Relájese en esta hermosa de dos pisos, vivienda unifamiliar situada en la orilla del mar en el sur de Mission Beach; puerta del patio se abre a la arena. Disfrute de las vistas sensacionales de la cubierta de madera roja costumbre de Surf y puestas del sol, Misión Channel Bay, Ocean Beach Pier & Beach Volley Ball Tribunales sin moverse de su silla. Esta casa de dos pisos está totalmente equipada para una vida cómoda.
Las zonas de vida están muy bien amuebladas. El nivel superior cuenta con una gran sala con televisión de pantalla plana de 42 ', una pared de ventanas que dan a una cubierta de madera roja con zona de comedor al aire libre; cocina totalmente equipada, tres dormitorios y dos baños completos. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama de matrimonio con baño principal contiguo. Las dos habitaciones adicionales están equipadas con una cama de matrimonio y cuatro de tamaño doble (2 litera) camas y comparten un baño de tamaño completo.
La planta baja cuenta con un gran salón de fiestas con la reina sofá / cama, mesa de billar de tamaño completo, chimenea y bar, que dan a una, patio de ladrillo sombra de los árboles de palma cerrada. La puerta del patio se abre directamente en la arena! Hay un cuarto de baño, ducha y lavadora / secadora en este nivel también. Estacione 5 coches en el hotel: 2 plazas de garaje y 3 plazas de calzada!

Nice viewing of channel and ocean. Great people watching balcony for 3 year old granddaughter and downstairs patio was great to have, as well as access to sand in front of house for grandchildren. Linens and towels were nice.

Great family home with tons of toys and games for all, lots of kitchen dishes,cups & utensils. Abundant beach and bath towels. Great views, game room, 2 patios, firepit table and gas grill. We really liked the volleyball courts so close by,the sunsets and the private patio. Close to sea and bay. Less crowded than other parts of the peninsula. Downside: in the flight path of major airport. Some days starting at 6am very loud plane traffic every few minutes. Also floors looked clean but walking barefoot proved otherwise, and one shower was unuseable. Owner was very kind and overall I loved this house. Really wonderful for a large family. Many more supplies than at other homes I've rented here.

The location of this house is fantastic: steps from the walk way along the beach, steps from mission beach, walking distance to Balmont Park, and a private beach right outside the gate. The house is cute and clean, with everything you need for a beach vacation. Andrea was great to communicate with and pleasant to interact with. We had two families with teens and tweens that had a great time.

The house was comfortable with a stylish beach decor. Fabulous views from the balcony. The Four bikes truly an added bonus to adventure on the broad walk. Quiet neighborhood. The parking in garage and driveway was also another bonus. The house has everything you need to enjoy your holiday at the beach. The host was very nice and accommodating.

The location is fantastic - just off the touristy boardwalk yet still with great sunsets and wonderful sand, beach and bay views. And lots of volleyball games to watch since it's so close to the volleyball courts. The property manager was extremely accommodating to some of our special requests and scheduling. The house is a great size for big and small groups. The little front yard is wonderfully private and so pretty with blooming flowers. And the house has everything you need - bikes, boards and all kind of sand toys.

We loved staying at this beach house. It was perfect for our family. Andrea was an awesome host. She met us at the property, showed us around and went through everything. We loved that the house had bikes, beach chairs, sand toys, and a pool table! The beach was a perfect distance away for us. We loved how the boardwalk was not directly in front of the house so we didn’t get the constant flow of people walking past the house. The kids were able to play in the sand right in front without people bothering them. We definitely loved the garage and how our suburban could fit in it. It was a perfect location for Seaworld and the Zoo. We will definitely keep this place in mind for our next San Diego Trip!

We had a great time at this property. The location is amazing, walking distance to Belmont park, easy and ample parking. It could use a little updating, but the location and ease of access makes it a great spot for visiting all areas of San Diego. We could play right on the beach without having all of the hustle and bustle of the bike path right outside the door. I would recommend increasing the quality and availability of a few things: toilet paper and paper towels were low quality, there were no spices or seasonings for cooking, no storage for food, bed pillows are very old and need replacing, Overall, the stay was great, communication with Andrea was excellent and we would recommend to others.

Property was in a great location, check-in was easy and Andrea was very responsive and helpful! The place was a perfect fit for our family of 5 and 2 dogs. Great patio, nice balcony and incredible views.

We had so much fun. The house was clean, comfortable, fully stocked, and had a great family vibe. We really enjoyed the location right on the beach, as well as the ample parking which is a huge bonus in the mission beach area. My older nephews loved the downstairs pool table and my younger kids loved being able to walk to both the beach and the bay. Andrea was super helpful and a pleasure to work with.

Great stay at this property! The owner was quick to respond. We had a non working grill and the same day a new one arrived. The location was perfect. Easy walk to the beach and the bay. Very homey and comfortable. Would stay again.

Great location - was perfect for my kids. Fireworks can be seen from the back balcony in multiple locations. If you want to swim in the ocean it's a bit of a walk to the swimming spots but worth it. Belmont park is within walking distance too!

We had 3 young adults 19 to 22, aunts, uncles and Nana come from Norcal for our daughters graduation week! We all loved the house!
Right on the beach, Nana enjoyed upstairs patio overlooking the beach and all the happenings.
Loved not having to being beach chairs, toys and bikes. We loved the downstairs pool table and patio for kid and pup hangout. House had everything we needed. We used the BBQ a few nights and enjoyed eating all our meals on upstairs deck watch the beautiful sunsets!
Couldn't have asked for a better place to get our family together to celebrate our daughter💟

We loved this property. It was perfect for a family getaway. The property had loads of sand toys and beach chairs for the kids. We like that it was right on mission beach but at the far end. Close enough to all of the fun things to walk to. But far enough away where we also felt like we have good privacy.

My family and some of my two son's friends spent Thanksgiving week at the home. Although restrictions exist because of COVID, we found no shortage of things to do, and having the beach, ocean, and ocean walkway easily accessible, we were outside a lot. The house is very well stocked with most anything you could want, especially the kitchen! Plenty of space and well maintained. The property manager was readily available and had a quick solution to any question or need we had. Strongly recommend the experience.

Good location but a bit of noise in the morning but not terribleKitchen is tight so if you like to cook hi hi might want to try something else. Andrea the property owner was super nice. Lots of boogie boards, bikes etc.

Great house and location for two families looking for a place right on the beach, but far enough away from the bicycle path for good privacy. Everything you need for a family vacation and entertaining. Disappointed in the cleanliness upon arrival, but we understand the house is right on the beach and hard to keep clean.
