My friends and I felt very safe in the townhouse we rented for three nights. Everything we needed was at pur fingertips. We will not hesitate to stay with Seascape Properties again

Great rental, excellent communication from/with management company. Like most rentals, it could use some TLC - mold around bathroom air vents, torn sliding screens, etc. Many ceiling lights/lamps/switches don't work. Also, the kitchen drinkware could use an upgrade and there's a bunch of junk being stored in there and in other storage areas throughout the rental that should be thrown away. Aside from these issues we loved the place.

Love the location! Super Close to beach and convenient to Wrightsville restaurants / bars.
How was decent. Amply stocked kitchen. Beach chairs and towels as advertised. When we booked the as said 2 king beds and a queen… it was 1 king, 1 queen, and 2 fulls. Not the end of the world but not 100% accurate. Slight musty smell, carpet is tired and rough, and saw a couple bugs. But all in all, a great property and a fantastic location and, oh by the way, killer surf break during Hurricane Lee offshore throwing up a great swell.

The house smelled like smoke from the time of check in and just felt gross based on the dated condition. The cleaning crew does the bare minimum. Great location and views but that’s about the only plus. For the money, we expected better.

The proximity to the beach was perfect! The layout of the property was excellent for our family as it was very spacious and gave our 9 month old plenty of room to play. My only complaints are minor and won’t keep us from staying there again by any means. The narrative of the listing states there is a king bed on the second floor, but it’s actually a queen (I contacted the property manager and hope this is fixed so it isn’t misleading to others). The beds were more comfortable than I originally thought they would be, but I definitely suggest bringing your own pillows. My only other complaint is the air vents weren’t functional so we couldn’t adjust the air blowing into the room my son slept it. And lastly, the grill needs to be cleaned (grease all over the bottom) - this was very challenging to keep my son away from ha. But again, none of this will keep us from staying there again. Thank you for an excellent stay!

The property was lovely, the location is super, loved everything about it, the dryer was not working and the owner sent us ahead of time that they are trying to fix it. But it didn’t and the owner ordered a new washer and dryer which was really great. We received messages daily if we need anything to make our stay better.
The unit had 3 and half bathrooms which was great, every room had its own bathroom.
The only problem with the unit was it needed a lot of love, the kitchen had random items, that was obviously collected over the years and nothing matched, appliances was ok except for the toaster. The kitchen cabinets needs updating.
The beds were making sounds every time you moved in bed. Some of the mattresses were very uncomfortable.
The living room furniture needs some updating too.
But overall we had a great great time, and we would definitely go back again if some updates are done.
Thank you to the owner for their quick action on the dryer.

Check in process was a breeze. The location was perfect, walking access to shops and dining, and 200ft to the ocean. The layout was perfect, our group of 7 never felt cramped. The 3 patios all provided a unique view of harbor and the beach. The provided beach chairs, bikes, and towels all came in handy as well! Will definitely be booking this place again in the future.

The house worked great for our family. Great location and beach access was perfect. Plenty of parking space. Only complaint is the beds aren’t super comfy but very doable. I would book this again for sure!

This property made for an amazing week at Wrightsville beach, once our cars were parked, they were not needed the rest of the week due to how close the beach, shops, and restaurants were to our location. Great Place! Will definitely be looking to book for next year as well.

We loved this beach home. We stayed for 12 days. Very clean, cozy plenty of room for our family of 4. Great location beautiful ocean views from the the balconies. Look forward to going back!!

Spent a week at this home and it was spotless which is very important to me. I had girlfriends stay a couple of days and my family stay a couple of days and everything was perfect. The only complaint was the beds, the mattresses could use an upgrade but they were clean so I’m not complaining too much! Hate that I had to leave!

I did not have one single night of good sleep and when it was time to drive home to DC my back was killing me for that 7 hour ride. The rest of the house was great- the views, the proximity to the beach, the updated kitchen were all great. But I don’t know how I can recommend this house with those beds. The cockroaches that come out at night didn’t even bother me as much as the lack of sleep and discomfort!

Everything was great and I highly recommend if you want to stay in the Wrightsville Beach area. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. No parking hassle (enough for 4 parking spaces by the way) If I needed anything, Tracie would respond immediately and that was great. You can see the sunrise abs sunset from the top floor, Decor was nice and there was enough space for our party of 10. Will definitely be booking with seascape rentals again. Overall very satisfied!

First, Seascape Properties was a fantastic company to work with. They went above and beyond to make sure that everything was set for our stay. Lynn made sure we had everything we needed and Tracy in the office was fabulous to work with. The property overall is OK. there have been some updates but, it could use a few more updates. The location was perfect. Within walking distance to everything and the views on all decks were great.

We stayed in the Girman's condo for an extended visit from October to April. The condo had all the comforts of home and had plenty of room for our family of 5. We enjoyed becoming part of beach life and the warm atmosphere on Atlanta St. It was so fun to walk to the juice bar in the mornings, to Tower 7 for Baja Mex in the evenings, and take long walks to the north end of the island. The close proximity to "downtown" Wrightsville Beach AND the ocean made this a perfect place for us. You can see sunrise AND sunset from the Master bedroom porch...priceless. Seascape took excellent care of us throughout our stay. We highly recommend this rental.
