Neal was very responsive when we had problems with the keyless entry. He came out, replaced the battery and also attended to some other minor items to ensure our stay was perfect. The location in 12 South was ideal!

Excellent place to stay while visiting family in Nashville!

First, this home is so nicely decorated and perfect for 3 couples. It’s a 5 min walk to 12 South restaurants and shops. We stayed here before and loved it, so we came back - and this time the house was run down quite a bit. Needs a fresh coat of paint (water stains on ceilings, walls banged up), and very limited kitchen supplies.

My girl friends and I decided to come back to Nashville for a college reunion and this was the PERFECT house! It fit all 9 of us perfectly with plenty of space and bathrooms. The neighborhood was lovely and just a short walk to 12 south. We were even able to make the walk to Zanies one night. The house was very clean and had plenty of towels which is always a plus. Would highly recommend to friends and family!

The location is perfect! Loved the 12 South area and an easy cab or u er ride to Broadway. The neighborhood was adorable and the house met every need.
Neal was an amazing communicator and represented the house accurately and well.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The host {Neal}was quick to respond to questions. Location was great with walking distance to 12th street with restaurants and shops. Neat neighborhood. The house was perfect for a larger group or family with great outdoors. Bedrooms were perfect and fit our family's needs. I would highly recommend this place and will definitely rent again.

This property was a super short Uber to Broadway (under 10 min), but far enough to have a quiet street and a couple nearby food shops that were walkable. Publix nearby. House was clean and perfectly spaced for our group of 6. Oh and the towels were so soft! Plenty of extra towels, bedding, and toiletries. Thank you!

This property was just as listed. Great location! Quiet residential street within walking distance to 12 South. We enjoyed our walks into town for great restaurants and shopping. This home had everything we needed for our stay. We loved sitting on the porch swing. Thank you!

Location is perfect. A couple blocks from all the 12 South restaurants perfect for brunch, lunch, and dinner. Also found ourselves 10-15 min car ride from anything. Downtown, Green Hills, Cheekwood. Owner was very responsive. Just a few things I would call out. Mattress upstairs is not the most comfortable. Upstairs HVaC registers were loud and blew directly onto the bed. No garbage disposal in the kitchen. Definitely an older home (which was in description) but has tons of charm. Overall would recommend for families but next time will book something more updated as is more of a personal preference.

We stayed at this rental a few years ago for Christmas and loved it so much that we rented again for Christmas this year! Neal is so responsive and helpful!! Love the 12 south neighborhood and the fact that it’s so close to downtown!

Me and my family came to Nashville for a wedding and needed a home away from home where we could have a relaxing home base that was walkable to eating, shopping and leisure walking. This place was perfect, great porch, deck and balcony deck. The house had nearly everything we needed and if there was something we wished for/ inquired about, Neil was amazingly responsive and helpful (coffee bean grinder, umbrellas for the day it poured!). We spent time sitting in the living room chatting, and morning coffee in the dining room. The Uber rides were 10-15 minutes to downtown, very easy. Again, Neil was very responsive, even about the smallest detail. I will be recommending this house to friends and family!

Great place!!
The house is super cute with plenty of room and everything you need. It’s within walking distance to 12th Ave with a lot of choices for food, drinks and shopping. A very short Lyft ride to downtown and the back deck was perfect for sitting outside. Neal was very quick with responses and answered all my questions. Would definitely stay again.

The property is rundown and dirty. Not entirely sure that it gets cleaned between guests, just beds.
It was dirty and pretty run down. Pictures make it look much better than it is. The checkin process and manager was easy and that was probably the best part of the experience. I wouldn’t recommend this property

Great location to 12 South
The location is a short, 2 block walk to 12 South restaurants and bars. Very short ride the the Gulch and Broadway as well. Plenty of room for our group of 5. I would stay here again in heartbeat!

Cute Older Home - PERFECT Location
This home was perfect for our family Thanksgiving celebration. It is perfectly located just a few blocks from South 12th- that is lined with great restaurants and shops. It is 1 mile from our son's dorm at Belmont University and right down the road from Vanderbilt.
There are 4 different sitting areas on the first floor -- a lovely, updated living room, a family room with a piano. a nice-sized dining room and a coffee-sitting area in the kitchen. There is also a large deck. The upstairs bathroom has been remodeled and we loved that shower. The master bath is somewhat updated, but the shower is a tub with a curtain- we all used the upstairs bathroom--it is a new walk-in shower with great pressure.
We walked everywhere-- it was perfect. We would definitely rent this home again. Thank you!

Cute house in a great location
The house is just as pictured, very cute and comfortable. Plenty of space for my family of 6. We loved the location with multiple restaurants, bars and shopping in walking distance. Only 2.5 miles to Broadway. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location in 12 South neighborhood!
Stayed here with family, ages around ranging from 65 to 1. Great space to gather to visit in the various living spaces and dining area! Enjoyed sitting on the porch with an evening cocktail. Easy walking distance to various restaurants and the community park to let the kids play! Two cars fit easily in the driveway (truck and SUV) and street parking was easy to find close to the house for the third.

Great location for a couples getaway
The location of the property is close to the up and coming 12 South and a quick Uber/Lyft ride to Broadway Street. The three queen bedrooms accommodated our three couples comfortably. All amenities are there (e.g., washer/dryer, refrigerator, etc.). Will definitely recommend to others!

Great location
We were in Nashville for a family wedding. We are from out of state and not familiar with the area. The house was close to town where there was some shopping and restaurants, and about a 15 min ride from Broadway. The house was great and served out needs. Wish we could have stayed longer as there is a lot to do in Nashville. If I come back I wouldn’t hesitate to rent this house again.

My friends and I rented this property for the weekend and it was perfect! The location is close enough to downtown to be convenient, but far enough away to relax and enjoy the neighborhood of 12 South. The home was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of space to enjoy a night in. Would love to visit again!

We enjoyed our stay ! The house was clean and nicely furnished. Good layout for a family to have several rooms to gather in and visit. Great location-we loved the safe and quiet feel of the neighborhood and enjoyed walking to dinner and breakfast. Just a short drive to Vanderbilt and downtown. Great Home
We loved staying at this home. It is nicely laid out for a family. The host was great and had a pack and play ready for us. Great coffee was also there which was a welcome surprise our first morning. Backyard and deck is great. My kids loved playing outside. Walkable to all 12 South has to offer. Highly recommend for young families.

The property was perfect! We visited Vanderbilt while we were in town. The are was exactly what we were looking for. Waking distance to 12 South. Air conditioner upstairs was a little slow to get going but was fine. Neal was so easy to communicate with and very quick to respond. . He even contacted me when I forgot a necklace at the house and didn’t realize it.

Amazing location!
We absolutely loved this house. It was extremely clean, spacious, and so cute! We walked to coffee every morning and enjoyed sitting on the front porch while watching the lighting storms. We will definitely stay here again. This house comfortably fit all 8 adults.
