We thoroughly enjoyed our visit
The house was very clean. We immediately felt at home when we arrived. All the kids loved seeing the dogs each day and being able to play on the play set. I would definitely stay here again

Arriving in the thickest fog ever this home was like a beacon in the night.
The home was very spacious for our family of 6 plus 3 significant ones. It was the perfect house to be with everyone but also have space to be alone.
Everything was clean and welcoming. Everyone agreed that we should come back and spend more time.

We loved the house, it was beautiful and spacious. Had a mishap of my elderly mother-in-law falling on the stairs because the handrail fell off in her hand. Caused a trip to the emergency room, but Mark was their immediately. He was great and made sure she was ok. Great hosts and a great house. I would reccomend but not to the elderly with limited mobility. Mark was upfront before I reserved and informed me it was not handicapp accessible. Stayed there to go to sight and sound theatre, only about 15 mins away. Again great host and beautiful farm house. Loved it and plan to return.

My 3 sisters and I stayed here for our annual Christmas trip. Two traveled from NJ and 2 of us traveled from the State College area. The location was very easy to find and access
The home was very clean and spacious - we even set up a Christmas tree and some decorations for our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

We’re 3 couples that all like the Lancaster area. We enjoy the American Music Theatre Christmas show. We enjoy the shopping and the people are friendly. We enjoy a house much more than motel/hotel rooms. Looking forward to next year.

We are from NY so the busy rd with traffic we did not even hear as many have described.. We traveled with Autistic son he had a lot of room to move about. We were only 4 but could had the entire family stay .. House very clean east to get to close to all .. We will be back !!

Everything was great! The house was immaculate, rooms were big for enough all 10 of us, beds were comfortable & the location worked for our wedding weekend. The only negative would be the busy, noisy road but it didn’t prevent us from enjoying our stay. Thank you Mark & Priscilla

We rented this home for 2 nights while attending a wedding down the road at White Chimneys Estate. The home was very clean and is in excellent condition. There is plenty of space, the kitchen is well stocked , and all the bedrooms are a good size. The home is located near supermarkets, restaurants, and shopping. You are never too far from major attractions on the area. We had 8 people staying at the home ranging from pre-teen to 70s. Everyone enjoyed the stay.
Yes, the house is adjacent is to route 30, but noise from the traffic did not negatively impact our ability to sleep or enjoy the home. There were games for the family to play, tv to watch, and wi-fi.

I find myself in this area for multiple nights. Much better value than the local hotels and the cookies the host left for us were top notch.

We absolutely loved our stay! The house exceeded our expectations for size, cleanliness, and charm. It was well stocked with towels, bedding, and everything else we needed. Beds and furniture are all super comfortable as well! We had 9 in our group but we easily had room for more! It was a quick 20 minute drive to pretty much everything we wanted to do. The location is super convenient and we loved having space for the kids to play and explore the farm. Because the house is close to the main road, you can hear the cars going by, but by night two, it just sounded like white noise to us and we didn’t mind at all. For the price, this is an excellent property! We loved it and plan to book next year if it’s available!

My four siblings and spouses chose this farmhouse for our 3 day reunion and we loved it! It made us feel like we were back on the farm in Maine where we were raised. We even did most of our visiting around the kitchen table like we did growing up in spite of other rooms that were spacious and comfortable. It was also nice that it was within a short work of a big grocery store and numerous eating options. It was fun seeing the pigs, cats, dogs and other farm life. Hosts were terrific in every way.

We arrived and greeted and was told where to park, house was open for us, met Kyra ,not sure I spelled right, and Benny. Both very friendly. We all played frisbee with kyra. The house was clean and lovely, brought back alot of farm house memories for the adults and the 5 bedrooms were perfect for our group. We were only there for 2 nights and was busy with sightseeing and the show at sight and sound. Had a great time and saw the pigs and cattle also. Definitely would stay here again, love old farm houses. It was a bit noisy from the highway at night for some, as was not used to the traffic, second night nobody had any issues. Thank you so very much for opening your home to us and for the cookies. We had a great time while there wish it would have been longer. Would do it again And highly recommend. Thank you

The house was perfect for our family vacation. The house is conveniently located. The beds were very comfortable. Being able to sit on the front porch is just absolutely wonderful. We will definitely be staying here again

Spacious accommodations for adult group of 11. Great location with nearby places to eat, shop, hike, and enjoy. Very clean, comfortable with plenty of table and seating for relaxing visit with family.

We were very happy with this property. My grandkids enjoyed seeing the cows and playing outside. A little noisy from rt. 30 but was not a big deal. Would definitely go back.

My family loved our stay at this property. The house had plenty of space. The beds and pillows were super comfortable. There was a soft spot for each person in the living rooms. There was a big table for our family to dine together and plenty of dishes and pans. There is no dishwasher, but many hands made light work. The road has a lot of traffic noise, but our "white noise" phone apps helped with that. We would definitely recommend for large groups.

Everything about this home was amazing !!! Clean , smelled amazing , plenty of towels linen's anything you need was provided. Climate control's great . Only downfall is close to busy road front rooms are loud at night with trucks passing all night. Animals live on property 2 dogs and a few cats and kitten's all friendly loved them
They are not in the rental just on the farm :-) would definitely re rent again and definitely reccomend this home.

We selected this home as it was close to my daughter's wedding venue and had room for several family members. It also had plenty of room for us to get hair and makeup done in the morning. We had a great time and thank Mark and Priscilla for opening this home to us!

5 bedroom spacious and clean farmhouse. Property has friendly dogs and cats that the kids loved. There were also chickens, cows, and pigs. Very friendly people and home was near local attractions and stores. Only problem was we couldn't stay longer.

Very nice place to stay for the weekend! Our kids loved seeing the cows, pigs, and kittens that they have at the property. House was very comfortable! Traffic was a little loud but we still got great sleep at night. Would definitely stay here again if we come back to the area!

We would not hesitate to stay they again, however we do recommend the blackout curtains for at least the 2 front bedrooms. Being so close to Rt 30 is hard for some people to sleep if they are not use to traffic. Between the car noise and the lights, she didn't sleep very well. Next time she will take ear plugs with. But, honestly overall we had the best time together and the large house had alot to to with that. Thank you for allowing us to stay there.
