This was our 2nd time staying at Riley's property. This house is amazing. There is plenty of room for people to spread out. The kitchen had everything we needed. The beds are great. The game room was great to play pool and shoot a little bit of basketball. Absolutely amazing! We will be back!

Overall a great time was had. However sleeping arrangements were tricky because it was listed as being able to sleep 17 but that would include sleeping 2on a pullout only large enough for 1 and two bodies on couches that were not sleeper beds that were not comfy, & didn’t come with any extra bedding for the couch sleepers. Water went out one day add couldn’t get a response when I texted about it at all! It came back on after a while, but nobody checked in with us. WiFi was out for the entire day at the end of our stay. So not ideal. Kitchen well stocked. A nice snack provided when we entered. View amazing! Grandkids loved the play-set outside.

We loved staying here as a way to connect family of 12. The cousins had so much fun. Corn whole tournament was so fun and so nice game board was provided. The lake close by allowed us tons of lakeside fun and the view from the cabin spectacular. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

The property was just what we were looking for. Large stocked kitchen, great gathering table for eating and games, two living areas for relaxing and recreation and lots of options for sleeping arrangements. We only had one minor maintenance issue and the owner responded so fast! We would definitely stay here again.

Great location, beautiful views, and nice layout. It was just not as nice as I'd expect for the price and compared to other cabins we've stayed at within the area. Here are some examples: cookware and dishes in cupboards were not clean, some linens were stained, no washcloths, wifi was SLOW (not strong enough to stream anything), broken parts in game room, ran out of gas for the grill after one use, and just over all not a well maintained cabin. There was no binder with instructions on the cabin, orientation to the area, or anything else. I don't think the owners or management company are doing enough to ensure the property is ready for the next stay, nor doing enough to keep it maintained to high quality standards. With some better attention to detail this would be an excellent stay.

This is a great place to stay! The property was very clean and had everything we needed for the weekend. We had kids of all ages and there was plenty of room and things to do. They had plenty of games already there and the pool table and basketball was fun as well. This is a great place to stay and would recommend it to anyone

We absolutely loved this cabin. We already rebooked it for next year. It has plenty of space with fun amenities like pool as well as an absolutely beautiful view. Best cabin we have stayed at in that area.

Bear Lake Paradise!
Riley's home is one of the best we have stayed at. The kitchen is extremely well stocked, and the location couldn't be better. There is plenty of room to spread out and plenty of room for gathering of loved ones. This was the perfect central station for the many activities to do in the area. Book now if you have the chance. It is well worth it!!

Great views and fun stay
Check in time was 4pm. We had family that arrived by 4 but couldn't check in bc we hadn't received the door code. It took quite sometime before we were given access by the property manager. The cabin was nice and our stay was fun for the most part. There was plenty of room for our families. The deck was nice especially in the evening. We stayed 4 nights. I wish I could give 5 star but it was just before our checkout when things didn't go as planned. The a/c stopped working the last day of our stay. We had left early in the day for some activities and when we returned in the afternoon, we found the house warming up instead of cooling. I contacted the property manager immediately to which they said this was outside of their control but if they had known sooner they might have been able to help. So we spent the next 18 hours in misery bc the house was heating up. We left the windows open but it didnt provide us with much relief! The next morning was still hot while we packed our bags and did everything check out required. I requested a partial refund from the property manager for 1 night where the outcome was out of everyone's control. Even though the pm had asked what sort of discount I wanted they never responded to me asking for a partial refund. I never received a partial refund for 1 night. I wasn't asking for an entire night stay or anything else bc the home wasn't comfortable during our last day. Yes I realize things can happen outside of everyone's control. But I also would expect for some sort of compensation. I did everything I was supposed to do (making payments ahead of schedule and taking care of the property as if it were my own). Amazing how 1 day and no response can flip an experience. Several of my family members were very upset and thought I shouldn't do parts of the checkout process. But we did everything that was expected.

Another Great Stay
This was our second time at this home. Everything was perfect. The beds are very comfortable. The game room in the basement was enjoyed by everyone, but especially the grandkids. Loved the view from the porch. We had one cold and rainy day but did not feel trapped in this spacious home.

Amazing place to stay. We loved it! Plenty of room and space for everyone. Kitchen area has lots of space making meals easy. Nice to have different floors to space if all out, too. Owners are very kind and get back quickly with any questions. Fun family getaway for many ages. We are thinking it would also be a fun Summer getaway.

Beautiful Cabin
Clean, spacious, great cabin for a family get together. Kitchen dining table had been upgraded compared to what was in the pictures. New table is much bigger and provided plenty of space for feeding a large family. Will look to stay here again in the future.

We had 11 adults staying at this property. We had more than enough room for all of us. The home is beautiful and comfortable. The view of Bear Lake is gorgeous. We would stay there again.

Family Reunion at Bear Lake
We had a great time staying at the Retreat on Badger. There was plenty of space for our 3 married kids and their families, as well as our 2 single adult children and our teenager. The layout of the house was awesome! The huge window wall in the common area allowed for beautiful views of the lake while preparing meals in the kitchen. The deck was a very relaxing place to eat dinner in the evening. With our large family, we really enjoyed the extra large table being adjacent to the large kitchen bar for serving meals off of. The playground was a hit for our grandkids! They went out every morning before breakfast to play "at the park." It made the vacation so relaxing for the adults because there was so much on-site entertainment for the kids and the pool table with ping pong in the basement entertained the older crowd. The babies were occupied crawling up and down the stairs to the loft to look out at everyone. There was something for everybody! Also, there was just enough lawn area to play corn hole, spike ball and cube in the evenings. The corn hole game was there at the cabin. The only thing I wished the cabin had was gates at the 2 ends of the beautiful wrap-around deck (we have an 18-month old grandson who refused to be contained, so someone was constantly having to chase after him;)

Awesome Lake View
The view and the home were excellent. The game room made for a fun family stay. The home was very clean and loaded with about all anyone would need. We had one or 2 little concerns. The BBQ didn't work and I was unable to fix the issue with the agent. Also the Fireplace gas was turned off even though it was supposed to be available. The agent fixed this. There were a few items missing eventhough its likely I should have brought most. There was no wine opener I could find. The coffee maker seemed like no one had used it in years. There was no coffee. I cleaned the coffee maker thoroughly. Small issues. It's possible the home looked like it was shutdown for the season.

Great Property
We found the home in tip top condition. We arrived to a very clean property and found everything as advertised. The beds were comfortable. There was plenty cooking equipment with a nice gas grill. There was plenty of room for our group of seven adults and three kids. Everyone enjoyed the game room. Loved the location with a view of the lake. I would highly recommend this property and it got an enthusiastic thumbs up from my grandkids.

Best Mini Vacation ever
Renting this was the best decision ever the lake seen was beautiful me and My family of 8 fit perfectly Everyone had something to keep the entertained playground for my younger kids volleyball for the teenagers and pool for the adults everything was close by restaurants and go carts and the beach everything near by we loved it can’t wait to come back ,, the only bad thing I saw was I found a few water bottles in the home but that will not change my mind on returning thank you for the beautiful experience

This place was awesome! Had every amenity needed. We had 15 total and there was plenty of room. I would recommend this place for sure! A little far from town is the only negative but very close to the beaches on the south end of the lake. Thanks Riley!!

Wonderful vacation rental experience!
We took our first ever all family vacation with our grown kids, their spouses and our grandchildren! We had a wonderful time staying at this vacation rental and it had everything we needed and Riley was great to work with. We appreciated all of the amenities and enjoyed the location and view of the lake! We all had a great time! Bear Lake is a beautiful area and there are lots of fun things to do!

Great Retreat!
This is the second time we rented this property; we have rented other cabins at Bear Lake but this is the best and fits our family well. The driveway is so BIG and not hard to drive up! It held a toyhauler, two trucks, two atv trailers, two SUVs a van and a car with ample room for more. The little children loved the playground. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked with appliances! The views of the lake are specatular and the peace and quiet was great.
