Amazing place to stay and feel like home. Very comfortable and clean apartment, beautiful garden. Friendly host.

Really lovely apartment (we had the two floor apartment) near Lake Garda. We had a corner view of the Lake from our balcony although the best open views are from the shared rooftop balcony. It was lovely to use the quiet pool area after a day exploring. The owners were lovely and so helpful - we struggled to get a taxi there and after my phone died, they kindly picked us up! After booking, I had realised that we couldn't rely on buses in the area (which we'd done elsewhere!) and unfortunately, we hadn't arranged a hire car as we were travelling around the north by train. We only stayed for 3 nights and managed ok by doing the flat 50 minute walk to Desenzano (and then getting the ferry from there to explore). Although we still had a lovely stay, we would recommend hiring a car to see the most of the Lakes and to gain easy access to this apartment (it's a main road outside to get to the Lake). Thanks again to the kindness of the hosts!

The location of the property is excellent in many ways. The villa is located in a peaceful part of Desenzano, where we could enjoy the views of the lake and at the same time get a restful night sleep. On top of this, the property is ideally located if you want to visit the western and eastern part of the lake, as we did. The apartment was very modern, spacious, beautifully appointed, with all the amenities and exceptionally clean! The bed was super comfortable which added to the whole experience. The owner was kind, welcoming and extremely helpful to satisfy all our questions and needs.

The only downside was that we stayed only three nights.. Every part of our stay exceeded our expectations!

Excellent Pool and pool area, impressive new and modern building, friendly owner and family, excellent covered/garage parking, very well kept gardens and property, modern and spacious bathroom, spacious master bedroom, sofa bed was a proper large double bed, good WiFi and smart tv for Netflix, Disney Etc. good general vibe and ambience.

Our Balcony faced south and had no shade, so was too hot to use most of the day. The Living space is not really very comfortable/relaxing - sofa bed down one side, table And chairs in the middle, kitchen down the other side. Our furniture on the balcony was very basic and budget compared to other apartments - disappointing. Location is quite isolated, no shops or restaurants within safe walking distance owing to proximity to main west coast road.

The hosts/owners especially helpful and friendly..property is very modern and eco, having safe parking is also a plus..

Only 1 thing, you cannot walk to nearby attractions, hence driving always required..

Lovely property very well furnished and great hosts on hand to help with everything. Lovely pool and a short distance to the lake.
