. Saturday morning I sat out back and watched probably 3 dozen geese and 3 hot air balloons! It was awesome!! The host really took care of us! I definitely recommend this location! Have fun!!☺️

While we loved the place we would not rent
from them again. They had unrealistic expectations that were not communicated with us beforehand such as not using the towels and washcloths to clean up after hiking. They also lied and said we left the place dirty when we absolutely did not! Would not recommend as they stuck it to us with a $300 extra fee after the fact.

What a wonderful property in a quiet neighborhood! The view from the back porch was amazing. The property was just as described in the listing. We especially loved that there were multiple recliners for sitting in - that was a major plus - the seating was so comfortable.

We loved the condo that overlooked a small lake. We enjoyed watching the hot air balloons each morning and gazing at the beautiful San Juan mountains from the back porch while drinking coffee. The condo is in a great location of Pagosa Springs. It was an easy drive to the heart of the city but set off for wonderful quite too. Best of both worlds.
