It is a very cute and beachy decorated condo. Spacious and bright. During my stay I communicated with the owner many times and he got back to me quickly. My husband, elderly Dad and I spent just 1 night, we live 2 and 1/2 hours from the beach and would rather not spend 5 hours of our day driving so we booked 1 night so we could enjoy the beach for 2 days. And we did! ☺️. If you're looking for an ideally located beach condo, this is it. It's directly across the street from the beach and public pay parking. So if you have to check out and still want to spend time at the beach, just move your car across the street, pay for a couple hours of parking and you're good to go.

The location was superb and letting us get in early was wonderful. On the condo side..the cleaning people need to do a little better. Microwave dirty, refrigerator compartments did not open due to sticky residue and windows on inside were pretty nasty. There was no grill as listed and no instructions anywhere in the property other than how to clean up the place before leaving. No one to contact anyone for help. We had no sheets for two of the beds and phone number to contact owner was not valid. Slept on mattress pad. First place I rented that did not have microwave cooking ware, no sugar, no coffee or tea for the Kurig, no beach chairs or a grill to cook on. Listing was not clear. Reason for renting is typically to not have to bring all these things. Also, if you want to sleep, bring your own blow up mattress. The queen bed in the bunk room was unworthy of it being there. Tried to pull out the trundle bed instead but there were dead bugs on the mattress and no sheets or mattress pad. I can excuse the no condiments but renting to people with a bed like that is very sad. I dare the owner to sleep in that bed one night and can't understand why the messages I sent requesting sheets and where the grill that was as advertised were not responded to. Even my VRBO contact did not respond. Also if you do not like loud music deep into the night I wouldn't advise. Taco Bar next door has live music. The location was great, the patio and parking was nice and it was decorated nicely.

Not as clean as it should be. Need bed for adults instead of bunk beds. Mold in bathroom and toilet did not flush as it should. Found trash under bed in bunk room. Porch should have been swept up. Cleaning people stayed less than an hour. Surely cost too much for condition of place.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The unit was clean and updated with accomodations for 4 adults and a toddler, in our case. We loved being a minute walk from the beach and right at the end of the boardwalk, which gave us quick walking access to the best restaurants in Carolina Beach without the crowds. Would stay here again!

We really loved the location of this property. We were just a short walk from the beach and boardwalk!
Check in was easy as well as check out.
Here are some things to consider prior to booking this property:
1. The pool is small. We stayed in the off season so it wasn’t an issue.
2. They are under construction. Loud crews working.
3. The beds are not comfortable. One has broken springs and the other is super hard.
4. This is not the cleanest of places. It was also renovated but falls short. The main bathroom is small and the door sometimes doesn’t close.

The over all experience was great, very close to the board walk and the host responded instantly to any questions. The place is older, but it was extremely clean and you can't be better located in Carolina beach along with the responsive host made you forget you were in an older building. Thanks for hosting us.

Fantastic communication and ease of check in. Cute unit but we were disappointed that it wasn't as clean and comfy as we expected. The beds (mattresses) are very uncomfortable and the property needs a good deep cleaning. Just felt a little beat up but honestly at this price, we just made the best of it as the location was perfect for us!

House was in a great location. Really close to everything. Overall house was very clean and cozy. Was a little loud at night but that’s to be expected near a bar! Host provided sound machines in every room to aid with this. Host didn’t send check in info until I messaged and asked for it the morning of our trip. Communication was a little sparse, but that could be a positive for some folks! Overall really happy with stay and location. Would stay again!

A quick beach trip went great at this condo. Everything was ready even a bit earlier than the check in time. It was stocked and close to the beach and restaurants. The owner was very prompt with answers when needed.

This was a clean property with a short walk to the beach. My family enjoyed the ocean while I studied for an exam. We loved the space and separate shower and tub situation for our little one.

The condo was fantastic. The proximity to the beach was just what we were looking for. Check-in and checkout were a breeze and our host was super responsive and prompt with any questions I had. I would easily stay there again.

Me and my girlfriends had a great time at Brandon’s property. It was perfect location, reasonably priced, extremely clean, and had everything we needed and more. I definitely hope to rent this property again. 10/10!

Although not beachfront, this property is steps away from the beach and boardwalk!
Restaurants and shops are also a very short walk. The first floor property is updated, but doesn’t quite have an ocean view. We’d definitely go back!

Nice spot across from beach
Easy access to the beach with two parking spots included. We were a big group but the space fit us all. The kitchen had almost everything we needed and the laundry machines was an extra plus. It was a nice spot for a few days, wish we could have stayed longer.

Close to beach and action
Very close to shops and bars. Across street from beach... Which is now twice as wide due to restoration. Updated condo with more than the basics. Yes floor is a little slanted but no big deal. Had everything we needed for a week and could walk everywhere. The parking spot is a big deal at this beach too as parking is expensive. View is only of dune and parking lot.

Great Time!
We had a great time here! The outside of the condo might look a little sketchy but don't worry, the inside of the condo is absolutely adorable and we had no trouble with anything. The main bathroom has a door that is a little tricky but other than that everything was perfect and it is definitely a great place to stay if you plan to vist Carolina Beach!

Run Down
Location is great. But the main bathroom had a shower that didn't work, plumbing was hanging out of the wall, floor in bathroom had soft spots not sure it was safe to walk on. The master bathroom was better until I tried the rain shower head was coated in rust and dirt partials took a while to get washed out of my hair. Floor very uneven coming out of master bedroom.

The location of this property is amazing. Right across the street from the boardwalk entrance, and a very short walk to the restaurants and shops. We would stay here again.

Location location location!
Hubby and I stopped at this lovely little beach for his birthday. You are steps away from the beach and boardwalk and shops. The town has all the bells and whistles of larger beaches just less of the crowds. The pool is heated too and was a perfect end to the day listening to tunes from the taco joint next door! Spacious enough for a family but cozy enough for a romantic getaway. We will definitely be back when we want to get our beach on! (The only issue was during check in and trying to find where to park the car - the spaces are numbered just NOT in order. Brandon - you need to mention this in the check in and driving instructions! We had to drive around 3 times before the property overseer asked us if we needed help while parked between #18 and #23?? 🙃)

Great stay in Carolina Beach
We had a great stay! As a family of 5, it can be difficult to find a rental that’s truly set up to accommodate more than 4 people. This one was a great fit for our family! The pyramid bunk with the trundle in the 2nd bedroom meant each kid had their own bed, and between the living room, dining room, and porch, we had plenty of space to spread out. Location was very convenient, directly across from the public beach access and a quick walk to the Boardwalk and all the restaurants. Worth noting - another reviewer had commented that the parking was very small. The only thing we can think is that they must have parked in the wrong spot. The parking space for this unit was ample. We drive a Suburban and had plenty of space to park comfortably, open all the doors and rear hatch, and unload. Kitchen is well stocked with anything you might need. We didn’t have a chance to use the pool, but it looked very clean. Communication with Brandon was great. We would definitely stay here again.

Love Love!! The location!!! Right across the street from the beach and boardwalk!! You don’t need your car to drive to restaurants/bars all in walking distance. The condo was also super nice! And also has a pool if you don’t won’t to go to the beach. If you want to go deep sea fishing the boats are right across the street! Will be renting again!!

Perfect location!
Perfect location! We loved being able to walk to the Boardwalk area each night. The condo was very nice. We did have trouble with the A/C but the owner was extremely quick to respond. He had a repair guy onsite within an hour. We will definitely be back!

Great location , close to all
The unit was exactly as described in the listing. It had everything we needed to make our week at the beach enjoyable. It is centrally located close to all. You can find pretty much anything you need within a 5 minute walk so there really is no need to move your car once you parkit after arriving. The kitchen is stocked well with all of its utensils/gadgets so even if you have a rainy/washout kinda day & you want to stay in & cook/bake you have exactly what you’d need to do so. Brandon was a great host & answered any questions we had about the area prior to traveling down to Carolina Beach as this was our first time. The unit has a washer & dryer which was also a great addition. The pool was never crowded & kept clean. Our kids loved to go in the pool after a long day at the beach. I would definitely rent this unit again. Thanks Brandon for sharing your place with us, we had a great time in Carolina Beach!

Location Location Location!!
My Family and I had a great time staying in the condo. The beach access was across the street as well as access to the boardwalk. The four of us had plenty of space to spread out and relax. We enjoyed the use of the pool and the board games that were provided. The kitchen lacked a few things that we bought and left there. The house was clean. We will definitely be back!
