We had a great stay in Incline Village and loved having this condo as our landing spot. Laura was extremely responsive and very helpful with recommendations. The home was very clean and comfortable and had everything that we could need. Our family of 4 (kids were 4 and 6) walked to restaurants, coffee and ice cream at Susie's Scoops. We loved this vacation!

The property is great, the location is perfect! This is a residential area, not a touristy area, which was perfect for us. We walked to restaurants and stores and took short drives to the beaches, hiking, and sightseeing. The host is amazing! She is quick to respond to any questions/concerns.

The location of the property was close to the main road and walkable to a few locations (like gas station and kayak rentals), the condo was also a decent size for 6 adults, and the beach items were useful.
We found the kitchen items to be well stocked, but unfortunately the dishes were dirty, the food items like oils were expired, and the cooking materials were in poor condition (like melted spoons).
The biggest issue was the heat and the beds. Due to warm summer weather and no AC, the house was hot even with all fans and personal AC units running. Also, none of the beds were comfortable, most felt uneven and unsupportive.
Overall our stay was OK but not worth the price.

We had a great time. Everything was working fine. The only point of improvement could be the AC Thermostat which was difficult to set up a proper temperature because it is not a digital. I had to wake up in the middle of the night to adjust it because the room was too hot. Other than that
as I said everything was great. Ps: Lots of toys for kids and the beach chair was a great bonus.

Great little cabin! Owner is responsive, cabin is clean and as advertised. Kitchen has everything you need; there’s even a small gas grill out back. Great location! As others have mentioned, no central A/C….but that is clearly stated in the description. We’d definitely stay here again.

We were in town for our grandsons tournament. Besides a slight hiccup with the cleaning staff (which was a complete accident and they were very apologetic) we enjoyed our stay and the space. Disappointed that we didn’t have access to the nearest beaches with the house pass since we didn’t stay 7+ days. That was a real bummer, but all else was good. With lots of kitchen supplies available.

This was a very convenient place to stay. Mom + 4 @17 year old girls for a ski weekend. The rooms were functional and pretty nice. Sufficient bathroom space for us ladies. Nice kitchen that is well equipped with cooking utensils/pots/pans etc. Perfect place for us 5 ladies and very close to Diamond Peak. I wish we had looked up the shuttle earlier b/c we missed the bus, but parking was not too bad. We had a great day!
The entrance is however right on the road, which I thought would be noisy, but it ended up being pretty quiet for which I was thankful!

The location of this condo is great. Walking distance (within a mile) to both Incline and Burnt Cedars beaches. Having the punch passes for the beaches was great as well.
However, the condo could benefit from significant updating. The beds were terribly uncomfortable, and the linens were old and worn. The bathrooms were very dated, in the master bath the lighting fixture was coming out of the ceiling.
Having a portable AC unit in the master was a plus, and the number of fans in the house to cool other rooms was nice. However, it was hard to see past all the updating that needs to be done.

We had a great stay in this condo in Incline. Not fancy, but had everything we needed for our family of 5. Back patio balcony was nice for summer evenings and owner had beach chairs which made our trip to Sand Harbor easy and fun. We had dinners nearby and the village area was not nearly as crowded as nearby Tahoe City or south lake area. All in all, nice setup in a great location.

A great stay for family
This property is in a great location, safe and convenient to everything we wanted to do. The space and bathrooms worked well for 6 adults. The kitchen and linens are well stocked. Communication flowed smoothly. This was a great home base for my family’s stay in Incline Village!

A really nice condo in a very good location for skiing at Diamond Peak
We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean, comfortable and organized. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. The location is really close to Diamond Peak for skiing and we were able to walk about 15 minutes visit the lake shore as well. The rental, check in and check out process are all very streamlined. There is good parking on the property. We are so grateful we got to have such a nice weekend in Tahoe!

A wonderful Tahoe spot for our little family
We were looking for a good spot to celebrate our kiddo’s 7th birthday and this place was perfect for the four of us - my husband, our birthday boy, a favorite auntie and myself. There wasn’t much snow during our visit, but the guest book guided us to a great sledding slope which made do despite the minimal snow. But, the house had many pros - some highlights follow. There was a wonderful, open floor plan downstairs making the family room, dining room and kitchen a great space for cooking, eating, family game time and some TV time, too. We had tons of beds/rooms, so we all had plenty of space for our family of four. There was a Raley’s grocery store very close by. We were able to a nice, albeit chilly, walk to the lake. Laura, the rental manager, was very easy to reach for the few questions we had. So, no cons to report - just a lovely place all around!

My family enjoyed our stay. The property was cozy with a warm cabin feel, great kitchen amenities, and plenty of space for the family to spread out. The Wi-Fi connection was great, lots of DVDs and games, and near many good restaurants and activities. The owner was extremely friendly, accommodating and responsive. We definitely recommend this property if you’re looking to come to the Tahoe area.

Great Property in a Great Location!
Our family had a fantastic ski weekend at Diamond Peak! Laura, the property owner, replies to messages very quickly. She was also extremely kind in letting our family push our original stay from August 2021 to January 2022 because of the Tahoe fires.
The property is clean, heats very quickly, and has a great layout. It is also a perfect location for skiing at Diamond Peak which is a great mountain for beginners. Our kiddos are 5 and 2 so it was perfect for us.

Good and a little old place
Pros: location is excellent, in walking distance to supermarket, Starbucks, restaurants, and movie theater! Property management is very responsive; quite clean.
Cons: old and dark condo, kitchen was remodeled but not the other rooms; beds are old too. supplies were provided at minimal level.

Great location, very clean
We stayed for 4 nights and found the property to be very centrally located, close to the Raley's, Burnt Cedar beach, and restaurants. Also, it is one of the cleanest properties I've stayed at in Tahoe. It was more than enough space for our family. Laura was very responsive any time I contacted her, before, during and after the stay.
The only thing that should be noted is that AC is provided through portable AC units in each room. If you are very sensitive to noise, you might find it a little loud during the night (similar to the noises the AC unit in a hotel room would make).
Overall, I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to my friends as well.

Laura's 3bdr condo
This condo is exactly as described, Laura is a very helpful owner and answered all my questions and concerns quickly. The location is convenient to restaurants, shopping and the beach. Having access to the Incline town beaches is a bonus....but be aware the cost is $15 pp per day, but still a nice add on.

Great Incline Condo
I appreciated that the condo was extremely clean, and even more, the owner gave us suggestions on beaches and restaurants. She was available to call or text about anything, which was unexpected but very nice. I liked having access to the 3 private beaches in Incline Village. You pay to get in, but worth every penny. You don't have to deal with the craziness of Sand Harbor. The master bed was comfortable as well as the big sectional couch. My only con would be that the condo is a bit dated, but otherwise, it worked out well for us.

Clean and comfortable stay
We searched for a vrbo for spring break at the last minute and Laura’s property fit all our requirements to accommodate our party of 2 families of adults and kids. It was just for 1 night, but everything including kitchen amenities, heat, hot water , cleanliness of the condo and price were good and we had a comfortable stay. We will definitely recommend it. I was concerned aboutbring farther on the north Lake Tahoe, but I am glad because we had one of the best views from North lake tahoe with blue waters snd snow capped mountains on our way to South Tahoe. There are trails to bike and enjoy the views. It was a short drive of about 20 mins From condo to heavenly villages.

Super cozy and tidy
This condo is super cozy and tidy. it has everything when you think about vacation. 3 bedrooms provide plenty of sleeping space; 3 bathrooms are very convenient; Indoor garage can park two cars; pots and pans, kitchen supply, big dining table, comfort sofa, video games... My friend's and my family had a very good time, our kids don't even want to leave. two minutes drive to the beach, 10 minutes drive to kings beach. everything perfect. Highly recommended.
