We had a great stay. Kitchen is well furnished. All beds were comfortable.
Lots of indoor and outdoor seating for all. Would definitely go back to this house.

The place is nice, but the high price of property does not mean the appliances aren't about to break and if they do they are not going to expedite anything. For the price of this place anything that malfunctions should be fixed or replace the next day.

Any called in to Vacation Company were quickly taken care of. A bit disappointed that a clean up crew never came after a mid-week tropical storm rocked the place with 80 mph winds but I am sure they had their hands full and we did not push the issue. Beach access very close and convenient.

Two of our group were working remotely during part of our stay and there was ample space for them to find a quiet place away from the hustle and bustle of the others’ comings and goings. Our only complaint was the first floor refrigerator was not very cold. Luckily, there was an extra in the garage! Loved the outdoor eating area and the pool. We were able to childproof areas enough so the adults could relax knowing the little guys were close by.

house was as advertised. Fit our family of 9; plenty of space and rooms. 2 minute walk to beach. had a great time. Did feel the kitchen was not as clean as should be. The pool was a little dirty. I did question why only the bottom half of the upstairs master bath shower was clean. The top half grout lines were all black??? overall a great stay and enloyed our stay.

Couldn't be happier
We very much enjoyed our stay at #7 Quail. Very roomy home! Love the wrap around porch! Easy access to the beach. If we get to stay here next year we will heat the pool (didn't realize that was an option until the end of our stay) Wish the hot tub had been working but unexpected things happen and management did work to get it fixed. We were able to enjoy it our last day there. The only thing that would help us in the future is if the internet would run more consistently. Thank you for opening your home to us, we tried to take care of it as we would our own.

7 Quail was paradise! Beautiful accommodations, lovely pool, fantastic deck and excellent lay out for our dogs. Absolutely awesome, nothing not to like or complain about! Would absolutely book again!

Location location location
This is my fourth stay at this lovely home. Beautiful beach right on the doorstep and only 1 mile away from restaurants and shops - a leisurely walk and easy bike ride. Also a great start to the area bike trails. Many new updates too!! The home is spacious but cozy, the beds comfy and I love the kitchen - a great space if you are a cook. A lovely fireplace for cooler days. The pool and hot tub are nicely tucked away and private. This is a great holiday home for big groups! My friends and I will be back!

Sweet Vacation Location
We have been here before and we love this house/location, but it is time for updates. The couch in the sun room was very dirty and stained. The appliances need replaced. The stairs leading down to the basement contains foods that have not been swept up. Several of the decor pieces had long hairs that had not been dusted thoroughly. The rails outside should be checked as many of the boards are starting to become loose. I hope these suggestions are useful to the owners as we wold love to return to the house. It is one of our favorites.
