Wife and I celebrating anniversary with grandchildren, kids and spouses. House was as advertised, some minor maintenance needs, instructions for pool. Grandchildren loved the pool, we rented golf carts and explored the island and shopped. Shell hunted in early mornings, it was nice to watch sun rise &sunset from the house and other locations nearby. The service at every restaurant for supper was great as well as the food. We bought groceries for breakfast and lunches, along with snacking. Wegrilled one night as well.

We had a great time, and the rental house was perfect. It fit our group of 13. The walk to everything was close. The kitchen was a good size. the pool area was fantastic to hang out in after a day at the beach. Highly recommend!

We had the absolute best time staying in Bradenton Beach, as no one from our group of 12 had been before. The rental group was amazing and went above and beyond even letting us stow our luggage when we arrived well before check in & left well after. The house is in a great location and everyone in our group had a blast! We’ve definitely found a new “beach town!”

Walking distance to the beach. A lot of amenities available and seamless check in process. Minor issues with ice machine not working but this did not affect our vacation.

House was clean. plenty of beds and bathrooms for everyone. backyard pool/spa was really nice and offered a break from the beach.

Mermaids Landing was amazing!!! We had the best time and enjoyed the property so much!! We would definitely stay again.

This property was perfect for my family vacation! It was functional and never felt crowded. Getting ahold of when needed was simple as well! Would definitely recommend a family vacation at this house!

We had a wonderful time at Mermaids Landing! The house was perfect for our 3 families (we have kiddos ages 9-2) with plenty of space and awesome location walkable to the beach and Bridge Street! The pool/backyard area was beautiful and we spent many afternoons and evenings poolside! The only slight complaint of the house is there is no 1/2 bath or powder room off the main living area or downstairs area so everyone had to use their “assigned family bathroom” in a bedroom. But otherwise the house was great! Also highly recommend The Local Grocer for full service grocery delivery service (including alcohol!) Made getting our vacation going seamless upon arrival to the house. We would rent this home again if our travels take us back to AMI!

This place fit our group of 14 perfectly! Plenty of room and sleeping space for everyone! Outdoor pool, hot tub and entertainment area was perfect! The rooftop deck was wonderful for sunrise views and yoga. Location to the beach was awesome! Older kids could stay at the beach and younger kids could go back and forth as needed. Shopping on Bridge Street close enough to walk. We will definitely be back.

The location of the property was nice, close to the beach and walkable distance to the restaurants and bars. The house was nice, however, did have some flaws. We had to repair the ceiling fan above couch which looked like one of the blades would fall off. (there was a previous comment about this issue that apparently wasn't fixed). The pool fountain did not work and the tv outside was broke, there was also not enough beach chairs for a house that hold 14 adults and 2 of the chairs that were there were broke. The Host did fix the TV and provide a few new beach chairs for us while we were there. She responded quickly to my texts which was nice. The cleanliness of the place was subpar. We washed some of the bedding when we arrived because they felt sandy, around the pool there was some trash from what looked like New Years Eve party. The garage was sandy after last tenants that must have had little kids. The wagon was full of toys and sand which we cleaned and washed out. There were also towels from the last tenant on the roof deck that we ended up washing because there were not enough beach towels. I would say we left the house better than when arrived. The Kitchen was nice and well equipped, the beds were comfortable. Overall it is a very nice location and house, just needs a little better up keep. The house was down the street from the road, so it was nice a quiet. If asked if we would we stay there again? Answer: Yes.

This house was great. It held 13 of us- 3 families with teens and college age kids. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking big meals. Everything worked great. The pool and hot tub were enjoyed daily. There was beach equipment like chairs, umbrellas, and even kayaks. I would stay there again for sure.

All though the house is beautiful the issues were a little overwhelming on our vacation. From a price of the Ceiling fan hitting a child in the head while laying on the couch the garbage disposal did not workThe pool people were unbelievably rude to a 68 year old woman at at 6 something in the morning. The ice machine never worked the TV in bedroom 2. Beach chairs were broke. This is all very stressful stuff we should not of had to deal with on vacation

The location of this property can't be beat! Just a quick walk to the beach and plenty of beach supplies available in the home. The pool area is fantastic and we enjoyed hanging out there after spending the morning at the beach. There is a small shallow area which worked out great for the kiddos. The home could use a little TLC, but the space overall is perfect. We had 11 people and never felt crowded. We had a few small issues come up and the property managers were quick to respond. I'd choose this property again!!

Great place - had every thing we needed. Close enough to walk to restaurants and beach. Plenty of beach chairs and bike were great to have. Pool was great to have when tired of the beach - every one has a great time.

Great property to accommodate our group of 12. The pool was a huge bonus. Only a few steps away from the beach and close to shopping and restaurants. We would definitely come again.

This property had an amazing location and responsive customer service, however aspects of our stay were not as expected. As a fully managed property I would have expected missing / broken items to have been addressed prior to our arrival, or at least have been informed before we arrived - this included towel bars broken and on the floor, missing / damaged beach cruisers, temperature of the pool / spa, lightbulbs in need of replacement. In addition the kitchen was stocked with all of the equipment we would have expected but much of it was in poor condition and the cleaning of the kitchen was inadequate - the drain of the garbage disposal hadn't been properly cleaned and gave off a terrible order when we ran the faucet; a little elbow grease in wiping out the plastic drain cover was all that was needed but for what we paid for the property I expect that to have been done prior to our arrival. Overall the property had a great amount of space but some of the rooms felt tiny because the size of the bed took up almost the entire room, and the water pressure on the top floor was extremely low. I would quickly follow all of this by stating that anytime I reached out to the property contact they were very responsive and dealt with most of our issues timely. The location could not be beat, literally a skip and jump away from a gorgeous beach and a rooftop deck that provided amazing views of the sunrise on the bay and sunset over the gulf!

The entire family loved this place. We would stay here again for sure. Close to beach, shopping, and restaurants; all within walking distance.

We were thrilled with our accommodations! Five king sized beds beds meant all adults got the right bed! Beach wagon and chairs meant everyone got to the beach with the supplies needed. When the beach was too cold, the pool was the answer! The roof top area provided some real private space when needed. Thanks to Beach Retreats for making our holiday happen!

The house was not only beautiful but very well equipped. My family loved hanging out by the pool and hot tub. Plus the beach was only steps away. We were able to walk to restaurants and shopping too. Can’t wait to go back to Bradenton Beach and stay at this house again !

We loved the house and the pool. It was clean and provided more than most homes we have rented in the past. Very close to the beach- just a couple minute walk. I recommend without any reservations.

The weather was cool and there was not much sun around the pool. Everything was well maintained and clean and we had a wonderful time!

We had a great time in this house. 7 adults and 4 children. Kids loved the pool and were in it constantly! Quick walk to a beautiful beach. Many beach accessories at the house. If you do not like soft beds this is not the house for you!

We originally rented a different house for my friends and family to stay at because my husband and I were getting married. The day we were planning to check in, we received notice that the pool was broke and they were moving us to a complete different house 15 minutes away. I tried to be understanding, I know things happen that are out of our control. However, it was a major inconvenience. We had to call all of our vendors (photographer, makeup artist, florist, etc) and all of the guests to let them know of the change. Then, we were never able to get the hot tub to heat up. The showers upstairs both wouldn’t drain and ended up flooding the bathrooms which led to it leaking through the ceiling down to the living room. Then, to top it all off there were multiple cockroaches. The location was perfect, but the experience was definitely disappointing and we feel like we should have been offered a refund of some sort for the major inconvenience.

We had a great stay at this location. It had exactly what we needed to accommodate our stay. Great location on the bay and not to far of a drive to siesta keys.

Great house and facilities. Pool well maintained and treated twice during our stay. House is superbly equipped with anything you may need. Great location, walking distance to the beach and to bradenton beach main commercial street. House was well cleaned overall when we checked in, however after moving a sofa to open up space, we found left over food there, cleaners should make sure to clean under furniture. Last three days had house next door being built so plenty of hammering starting at 8:00 am. hopefully they would be finished in the near future. Will return for sure despite minor issues

We rented Emma's house for a family reunion during Thanksgiving for my family of eleven adults and the house was perfect! The location itself is amazing as you literally can walk right to the beach. The beaches here are truly beautiful and being able to walk down to see the sunset on the beach every evening was a real treat for us all. We had never been to Anna Maria Island before and we all so fell in love with the charm of the place. It truly is a beautiful and laid back piece of heaven. We also loved that you could walk right into town and hit the local spots or drive a bit for some great restaurants as well. Nothing was ever too far at all. We never took the town trolley but loved the idea that we could. The house itself is very lovely with beautiful decorating throughout, yet it felt very comfortable. Every bedroom and bathroom was well kept and spotless with plenty of clean linens and towels for all. The kitchen was great and have everything we needed for us to cook a Thanksgiving meal. We loved the pool and appreciated having the outside space to relax and play cards. The bikes were very much appreciated and we used them every day. Overall we loved the house and would rent from Emma again as it was the perfect place for a very lovely week in Anna Maria Island. Emma was the perfect host and was so on top of our communication the entire time and we so appreciated all the extra touches and considerations she gave us once we arrived. This house is beautiful!
