The property was just as the pictures portrayed. It was a beautifully laid out property. Our kids spent the time spent in the home out back off the dock trying to fish and loved it. The adults enjoyed the hot tub on the cooler evenings and the inside space was perfect for enjoying each other's company yet large enough to have some time to oneself when needed. Property was absolutely perfect and provided us with all the amenities needed. The owner was very responsive to our needs as well. We would definitely stay again.

My fiancé and I chose this home for our first visit to Wilton Manors. We will come back to both, for sure. We found fine dining, shopping, night life and sun. The home is very clean and the beds were quite comfortable. He sleeps in, so I would enjoy my morning coffee poolside. The backyard is quite private and beautifully landscaped.

My family and I booked this home for our family vacation. The house was just like the pictures. My children practically lived in the pool. The home had everything and more to accommodate our stay. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The location was in close proximity to the beach. We would definitely book again.

We had a wonderful time at this property, the pictures don’t do the yard justice, gorgeous very peaceful and relaxing oasis, that is convenient to shopping and restaurants and the beach, would definitely stay there again!!!

My family of 5 (3 young adults) stayed for Easter week at this beautiful property. House was exactly as pictured in photos and backyard was an an oasis with a beautiful pool and gardens. Great amenities for a beach hopping week! Tons of beach towels.. beach chairs and umbrellas. Tatiana and Barnes were always available if there was a problem or any questions. Location was an easy walk to restaurants and close to many beaches. We really enjoyed our family time in this home.

The house is very nice. Super clean. Great location, very quiet neighborhood. Comfortable beds which is very important to me. Linen closets have lots of nice towels and sheets. Kitchen has everything you need. Pool area is lovely. Sunny in the morning, shaded in the afternoon. But sun on the dock in the afternoon so you can always find sun if you want. Tatiana the property manager is very responsive if you need anything. I would recommend this house and plan to be back.

Great pool with heater. Sunny dock for sunbathing. Quiet neighborhood. Huge master suite. Kitchen had everything you need. Very comfortable furnishings. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank You Barnes!

The home is located in a very nice neighborhood. The TV situation could be better but is adequate. A little more attention to detail on cleaning but overall the place was clean. Great place for the money.

My family and I spent the week of July 4th in this home. It was the most relaxing and fun time we have had in a long time. The pool and spa were great just to spend the day or to night swim. The house is located close to places to eat and shop and the Wilton Manor area is full of nightlife. A great place to stay!!

The property was clean and nicely decorated. The owner responded to my inquiries timely. The house manager stopped by to greet us and to see if we needed anything. The neighborhood is nice, very quiet and quaint. I would rent this property again.

Very nice, clean and private. For visitors who want to stay in for meals, it would be nice to have a newer regular toaster and better selection of pots and pans.

Quiet clean property. Only problem was installation of neighbors fence one morning early. Lots of room for all 4 of us.

We had an excellent experience renting this very clean house! We loved the many outdoor spaces and the quiet location. The canal was beautiful and the pool was also amazing. We spent a lot of time in the property and were very with our time there. I would definitely rent again !!

This beautiful home is in a very nice, quiet neighborhood! Within 15-20 minute drive of the airport, downtown, Lauderdale-by-the-Sea, lots of restaurants, and about 3 miles to the beach. It is very centrally located and felt like it was a great place for the things we wanted to do. The home itself is very nice, with a beautifully appointed kitchen, three beautiful bathrooms, and the beds were the most comfortable beds ever! We enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings, and on our cooler day! The pool was refreshing but nicely heated. (Make sure you read the entire notebook as it refers to the spa/pool instructions). We messed that up the first night but the house manager, Tatiana, was super helpful and even came the next day while we were out on the boat, and made sure everything was running well. And she cleaned up some palm branches and things that had fallen around the pool due to the wind! There is a big beautiful mahogany tree that hangs over the dock and pool area. The Sun shines on the pool area in the morning but after 10am, you have to keep moving your chair out of the shade till finally there’s no deck area with sun where you can put your lounge chair, so by 11:30 you have to move to the south end of the dock to get full sun. Then there’s sun on the dock the rest of the day and that was perfect!! There are a couple tables and lots of chairs for sitting by the pool or on the dock. The pool area is in the shade most of the day. Granted we went in February. I’m sure it’s different throughout the year. Also the mahogany tree has this hard fruit (like mini-coconuts) that were dropping the whole time we were there because it was windy. So you have to watch out for those so they don’t fall and hit you. The pieces are sharp when they land and break apart, in the yard or on the pool deck or the dock. So just watch your step. It could also be a seasonal thing and doesn’t happen year round. But we had a few close calls and a couple did hit my daughter. It truly is a beautiful tree!! Especially for pictures!!I highly recommend the home for your vacation unless all you want is sun by the pool all day. But if you are flexible, you can find sun somewhere back there at any point during the day! Nice and clean home in a quiet neighborhood. Beautiful landscape in the backyard. Easy check in and check out process. Highly recommended for families.

We loved this property.! It had easy access to grocery stores and family friendly activities (bowling, movies, restaurants,) but we found ourselves wanting to stay in the house (and especially the outdoor space) during the majority of our stay. Would love to come back soon!

This house is on a quiet canal surrounded by palm trees. Inside is as peaceful as the outside. The rooms are perfect for a family of 5 with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths, dining area-and other rooms. There is a person who can take care of any problems 24/7. If you enjoy fishing, you can do so from your own dock. Pompano, snapper, catfish and other species are there. I used fresh shrimp and had a blast. The pool and spa are great. We all enjoyed that they were heated. If I could, I would give more than 5 stars.

Beautiful setting and enjoyable stay for the whole family. The hot tub, pool and dock provided hours of fun and relaxation every day.

My family of four (including my husband and two sons, age 16 and 21) had a wonderful stay at this property. The accommodations were attractive as well as comfortable and allowed for privacy and also group engagement. I was especially pleased with the grounds. The shrubbery, combined with the pool, spa, and view of the waterway made you feel as if you were in your own little shangri la.

The house was beautiful and spacious enough for three couples to not feel crowded. The outdoor patio and pool were incredible. Location was great with easy access to the beach, airport and nearby towns. Barnes was wonderful work with and very responsive. We would rent this property again! We had a fantastic long weekend here!

The location and setting was perfect for our family to spend the week together. The layout of the house allowed enough space for 6 adults. We originally chose the area because of the proximity to the beach, restaurants and other attractions but other than one afternoon out to lunch, we remained in our bathing suits at the house! The sunset off the dock was beyond perfect! I cannot say enough about the owner and the property managers attention to my few questions. Would give more stars if I could.

An amazing and rare mixture of luxury and practicality. To date, my family (4 kids, nanny and wife with high expectations) said this was their favorite place we’ve rented and they want it to be an annual trip! Everything worked great, AC was awesome and everyone slept very comfortably. The backyard is one of the most beautiful spots that non of us even wanted to leave to go to the beach. Lots of great places to eat nearby, and quite neighborhood markets. I highly recommend this and we WILL be back!

Barnes' home was the perfect location for our family of five and allowed great access to all the area has to offer. The beach was a short drive away and having the dock to keep our boat at allowed easy access to the Intracoastal and offshore fishing. The outdoor area was perfect for grilling and enjoying the pool throughout the day. Barnes was very responsive to any questions prior to our stay and our stay was perfect! Highly recommend!

We had a really great stay! Highlights: neighborhood, neighbors, canal (!!!), kitchen was well stocked, the backyard was gorgeous! A few thoughts if you're considering staying: this was not a great house for little kids (we had five under 9). Pocket doors make for loud opening/closing at night, gorgeous decor felt a little precious for little kids running around, carpet could use updating. Overall, our stay was SO GREAT and we really loved the area. Iguanas on the deck, paddle boarding in the canal, Harold and Gene next door <3, and right in the middle of so many great restaurants. Our favorites: Storks for cookies and coffee, Alchemist for Chef's Breakfast and iced coffee, and Wilton Creamery for wet walnuts and cinnamon ice cream. Overall, the house and are stay were lovely, but I think this house is better suited for older kids and couples. Thanks, Barnes!

We loved our stay at this beautiful, waterfront house. Wilton Manors is a cool Ft Lauderdale neighborhood well-located near plenry of great shopping and restaurants. The house layout is fantastic: great kitchen, wonderful entertaining space, brand new grill located near an outdoor dining area adjacent to the pool and spa. We paddle boarded, crabbed and fished off the dock, which is spacious and has lovely views (especially nice at sunset). The property has spectacular trees and plantings - making it both lush and private. We love to cook and found the kitchen extremely well-equipped and fun to use. The owner is very responsive and easy to work with. He has a terrific manager who is extremely helpful and effective. Our family of 6 loved our stay and we look forward to coming back!

Let me start by saying that the owner of the property Mr. Barnes Moore, is a complete delight to work with. He was immediate in his responses to my questions and was kind, courteous, and easy to work with. The property is beautiful and private-just as described. The appliances are high end, the entire property was immaculate and had everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The property is located in Wilton Manors, a delightful, and welcoming town very close to both Ft. Lauderdale and Miami airports. It was easy to find and easy to get around. We were 3 couples who found the bedrooms to be spacious and the only drawback was who was going to get to use the amazing shower on what day. The pool, where we spent most of our time was the perfect temp both day and night and when we did have a question about the laundry facilities, a representative came over within 20 minutes of our call. She was more than respectful and so very helpful. We do a lot of traveling and I really can't say anything bad about this propery or its owner or management. The only drawback? The stovetop was so new and so fancy, we had to google how to use it. You should have no concerns about booking this property. As an aside, we got our deposit back in less than a week with not problems at all. Thank you Barnes, we will definitely be back!
