This property is in a great location in Salem, near restaurants, shops, and historic sites. The upstairs primary bedroom is very large and spacious. The listing says there were two bedrooms with queen beds, but the downstairs bedrooms are both small and each only have a double bed. The host was very responsive and helpful.

Location, location, location! Ideal spot within Salem, and a great point of departure to access great towns on the North Shore, as well as Boston. Host was responsive to an issue we encountered. House was well-stocked and very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

We actually rented both unit 1 and unit 2 for our large family for my daughter's wedding at Misselwood in Beverly. Wonderful place. Clean. Easily accessible. Thank you for a beautiful weekend!

The unit is clean and cute, with nice simple decor and spacious bedrooms. But what really sticks out for this place is the location! We were within approx 5 minutes walk from most of the places we were visiting in Salem. Lots of dining, history, and shopping within minutes! We also loved that it was a historic building and surrounded by other historic houses in all directions, as well as being right on the waterfront. The primary room is upstairs and is enormous and has a very spacious closet and bathroom as well. Our teenagers each got their own room on the main floor, that they were happy with as well. We didn’t really use the kitchen much but it appeared to be decently-equipped. Overall we were very happy with the home and would definitely stay there again.

The place was easy to get to. The bed was wonderful and the most comfortable we have ever slept in. The property was roomy and spacious enough to feel comfortable. Easy walking to restaurants and a good cental location for attractions

We loved this location for our Salem/Boston stay. Everything was in such a lovely walkable distance. We did have to park the car off-site, which was about 5 minutes away. Not a big deal, but something to be aware of. The rooms in the were spacious, the shared living spaces a little less so, but it was still a great fit for our family.

My Two sisters and myself stayed at this property for a long weekend for our annual sisters trip. The house is located in a perfect location that you can park for the weekend and walk to everything. The home was extremely clean. There were plenty of linens, toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap in the apartment, you can leave that stuff at home. The only two things that I would mention is if you do plan on doing a lot of cooking at the house like we were there is a lot to lack in the kitchen as far as mixing bowls, pots pans, silverware, etc. and if you are bringing folks along with you that do have a little trouble with stairs to keep in mind this is an old home with a narrow, spiral staircase to get to apartment. If we return to the area I definitely would rent this home again, we had a blast.

We were coming to Salem for my daughter's wedding. The house was right across the street from the venue and it was easy to host the "get ready" spot. The views of the ocean was great and was in easy walking distance from many historic sites we visited.

This little stay was perfect. Just the right size and perfect for walking to all the main attractions. Walking distance to the ferry to Boston for a day trip and private enough to relax after taking in all the attractions.

This was a graduation trip for my granddaughter. We had a great time. The condo was roomy for the 4 of us. Very clean and well kept. The beds were comfortable and kitchen stocked with plenty of dishes and what nots. The area was very quiet and close to the water. Everything we did was within walking distance. Restaurants within a block or two as well. Parking for this unit was not at the unit it was in a parking deck about a two minute walk from there. It has a reserved spot which was nice. If you are not able to climb stairs this would not be the condo for you to rent. It is on the second floor and with that the master bedroom is upstairs in the unit. Everything like I said was very clean, roomy, comfortable and charming. Our host was very sweet and helpful. I would recommend this property to anyone and plan on coming back again next year.

This townhouse was beautiful and right in the heart of all things Salem. We were able to walk to attractions, eat at different restaurants, and felt safe the entire time regardless of the hour.

The house was beautiful and in the perfect location! The only thing I would suggest if staying here is stopping by Target and getting some regular toilet paper. The one that was provided was 1 ply. Otherwise it was amazing

This is a nice property in an ideal spot in Salem. The location is perfect for those looking to explore the town. The house is more spacious than I anticipated. I would have preferred a few more kitchen and linnen supplies. There were no pot holders or mixing bowls in the kitchen. Also, I could not find extra blankets and sheets.

We had a wonderful stay in Salem. The area is so quiet and peaceful especially at night time. We were able to walk to all of the local places we wanted to visit with ease. The house was great for our family. Plenty of space and comfortable beds. We would definitely stay again.

This rental is much bigger than we had expected! The offsite parking was a little stressful, however the parking pass given is a great idea. The host was hands off, which was great! Would stay again!

The property exceeded our expectations. It was a great location close to downtown Salem. The property was nicely furnished and SPACIOUS. When we visit the Boston area in the future there is no place else we will stay. Everything and everybody made our visit 5 Star.

Our family stayed for Christmas - and could not have found a more perfect place to spend the holiday. The place was just right for four people, and the location was absolutely perfect.
It was a nice place to place to gather as we started the day - the full kitchen was great - and we were able to get to just about anywhere in Salem without a car.

Wonderful location. Place was very clean. Two of the 6 guests were seniors. The stairs were a challenge, and there wasn't any grab bars in bath.

We absolutely loved the location and layout of the property, however the furniture was extremely subpar. Everything felt like it was made for a college dorm - except more uncomfortable. The top floor, which is the master suite, has a terribly uncomfortable bed which is much more suited for children who can sleep anywhere. We actually had to go out and purchase a mattress topper so that the bed wasn't hard as a board. In short, furniture/décor needs an upgrade.

You couldn't ask for a better location in Salem. This 3 bedroom/2 bath has more room than we expected. It was updated nicely and someplace we would 100% stay again. I was actually traveling with my boss and we chose this because the location and the cost was less than the hotels. We chose bedrooms on different floors and both had our own bathroom to use so plenty of privacy. Overall - very impressed with the communication!
To note:
Parking is in a garage a very short 2 blocks away. This was very easy to get to. I believe the spot is on the 4th floor so don't think that you passed it - just keep driving up.
If you have mobility issues, you may not want to stay here because there is a narrow flight of stairs you have to go up to get into the condo. The main floor has two bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room, and a kitchen. There is a loft with a master bedroom/bathroom and a Laundry closet up another flight of steps.

We did a girls trip for the 1st weekend in October. The location was great for walking to all the sites. The Property was exactly as advertised. If we ever return to Salem, this will be where we stay. I highly recommend it!

Totally updated, clean, and comfortable apartment. The location could not have been better. We could walk to all the attractions we wanted to see, and there are great restaurants, coffee shops, and taverns just steps from our door. The House of the Seven Gables is just down the street. If you’re visiting Salem to see it all and do it all, this is the place to be.

I stayed with my mom and sister-in-law this week for three nights. We were so pleased with the cleanliness, amenities, and especially the location. It was completely walkable to all of the great stuff Salem has to offer and the view of the water was beautiful.

This property was in a perfect location for exploring Salem on foot as well as driving to neighboring towns. It was incredibly clean. One of the places I use as a judge of cleanliness is the shower curtain liner. This one was very clean!!

Great location right off the wharf, across from a coffee shop and some cool shops. Parking in the garage down the street was a quick minute walk; Jennifer provided parking pass for our one vehicle. In-unit laundry, dishwasher, and full kitchen were such an added convenience. The neighborhood is very quiet and the other tenants were very nice. Had a great trip!

We greatly enjoyed our stay here! Comfortable beds, a full size fridge, and a cozy living room made this the perfect home base for exploring Salem! The location along the wharf put us within walking distance of Salem attractions and lots of great options for food. I would definitely stay here again on a future trip to Salem.

Wonderful location. Very close to anything you would want to do in Salem or the surrounding area.
The place was spotless, including all the linens. My family is all pretty picky about cleanliness and this place was genuinely immaculate.
Beds and furniture were comfortable. We didn’t spend that much time lounging in the living room but we ( 4 adults and 1 toddler) we’re all comfortable.
We didn’t cook either but 4 of us could sit and enjoy donuts in the morning ( Ziggy & Sons was the best by far) .
The only room for improvement I would I offer is installing black out curtains in the rooms. That’s a Very minor complaint but it would have been nice.
