We have stayed at the Long Boat Key club in the past through the resort, but this location was better than any prior stays. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. The decor was great, but most of all this location has one of the best views of the water in the entire property. We will definitely come back to stay!

This is an excellent property. The view from the extra large balcony is fantastic. The condo has plenty of room, fully updated and comfortable. The location is perfect for exploring everything Sarasota has to offer. Already planning our next trip! The property manager was a pleasure to deal with.

The Views!
Our party of 4 adults over age 60 really enjoyed this beautiful 10th floor condo with spectacular views. The bedrooms and common room are really large and comfortable. We were lucky to have perfect beach days, but if you aren't a beach person or it's rainy, you could sit in the shade on the covered balcony all day, enjoying the changing skies and surf. The sunsets are usually pretty spectacular!
The only downside to staying in this unit is that you don't have resort privileges like eating at their restaurants, using the spa or workout rooms, or food service on the beach. You do get two chaise lounges on the beach, but you'll need to rent an umbrella. We honestly didn't miss any of that since it was very pleasant having our own coffee and bagels on our balcony every morning, and brought our own snacks and drinks to the beach with us.
Overall, our expectations were exceeded at this condo. We will definitely consider renting this unit again.

Beautiful large unit and wonderful views all around. The only down comment would be that we were not allowed to use any of the pool -side lounges, restaurants; however, it did state that clearly in the rental lease.

Amazing views from 10th floor of the Resort at LBK Club
We loved our week in LBK❤️💜💚 !!! I have been twice before and my last trip was 8 years ago. Last time we also stayed at the Resort at LBK. We were just as happy this time as previous two trips. Condo was really quite perfect!! Great layout for traveling with adult son and new daughter-in-law as bedrooms were on opposite sides. Balcony views were as great as other reviews said ... which was super important to us as my husband is very fair skinned and loved to just sit on the balcony while surfing the web. Kitchen was well outfitted - there was nothing that wasn't available throughout the condo. We definitely want to make this an annual trip and stay in the same unit. I don't think any other VRBO 's in LBK can beat this place!!

Fantastic stay on Longboat Key
This 2 bedroom condo at the Resort on Longboat Key is very enjoyable. The description is a very accurate description of what to expect. It is particularly well equipped (electronics, kitchen utensils and appliances) and perfectly maintained. The view is exquisite. It is on the top floor and is therefore very quiet.
Sue (customers relation) was very responsive and made the check-in process seamless.
A lot of information on what to do in the area in the guest book.

Spacious property with awesome views
Many reviews say the views are better than the listing shows. I hate to heighten expectations, but they are. Direct views of the Gulf and beautiful sunsets from a large balcony that could seat 12 people. Almost 360 degree views that include a view of Sarasota. We saw a bald eagle perching on the roof from the bedroom window! Both bedrooms have Gulf views. Both of the 2 full bathrooms have a second sink adjacent.

The pictures do not do this property justice. It is very beautiful and spacious inside. The views are amazing! The balcony is HUGE! Though it was only my husband and I, this unit could comfortably sleep six without feeling cramped. The kitchen is well appointed (there is an ice maker in the fridge). We had everything we needed. I highly recommend this unit. You will love it!

Fantastic Stay!
We couldn't have asked for a better place. The condo location was just perfect for our family and the unit was well appointed with nice patio furniture as well as interior furniture and was very clean and well kept.
Our older parents occupied the primary bedroom so we didn't realize all of the beach goodies that were available to us until we were leaving.
We can't wait to return!!

Great property on Longboat Key
Very attractive location at the south tip of Longboat Key. Large beautiful beach with great views from this 10th floor condo (top floor in the building). The unit seems larger in person than in the photos, particularly the living/dining areas. Very clean and in very nice condition. Large balcony that runs the entire length of the unit. Everything about the condo was terrific, we would go back there anytime. Highly recommended!

Best Location and beautiful views! Highly recommend...little tweaks, need update shower heads in both bathrooms, as anyone taller than 5 ft 6 needs to bend way down...handheld shower heads would do the trick. Also would remove carpet in both bedrooms as bit musty..replace with same flooring in main area and some throw rugs.. Simple fixes, but is truly amazing place to stay. The Resort needs to update elevators too...were down a few times during our stay...and walking 10 floors gets old.

Outstanding property but too many negatives!
The unit itself was outstanding. However there were too many negatives. We couldn’t get access to the baggage carts because “we weren’t staying in the hotel?” Had to make 10 trips to get everything to and from the car and the tenth floor. We couldn’t use the restaurant or the poolside bar because “we weren’t staying in the hotel?” Now the Red Tide shows up which made the beach unusable. Then a hospital convention shows up and they made us get off the poolside chairs cause they needed them for the convention people. The pool then became unusable due to everyone using the pool since the beach was unusable. Now, I understand the Red Tide is not the Hotels fault but why they insisted on treating us as second class citizens was too much. I will never understand why they wouldn’t take our money at the bar or restaurant. That’s is beyond believe. Whatever deal you have with them should be changed. It’s ridiculous!
Again, we loved the unit and the location. It’s a shame you don’t have an agreement that treats your guest the same as people “staying in the hotel”.

Stunning View!
We recently spent 4 nights at this property on a Girls' Trip. From the moment we walked into the room, we knew we made the right choice! It was very spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. And we loved how both bedrooms were ocean-front with balconies. But speaking of the balcony, that was by far the best part. It was HUGE and so private with no one next to us or above us. And that view was just amazing. It was so peaceful that we hardly ever left except to go down to the beach! It would have been nice if we had access to the tiki bar and restaurants but we were allowed to take coolers on the beach, which ultimately saved us money. We highly recommend this property and will definitely be booking it again next summer!

The Beauty @ Longboat Key
My wife and I stayed in the condo in Longboat Key the 3rd week of May 2018. The condo was just as pictured and described. Absolutely beautiful from top to bottom. Beautiful 180 degree view from this 10 floor suite. The place was decorated nicely with 2 bedrooms on opposite sides of the condo. While there the dryer stopped working but one phone call and someone was there to address and fixed within 24 hours. This trip was to celebrate our 18th year anniversary and my birthday. I have been renting vacation house's / condo's for over 15 years and this place is in the top 3 for me!! Thank you for a wonderful time. Jerry & Chene Thornton
