Susan is awesome! The house has the perfect location and everything we could possibly need. The house is charming with a picturesque vineyard in the back yard and beautiful crepe myrtles that we saw every morning while drinking coffee in the beautiful weather on the front porch. Can't say enough about Susan. She's a wonderful person and host.

Susan is the BEST hostess! She provided us with everything we needed and lots of things we didn’t even think of! Charming craftsman (historic) cottage. Walkable to everything downtown. I can’t believe how much love went into making this a perfect place to stay.
And, while you’re in Napa, be sure to visit her store, The Bennington. Great spot for gifts , snacks and just plain neat stuff.

We rented the Corner Cottage for a girlfriends 50th birthday celebration and we could not have been more impressed or more happy with our stay. The property was as described and was perfect for our home base. Tons of food, tasting rooms, and shopping options within walking distance and a fantastic Saturday farmers market right across the street. There was plenty of space for the 5 of us and no unpleasant surprises. On the contrary, so many bonuses that we never would have got at a hotel. The house was fully stocked with everything we could have possibly needed. And the outside space was gorgeous and absolutely perfect for winding down at night.
Susan, the property owner, went WAY above and beyond to make our stay and our trip spectacular. She left us a birthday basket of goodies, comped us one night stay because roofers were still unexpectedly there during our stay, provided wonderful food recommendations, and even had a glass of wine with us one night. I seriously cannot say enough good things about Susan. She was a highlight of our trip. If any of us ever make it back to Napa, we will definitely stay here again without even looking at other places.

This cottage comes with all the amenities for a very comfortable stay in Napa. It's ideally located for short walks to Napa shops as well as short drives to Napa Valley and Sonoma. You can also decide (as we did!) to take an afternoon and chill in the vineyard - yes, there's a secluded back yard hosting a real vineyard, comfy chairs, premium grill, shade and firepit table. The owner is super-responsive and cares that you are satisfied. We were delighted with our stay. Highly recommend.

Susan was a fantastic host! This is by far the best Verbo stay we have had. The cottage was stocked with everything you could possibly need for your stay and walkable to downtown Napa. The wine train is right across the street (a must in Napa). Thank you so much for your hospitality Susan!

Cannot say enough great things about Susan and her property. The cottage was perfect for our girls' weekend getaway. The backyard was great to relax with a glass of wine and board game. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was stocked. The location could not have been better. We cannot wait for our next visit back.

Corner Cottage is in a great location for easy walking to all the downtown restaurants, tasting rooms, etc. and on Saturdays and Tuesdays during Spring/Summer, there is a nice food market a block away.
The cottage is as advertised and accurately displayed in the photos. Be aware that the bathroom on the main level is small and contains the clawfoot tub. The larger bathroom is located downstairs and has the shower, but no tub. The king and queen beds were very comfortable.
Susan, the host, has provided a ton of amenities throughtout the cottage, in addition to being a gracious host. The cottage has been decorated nicely and keeps with the era of the cottage's design.The four of us throughly enjoyed our weeklong stay!

Susan was the ideal host for a girlfriend getaway to Napa. The corner cottage was so cute, well appointed and conveniently located. We loved using the backyard fire table each night. I definitely would rent again from Susan. She is such a kind person. Thank you for a great week Susan!

The house was big enough for more than just the three people we had and it was perfectly located within walking distance to everything. Beautiful porch with a fireplace patio which really added to the overall experience. We would stay here again!

Susan's place was great to stay at! Cute house stocked with all the little things you might need during your stay. The courtyard with vinyard was so awesome! We sat by the firepit at night with a glass of wine. Quick walk to restaurants and shops downtown. Would definitely stay here again!

Stayed 5 nights in Feb when the weather was somewhat cold. Slept upstairs but my wife and I used the downstairs bathroom and our daughter the upstairs bathroom. The hallway outside the kitchen to go to both bathrooms was cold. The downstairs is not heated but there are portable heaters in the downstairs bathroom and bedroom turned on only when we are there. Susan was gracious offered a bottle of wine and the kitchen was well stocked. The leather chair in the living room was comfortable. My wife thought the toilets were not as clean as she would have liked.

We came here in February for a girl’s 50th birthday celebration. The house is in a perfect location to downtown Napa and is walkable to many restaurants and stores. Susan, the owner, checked in with us during our stay and made a perfect host!!

Our week vacation in this beautiful Napa Cottage was absolutely wonderful! We really enjoyed our greeting from the owner and felt welcome right when we stepped into her house. We were walking distance to Downtown and to Oxbow Market. We were able to easily visit wineries all over Napa Valley. I recommend this fantastic getaway cottage!

We had a pretty packed schedule so we didn’t spend too much time at the house but we were thrilled to come back to a cozy home with all the accoutrements accoutrements we could ever need! Although we didn’t have a chance to meet the owners, they were the most supportive VRBO owner managers that I have encountered!! So great! After a long day of wine tasting, it was wonderful to be able to walk to some of our favorite restaurants. Perfect home for a trip to Napa!

The Location was perfect to walk downtown and OxBow. Loved the evening around the gas fire table. Never stay in a Vrbo that was so equipped with coffee, toiletries, spices, etc. Susan was a great host.

The Corner Cottage was perfect for our Mom’s weekend getaway! The home was super charming, great location and had everything we needed. There were four of us (one couple and our Mom’s) and the home was a perfect size for us. Susan was great to work with and was very responsive. I would definitely stay here again!

We were impressed when we entered the house. Very well maintained and clean. There was just three of us and we had more than enough space. There were so many unexpected amenities. It was as though the owner anticipated our needs before we knew we had them. The pergola area is beautiful and we very much enjoyed our time there in the evening. In addition, the owner is very outgoing, delightful, and friendly. She made us feel at home. These factors made our stay very enjoyable and contributed to a positive and memorable visit.

My spouse and I had a wonderful stay at this comfortable, well-stocked house. The location was ideal--a very short walk to the Oxbow Market (Model Bakery every day!), the Napa Valley Wine Train, and downtown Napa with its many shops and restaurants. The Saturday green market was steps away from the property. Susan is a lovely and generous hostess and the house has lots of linens, kitchen supplies, and bathroom supplies. The master bed and pillows are super comfortable. The backyard is also equipped with comfortable furniture, a fire pit and grill. We did not cook but the kitchen had everything we could have ever needed. We highly recommend this property and would definitely return to it the next time we visit Napa, which we hope is soon since we had such a fabulous time!

This property is in the perfect area! Quiet neighborhood feel, yet just a few blocks from all the fun of downtown Napa. Easy to walk to restaurants, shops and wine tasting of course. House has everything you could ever need (almost too much!). Outside patio area is lovely although picnic tables are pretty worn and areas of the eating surfaces very warped so things don't lay flat. Bedroom with 2 twins is quite small but works. Other upstairs bedroom has a king bed but shares the common bathroom upstairs. Downstairs "master" bedroom is HUGE but the bed appears to be more full size than queen. Plus is very dark as it's a basement room. This house would NOT accomodate kids well or anyone with mobility limitations due to lots of stairs and the upstairs bathroom having a clawfoot tub/shower that's not easy to get in and out of. Overall you can't beat the location or the stunning outdoor patio with firepit. Also just an FYI the owner, Susan (who is lovely and very friendly) lives right next door and shares the patio space.

We had such a fun time! The check in and out process was smooth and the location was fabulous!! Easy walk to downtown Napa, across the street from farmers market, short walk to bike rental, short bike ride to bike trail, and perfect location to leave from to do a day traveling to wineries. Charming older house with small winery in the backyard. Would definitely stay here again!!!!

This cottage has the best location! A block from the Farmers Market, a few blocks from the famous Oxbow Market and within walking to ANY downtown shop or restaurant. Susan was amazing to work with and has a heart of Gold! Check in/out was seamless. The house was very well stocked with anything you could ever need. The backyard and fireplace was very special after a day out in Napa. We will stay here again anytime!

The 'cottage' was great! It was cozy, clean and well stocked with everything you'd want or need for a long weekend. Communication with the owner was timely and friendly. If I find myself back in Napa, I'll definitely be looking to book the cottage again.

Very clean, charming, and well provisioned property. Walking distance to all the nice places in downtown Napa and great starting point for exploring Napa Valley and all the wineries! Susan is a great host and has created a beautiful side yard with pergola for sitting and enjoying a fire and her own vineyard. So glad we chose this location!

My husband, son, daughter, and her finance came to Napa for my birthday celebration. We had a great time. The Corner Cottage is a great location, comfortable, and clean. Easily in walking distance to many restaurants and shops. There was an issue with the air conditioner and Susan was very responsive and got us a window unit that day to cool everything off until the repairman could get there to fix it.
