Second time staying in one of these units with my husband . Booked a larger one for a family trip. Great location. Walk to restaurant s, bars…. Hiking, skiing, snowshoeing nearby. Condo was clean and well equipped.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at The Lodge at Lincoln Station. The condo was the perfect size for me and my teenage son. It was very clean and had everything we needed. We were busy most days but when we weren't, we enjoyed the indoor pool, hot tub, pool table and Pemi River and that back of the property. The condo is in a great area with restaurants, stores and attractions nearby. We highly recommend this rental!

This place is right on a river and has a mountain view off the patio. Great location close to town with several restaurants very close. Condo was clean with a neat loft area.

We arrived at the property thinking there would be a property manager to assist with the check in process. There was no property manager. We ended up talking with a cleaning lady who connected us with a maintenance man who helped us connect with another cleaning lady who ultimately helped us connect with the property manager and eventually the owner. Once we had the key codes, the check in process was very smooth, the unit was clean, nice, safe neighborhood, close to shopping and restaurants. We would stay here again without hesitation. The owner later called me to clarify that he thought he had sent me a personal email with check-in information but he had inadvertently sent that email to someone else. He was forthcoming and apologetic about an honest mistake.

This condo is In a great location to restaurants and stores. The place was very clean with a spectacular view of the mountain. Rib was great and communicated well with us!

The River
When my husband and I requested to stay, Rob the owner got right back to us. When we arrived we were slightly confused but the hotel side helped us out and told us to just put information in a book infront of the owners office. When we opened the unit it was clean and cozy. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals during our stay. The unit is close to many restaurants and shopping, most even walking distance. The river was right out back down stairs that made it easy to get to. There was even a deeper water area that we watched kids and parent swim and explore. The weather was not great for half of our trip but there were indoor amenities such as a pool and game rooms which included ski ball. The bed room was located on the loft so if someone was watching TV it was difficult to fall asleep. Over all my husband and I enjoyed all of it and will Definitely go back.

Great location
We went up to NH to do some touristy things and to do some hiking. The condo is very central to get anywhere and everywhere you want to go in the White Mtns. The condo also had everything we needed to to feel at home. I recommend it!

Great value in a beautiful part of New Hampshire
Great place to lay your head as you visit all of the attractions in the area. A quick walk to some restaurants for a quick bite. We really enjoyed bringing our beach chairs down to the river and hanging out. The weather was beautiful and we had an awesome time.

We stayed for two nights. Condo was cozy and clean, bathroom had a nice jetted tub great for relaxing after those nice long hikes. Nice balcony with great mountain views and a beautiful river on the back of the property. Restaurants are all in walking distance. the owner was always helpful and nice. Thank you. Fall Foliage Trip
My wife and I stayed in this condo from October 4 - 9, 2019 for a trip to see fall foliage. The condo fit our needs perfectly. The location is great to access anywhere in the White Mountain region and close to some great restaurants. The condo and the lodge had everything we needed.. Very reasonably priced as well. Would definitely stay here again.

The outside property was well maintained, nice deck off lobby to listen to the river,.
The studio was well stocked, the loft steps are very steep, and it was also hot. When I booked this loft I was worried about the noise from below when one person is awake and the other is trying to sleep. We ended up buying ear plugs.. There are 2 sheets of notes on the fridge with instructions on what to do before you leave(strip the bed, put sheets and towels in the hallway, put all dishes back where they were, ,take out the trash, put all furniture back where it was) or face a fine, then ther was an envelope on the table asking for a tip for housekeeping . We would not stay here again.

Great location, good value
We stayed in the condo for 3 nights. The owner is a pleasure to deal with and responds quickly to inquiries. It's close to restaurants, skiing, hiking and other attractions. The unit is clean and well maintained; access to the basement laundry facilities was a plus. The kitchen, although small, has everything you need to prepare meals. We would stay here again in a heartbeat, and recommend it for couples or small families. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Great Location
Overall our stay was nice and the property was a good value. It could use a sprucing up in the paint and decor, but otherwise it was clean and functional. The window shades could use replacement, the sofa-bed was very uncomfortable to sit on, and the kitchen sink faucet leaked at the base, but otherwise everything worked okay.
This unit is in a convenient location near an elevator and the building lobby. While we were there roofing work was being done with a big hydraulic lift right outside our balcony that was noisy and also blocking the entrance driveway, but we were out site-seeing or riding the motorcycle most of the time so it didn't bother us too much.
There is ample parking and the nearby outdoor pool was nice for a dip and relaxation. The grounds are well maintained. There is lots to see and do nearby and we found attraction brochures and maps both in the lobby and in the unit we stayed in.
I would recommend this location and the Monnes home we stayed in. Rob was very pleasant to deal with and communication was easy.
