I was extremely happy with our stay!

My wife and I, (early 40's), and twin 10 year old boys had a perfect trip to Aruba staying here. We have never done a VRBO outside of the US, so I was nervous, but after all the research I did about Aruba and looking into the area where this home is located, we decided to go for it... and we could not have been happier.
This was the first we'd been to Aruba, and with the prices of all the hotels I decided to look into VRBO and a car rental, and this was absolutely the way to go. For the same price, or less, of the high end hotels we got a gorgeous, spacious home with full kitchen, pool, grill and gorgeous outdoor space.
It was only four of us, so the home size was a little overkill for our needs, but this was the type of location we wanted: very quiet, residential, walking distance to QUIET beaches, and the best snorkeling on the island. I seriously cannot say enough about the location.
I would say another family of 4, 2A+2C, would have fit comfortably with us. The air conditioning was perfect - you need it in Aruba! The kitchen and outside Weber grill were great: we ate at the house more than we expected because the butcher at Super Foods was so good.
The owners were always available, and there is a local contact in case we needed anything, but we didn't.
Absolutely recommend and we would stay here again.

House was clean and well stocked. Room descriptions were accurate. There was 7 or 8 beach chairs, a few masks/snorkles, some fins and several coolers available for use. Pool was a great feature to jump in for a quick cool down. Carlito was the local point of contact and was very responsive to any questions or requests. Highly recommended if you are looking to visit the island.

Location and house were absolutely spectacular! My husband and I are familiar with the island, but was a first time trip for my parents and adult children and they now know why we keep coming back! House very spacious and pool area stunning with lots of places to relax outdoors. There is a clothesline in back which was an extra bonus.
Lots of pool/beach items, but some pretty worn out. Lots of dishes/glasses, but as far as pots/pans to cook with--we were struggling as choices were minimal and quite worn that we didn't want to cook on. No cookie sheets at all, but LOTS of serving platters and accessories.
The only other downfall was the water pressure was minimal (which is at a lot of places on the island), but the water temp was only luke warm for showers. Not a deal breaker, but just be aware.
Carlitos was very friendly upon check in/out (fortunately didn't need to contact him during our stay). And John/Vilma were wonderful to interact with and quite responsive. Thank you sooo much for sharing your home in paradise with us! Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others! Until next time :)

The property was perfect for our vacation. We walked to snorkel and saw tons of sea life including puffer fish, turtles and several different fish. It was beautiful. California lighthouse is very close and several shops and restaurants are just a short drive away. The pool and outside areas were wonderful to just relax and enjoy the warm weather.
The house itself is spacious and has most everything you need.

Quick walk to Tres Trapi and Boca Catalina, we walked with our snorkel gear daily. Very popular snorkeling spot, especially for green turtles. Not close to many shops or restaurants (quiet) so it will be a trek if you want to eat out or shop. Place is older/needs update but was clean, free of sand, and plenty large enough for our party of 5.

A wonderful house in a quiet neighborhood within just a few minutes walk to some of the best snorkeling in Aruba, this house had it all: comfortable lodging; well stocked and a beautiful garden, patio and pool. We loved it!

There were 3 couples that stayed at the home. We had a great vacation. The home was a good home base. We enjoyed walking to Tres Trapi and snorkeling with the turtles. We explored most all of the island. The beach chairs and towels are appreciated. We also spent some time in the pool.

After searching many properties, I decided on this one, and I was more than pleased! Perfectly appointed and had everything you could possibly need. All of the beds were very comfortable and everyone had plenty of their own space and privacy. The outdoor area was exceptional- with a private pool that we spent countless hours in. The neighborhood is beautiful, and with Arashi Beach just around the corner, you couldn't ask for a better location. So happy to have made such great memories with my family in this beautiful home!

The home was lovely. Lots of space for the six of us. The pool was clean and a perfect temperature to relax in. Large kitchen and dining area worked out very well.
The location … especially if you enjoy snorkeling … was wonderful. So many great spots within walking distance! Just a short drive to so many wonderful restaurants and grocery stores were easy to find.
We’re from the US and while we love Aruba & try to visit often this was our first VRBO experience there.. It worked out really well and we wouldn’t hesitate renting this home again.

This is a really nice home and was perfect for our family! 4 adults and 2 children - We enjoyed our stay!! The layout of the home and pool is very good!
The owners John and Vilma were very attentive and accessible! We appreciated their help and getting information for us, when all of Malmok had the water turned off for several hours! We had our son’s wedding that afternoon and we really appreciated how they kept us updated! We all got showers and was a beautiful day!

Beautiful location
Wonderful first experience as a family vacation to Aruba. The privacy of this place was lovely. We didn’t want to be near the chaos of the high rise hotels and hustle and bustle. Arashi beach was our favorite for sand umbrella and relaxation with the food shack there as well. They actually had very nice waves there to crash Into. We snorkeled and both boca Catalina and tres trapi and the kids all got to see sea turtles . Wonderful fish. The one thing I thought would be helpful not related to the property is having a vehicle that had GPS otherwise you use your phones everywhere . Also we found Aruba doesn’t label many streets . So it was surely an adventure traveling. We did have a toilet that had issues running and it took a few days to fix . But otherwise great. I did find some of the other smaller local grocery stores closer to the home to be easier and cheaper. The superfood store was quite expensive. A don’t forget those water shoes with the rocks …..

It was a great location and literally a 3 minute walk to see the beautiful clear water and gorgeous sunset. It was 4 of us in total and there was more than enough room.
Rooms:
• There were 3 bedrooms on the main floor, 1 with an ensuite and the other 2 were on opposite ends with a shared bathroom in between. This is where our teens roomed and enjoyed their privacy with no issues at all.
• The master bedroom is on the 2nd floor and was a nice size w/ an ensuite bathroom, a big walk-in closet which leads to an enormous bathroom.
Kitchen:
• Nice size and literally had every appliance, utensils, pots & pans needed.
Outdoor:
• The pool was beautiful and PRIVATE!! A (real) private pool was a huge thing for us and this property completely delivered with their 100% private pool.
• The outdoor entertainment area was great to hangout and enjoy a book.
• There were so many areas to entertain and great amount of lights to ensure at night you can entertain with no issues at all.
Location:
• We found the location to be perfect. We were within 10-15 minutes to everything and driving back to the quiet and well kept neighborhood was great at night.
If you are unsure of this home... Don't be! You will not regret it and I can assure you that looking at where our other family members decided to stay, we had the best rental hands down! Thank you for a Wonderful Stay & can't wait to visit again!

Fantastic House Amazing Location
This house is perfect for a family vacation. The neighborhood is quiet and the ocean is one block away. There are multiple beach options within walking distance--a swimming hole with rock steps, a small beach with several huts and Arashi beach which has chairs and a snack hut. The outdoor area provides many options to be in the sun or shade, relax and dine outside. The pool is the perfect size and isn't too deep for young children. The outdoor shower (located in the front courtyard) is great to rinse off sandy feet after returning from the beach.
The main level has three good sized bedrooms, plus two full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, dining table that seats eight, and a large sunken living room. The upper level contains the master suite including a huge walk through closet and a full bathroom. There are plenty of beach towels and bath towels so no need to bring your own
There is an outdoor courtyard area with a storage shed that houses the washed/dryer and many beach chairs, snorkeling equipment, pool toys, etc. There are multiple clothes lines with pins that makes drying towels and swimsuits a breeze.
Check-in with Carlitos was easy and he gave a full walkthrough of the property. We loved this house so much that we have already booked again for next year.

Wonderful property with large pool and great location
We are a family of five and stayed at this location for five nights. The hosts were great! They were very responsive and helpful in providing all the information we needed for our stay. The house and property are well maintained, clean and well stocked with items for the kitchen, pool, beach, etc. We greatly enjoyed our visit and would stay at this location again.
