What a beautiful place to stay! Perfect for our family. We enjoyed early mornings on the sun deck, evenings in the lanai, the one rainy day there, the jigsaw puzzles at the condo provided the teens with entertainment. They pulled one out had fun together assembling the puzzle.
Lots of beach gear-wow! The kitchen was fully equipped. While we enjoyed several of the many fine restaurants on Sanibel & Captiva, we had all we needed to cook meals in the condo.
This was such a lovely and relaxing place to stay. Thanks!

Father’s Day week
We arrived and were really impressed with our condo, it was very modern in many aspects. The elevator was extremely small and failed to operate a couple times. The only other issues was the tv service in the master suite was intermittent in its functionality and the master bath’s shower entry is extremely small. Overall we loved our stay.

Great location and Unit! Only issue is slow Internet.
This is a great location with an awesome view from the windows. You're close to the general store and many restaurants. The unit is clean and well supplied. The beach supplies are in a storage next to the elevator on the 4th floor. If you plan to do activities for the kids in the clubhouse, I suggest booking it early and they only take cash. The unit manager is very responsive. Lots of shells on the beach. There is a roof sundeck, but its usually too hot to use it or too many mosquitos in the evening to enjoy it. The internet is very slow and unsecured, using the VPN slows it down even more. The pool can get busy, have to get there early if you want to have a seat with an umbrella. Overall, we would stay here again.

Perfect family vacation!
Can’t say enough good things about our stay — condo was as described. Really appreciated the beach chairs, towels, etc. Meant we didn’t have to take all that! Comfortable space and we loved the rooftop deck. Kitchen was well stocked, but condo needs some larger serving bowls and also some storage containers for leftovers — we cook a lot of our evening meals on vacation and missed having those! Nice pantry space for dry goods. We were blessed with perfect weather all week — lots of beach time! The condo is very conveniently located to some great restaurants and the grocery stores, too.

Heaven on Earth
Myself and five girlfriends ages 57-67 just spent a week at Evans’ condo. The condo is in absolutely pristine condition and has everything you could possibly need including thick beach towels and five beach chairs, beach umbrella, and numerous other beach toys, floats, etc. We loved having our morning coffee on the beautiful rooftop deck. We rented bicycles for the week and didn’t need a car. The bicycle paths on Sanibel Island are great. You can shop at Bailey’s General Store and for $15 they deliver the groceries to the condo door. We greatly enjoyed shelling and found a gigantic conch shell, sand dollars, and many, many beautiful shells. A great restaurant right down the road in walking distance called the Sandbar had fabulous seafood and huge, tender steaks. Evans was very quick to respond to any questions I had. His condo, manager, Jim was also always available for any questions and very helpful. . Thank you Evans also for the very thoughtful book written by an author who stays at the condo. We are all excited to read it. The complex itself is beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed the pool, outdoor hot tub, Pickleball. and snacks at the snack bar. Being beachfront was amazing! We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and hope to return again. I would highly recommend this condo to all

Nice place to stay. Would stay there again
Condo was very nice. Everything is as described except there is no private WiFI in the condo. There is Wifi and it worked fine but it is the property-wide Wifi. They just need to update on the description. it would be nice to have provided more paper products (toilet paper). Not enough to get through the week and we had to buy a big pack of it which we left behind.

Excellent Experience
Our week in C-47 was exceptional! We were provided 5 beach chairs, 4 pool noodles, a wonderful assortment of sand toys, 3 boogie boards, a cooler, and a beach umbrella for our outside needs. Inside the condo provided everything we needed to prepare meals, a fantastic supply of beach towels, and bedding. There was nothing missing for our stay! Thank you!

Pointe Santo in January
We had a wonderful week on Sanibel — despite cooler temps, we took advantage of the proximity of the property to the beach, the rooftop deck, the pool and hot tub. Our hosts made it all so effortless and comfortable. There were six adults in our group and the condo and complex provided plenty of room and activities for all. We will definitely come again!

Excellent location with excellent beaches
This was our first time to Sanibel Island. The condo was a very short walk to the beach. Everything was very clean. Unfortunately, the week before we came the condo was struck by lightening and the whole complex lost tv and internet. The communication with the property manager and owners were great. They kept us informed the best they could and checked in on us during the week. Definitely a nice place to stay and visit for the week!

Well equipped and spacious condo
This is our 6th trip to Sanibel and 2nd stay at at Pointe Santo condo. The complex is well maintained. The condo was spacious and very well equipped. We really appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella, and sand toys. Wifi and cable worked great but we didn't use it much because the beach view called us outside!

May 2021 Stay
My fiancé and I shared the condo with friends for a week long vacation in May, and we absolutely loved it! The condo was perfect - the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking meals, the beds were comfortable, and best of all, we could walk to the beach. You could walk forever on the beach and find sea shells and see sea life. We can't wait to come back to Sanibel soon!

Wonderful condo with a lot of room - fabulous views - clean - well stocked beach closet and so much more! We had a wonderful time and liked not having to deal with a management co and being able to communicate with the owners directly. Highly recommend!

Outstanding Location
Everything was great...the property was in a very nice location, right next to the beach...Being on the top floor made for great views, particularly from the private, rooftop deck. The kitchen could use a few more cooking utensils, but as I always bring my own, it wasn't a big deal. Having the washer-dryer in the unit was also very helpful. After a shaky check-in (they forgot to load the combo into the door, but remedied it within 30 minutes off arrival), it was a great experience. Next time I'm in Sanibel, I will be looking to occupy this residence.

This was a great property very close to the beach. Having grills were great. If I had to be critical- there were 5 forks total. View from the penthouse was great as were the facilities. Was awesome to be that close to the beach and have everything we needed. Would definitely return.

Lovely spot
Clean, comfortable spot to enjoy Sanibel Island! Cozy accommodations with plenty of couch space and blankets for cool nights. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and we especially like the dining room island for all of our meals. The lanai gave us a perfect view of the beach and ocean as well as the rest of the resort. We even watched an alligator sunning himself in the lagoon one afternoon! A great experience with responsive manager and owner.

Wonderful condo!
We really enjoyed staying at this condo on the 4th floor of Pointe Santo. It has a roof deck. We liked the layout with 3 bedrooms, and a work space. The kitchen was well stocked and the unit was clean and organized with beach towels (yay!). The keycode worked just fine on the door. We appreciated not having to go pick up keys or drop off keys afterwards. Pointe Santo has a nice pool and the beach is right there. Highly recommend.
