Myself and companions were more than pleased with our accommodations. They were spacious, well appointed, and the kitchen was updated in every way. We especially enjoyed the 8th floor balcony where we watched dolphins all weekend, and were eye level with the pelicans. Would definitely book again!

It was perfect. Was a little concerned at first because we’re used to staying close to the circle where things are walkable but quickly realized it was really nice and quiet with a gorgeous beach. So that made up for losing the convenience. Someone could easily live there full time. Thanks for making it so comfortable.

The host, Doug, maintains a beautiful condo! The balconies are OCEANFRONT! I have stayed here in September multiple years in a row!

We went to visit family that just moved to the area. Condo had a beautiful view of the beach. It was very nice and very quiet area. Will definitely stay their when we visit the area again.

The property was absolutely beautiful. We did have a issue with the tv in the bedroom, we contacted the owner and he got it fixed immediately.

Very nice well abobe average rental. I hope I have the opportunity to return sometime in the future. However, this is the first rental at which I have stayed for many years that did not include the linens. Not a problem in that I have both queen and double bed sheets that I could take and was driving to Ocean Isle Beach.

Three dear lady- friends spent 3 nights in this lovely condo. All of us are 80+ years old. Oh dear!!!! We had a fabulous time with lots of laughs and pimento cheese sandwiches. Yum yum. Very clean and updated with new appliances and new floors!! Comfortable beds and well stocked kitchen. I highly recommend this unit for a comfortable relaxing time. We hope to return in the spring, if at least one of us can still drive. 🤣🤣.hold bars would be helpful in the showers but only if guests are old, like us. Highly recommend!!! Mollie Baker

This Condo was very clean, had all the necessities needed to relax at the beach. A perfect location, quiet, access to the beach and inter coastal waterway was convenient and added to the relaxing atmosphere. The condo’s rooms were large, relaxing and the beds very comfortable. Sitting on the balcony to watch the sunset and sunrise over the ocean were times that refreshed my soul and added to the enjoyment of my stay here. The pool and jacuzzi were so enjoyable at the end of the day as well. Of course, access to this beautiful beach, and the relaxing environment of this condo made my first NC beach trip memorable and I look forward to returning very soon and staying longer.

Loved the place but the cleaning crew was not done when we got there at 3:10. We didn’t get in the room until 4. The guy on the property came on ring early in the day on Sunday and Monday to tell us the same thing and we had kids asleep.
Other than that the state was great.

Beautiful beach! Be warned, you do have to pay a separate fee for linens. It was an additional fee of about 150 for everything.

Spring beach trip
Weather was sunny and restaurants are not crowded in late April. Enjoyed having coffee each morning on the balcony. We love the Ocean Point property and the ease of getting in and checking out.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Weather could not have been more perfect. Beach was not crowded. Very quiet at night. The ocean was just about flat calm the whole time.

Beautiful condo!
This is the third time we’ve stayed in this beautiful oceanfront condo. Doug is a great host to work with. Plenty of kitchen supplies for cooking too! Restaurants nearby are great, and the beach is well-cared for and beautiful!
