private room for a cheap price elevator big beds nice shower clean sheets

i dis notcie mini ants or soemthing in the apartment and even on my bed. but i saw the same ones basicly all over the town so i guess its a common thing. they didnt really bother me.

The AC, hot water is good, the price is reasonable 187k 1 person a day

Soundproofing is bad, the elevator makes noise, the room is quite small but Its okay cuz its only 187k, the worst is i saw a cockroach in my room.

No breakfast provided. A distance away from the main road.

Small room. No beverage/coffee making facility. Poor quality of room furniture. Low quality and inadequate bath and shower toiletries.

I couldn't sleep the whole night due to the sound from outside as well as other rooms. The room quite a bit small. Just dont know why the owners charged 50k additional fees because of leaving after 12pm even i already asked before booking, really disappointed.

Location, facilities, have elevator

All what you need in a hotel for a practical stay was available. Good beds, big room, elevator, cooling airco, strong wifi, hot shower, and all was very clean. Reception staff was very friendly and spoke good English. 5 minutes walk to the beach. Several restaurants within 200m.

All was ok. No negative feedback to be given aboùt the hotel itself. The location given on the Booking.com site is not correct!

It was really cheap considering it was TET Holiday.. The young sons both spoke English, the hotel is accessible 24/7.

I stayed in a Standard King Room (room 602) and there are some many things that are missing from the room its unbelievable.. Here is the list! View, there is no View... certainly not a Sea view or a Pool view, just a total misrepresentation.. The hotel is down a small hem about 800 m from the beach so no chance of a sea view! Room facilities: ​These were missing or below standard.. • Iron, • Dressing Room, • Satellite Channels (TV reception was awful...), • Kitchen, • Soundproofing (the room is right near the elevator and cleaners area... just so very noisy! • Dining area, • Electric kettle, • Oven, • Stovetop, • Barbecue, • Terrace (the area around the pool was just a mess and the pool water was disgusting, hadn't been cleaned for ages) • Dining table, • Outdoor furniture, • Outdoor dining area. Booking.com should go to check this hotel as it's write up is a total misrepresentation...

Very nice place! Room is clean and nice. Good service! Have motorbike for rent with cheap price. Have free water inside room. Highly recommend!

Have pool at roof top but water not change after many days so can't swim.

The property was nice and clean. The bed was really comfortable, there was good air-con and strong WiFi. There was plenty of space in the room and a nice TV and wardrobe. The bathroom was also clean.

We had to ask twice to have more toilet roll for our bedroom, and the bathroom shower was weak and cold. Other than that, we had a great stay.

Staff is very kind! The bedroom was clean, and comfortable ! Ths hotel is near of the beach!
