Hermoso condominio frente al mar en el primer piso ubicado en Carolina Beach. Disfrute de Pleasure Island en este condominio de unidad de esquina de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños con capacidad para 8. Dormitorio principal con una cama King y su propio baño completo. El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama queen y literas gemelas. Sofá cama también disponible en la sala de estar bellamente decorada. Cocina totalmente equipada con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y todo lo que pueda necesitar durante su estadía. Televisores de pantalla plana en la sala de estar y en las dos habitaciones, wi-fi gratuito. Disfruta de la playa o la piscina a solo unos pasos de tu puerta principal. O disfrute de cócteles en el balcón por la puerta de atrás. Los huéspedes deben traer sábanas y toallas. Lavandería con monedas ubicada en el mismo piso. Bastidores de bicicletas en el sitio. Un Pack n Play está disponible a pedido. Alquileres semanales de sábado a sábado solo en los meses de verano, que son desde mediados de junio hasta finales de agosto. Overall everything was very nice. I wish there would have been more towels/dish towels, but overall a good experience. Oh and there’s no full length mirror. Sounds silly but girls like to catch a Quick Look before they walk out for the day.

We stayed 4 nights, checking in on July 4th for the holiday weekend. Property was well kept and clean and the perfect location for beach access and evening activities. Our host Mark was very responsive and provided outstanding recommendations for restaurants and local activities. Would absolutely stay again!

Outside of not seeing the ocean from first floor, it's very nice. Two babies under 2, myself, hubby and father. Plenty of room, fully stocked kitchen and easy access to beach. Will return but maybe 2nd or 3rd floor for ocean view. Property owners were quick to respond to any questions.

Perfect accommodation for our beach weekend. The location can’t be beat, oceanfront, walkable to restaurants, stores, and activities. The unit is beautifully updated, clean, the kitchen and bathrooms are newly finished and fully equipped. Plenty of space for our family of 5. The owner, Mark is easy to communicate with, friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again!

This condo is steps away from the sand and sea. Newly updated features have you thinking you are in a model home. Location is great and near all the family fun! Cleanliness was a priority to them and they made it seem effortless! Recommend to anyone with a family that needs a week away from the real world.

This was a great property! The space was a little cozy but was newly renovated and very clean. Nicely decorated with all the amenities you could want. The bed was comfortable. This unit is in an older building, but the property is very well kept up. Clean pool and pool area, and nice outdoor shower for getting the sand off. The beach access is right next to the building. We had very good communication with the owners. They were very quick to answer any questions that came up. Thanks Mark and Traci. We really enjoyed our stay!

Wanted to add only two very small possible issues. The TV’s are not smart so no streaming Netflix. But they did have cable! Second the bedroom that faces the walkway has a bright light shinning into the room all night. A black out blind would really help! Otherwise I loved this place and would definitely stay again! The hosts were totally help with suggestions for restaurants and places to visit!!

Condo was very clean. Check-in process was a breeze. Mark made sure to let me know if we needed anything to contact him. Comes stocked with almost everything you need. Just bring your trash bags, towels & sheets. A minute walk to the beach.
Only issue I had was the condo above me let their children run wild. They stomped around most of the day. We heard it all & the adults set on the balcony yelling at them & yelling on the phone. No fault of the owner.
Other than that everything was perfect. Will definitely stay here in the future.

This was an amazing vacation. I had children, and they were very comfortable in the separate room with bunks. It was incredible to be just steps from the beach and there is a very nice pool that we enjoyed as well. It was away from the hustle and bustle of Carolina Beach, yet close by. Couldn't ask for a better experience.

My family loved our vacation in Carolina Beach. Everything about the trip was great.
The condo we rented was very clean and just as described in the listing. My kids loved the pool too. It was right on the beach and had beach access in the parking lot for the building.
The owner, Mark was responsive, helpful and accommodating to us. We are definitely planning on returning next year.

July 4th week at Carolina Beach
This property was perfect for two adults (grandma and daughter-in-law) and two children (8 and 10 years old). Condo well located right on the beach, on corner of building, and we could watch fireworks from the deck. Kids enjoyed the pool too. All appliances worked and owner was helpful.

Great Location
Was recently remodeled and clean. Loved the location with easy access to beach and close to restaurants and stores. Also nice to have a pool on site. Some miscommunication with check in but was resolved shortly. Picture in 2nd bedroom shows 2 beds (a queen and a bunk) but only only has queen bed but we managed fine. All in all was a very nice stay and would stay there again.

Great location, overall loved it but had cleanliness issues
We really enjoyed our stay. The location was great. Neighbors were wonderful.
Our issue was with the cleanliness. A new cleaning crew is needed. When we arrived the 2nd room smelled bad. We put all bedding on the back porch and aired the room out. It helped. The quilts and covers on all beds need desperately to be washed. We felt things were not quite sanitary. A big worry during these covid times. We found utensils that had been put back in the drawer unwashed. The dishwasher was difficult to operate. We think it is broken. The counter and table were sticky and needed a good wiping down. We also found lots of cup marks that had not been wiped up. We cleaned as best we could and enjoyed the rest of our stay very much.

Enjoyed our time!
We had a great experience with this property. Everything was very close; pool, grill, laundry, and beach were all just steps away. Decor made it feel very cozy. The owners were responsive and check-in was a breeze. Loved the location, as well, situated between the marina and the ocean with lots of restaurants and shops near by. We could even see the boardwalk fireworks from our beach access. Would definitely stay again!

Since the condo is on the first floor, it’s ideal for kids. You don’t have to carry toys and beach chairs up stairs. You can simply place them underneath the deck. Very convenient.
