The property I got was no as advertised, even in the picture here on this survey!!! I sent you an email on this and have had NO answer. I’m still traveling Europe and expect this to be dealt with.

The apartment is beautiful, location as well. It is very clean and has a very Parisian mood.

Check in procedure with paying deposit outside of booking.com is too complex. Also, I thought I paid for the stay as I included my bank details at booking.com but then a day before arrival it turned out I needed to pay separately. It is very inconvenient, especially when travelling with small kids. I asked for a flexibility in a process, but received no reply. TVs didn't work or at least they didn't work by following the provided instructions.

Alexis was great with communication and very prompt with responses. Check in process was smooth and was well organised prior to arrival in Paris. Extremely helpful host! Loved that it was located in a quiet area and yet so central to everything! Facilities and amenities were also very clean! I definitely recommend staying here!

I was already informed prior to arrival but the suite we had booked was very small for 4 people but otherwise nothing else!

Nice location, right across from Luxemburg Garden/Palace, lots of places to eat around the building, very close to several metro stations and walking distance to Louvre , Notre Dame ( about 1 mile). Place was VERY clean, comfortable big bed, had kitchen with everything and small table.

Maybe a little small but it seems to be normal in Paris, so not a big deal.

Needed more coffee cups, glasses— and washcloths and there were only 4 of us. Coffee maker was difficult to work- Still have not received my deposit back - after 5 days?!

Spacious apartment with 3 good size bedrooms and 2 bathrooms plus third toilet. Well equipped kitchen. lots of cafes close by and opposite Luxembourg Gardens made for a n ideal location. Perfect for our group of 3 couples. Everything you need was available from phone chargers to guide books. Agent was very good to communicate with. Bus and metro within easy walking distance. Washer dryer in main bathroom. Highly recommend this apartment.

3 key codes needed to access building and apartment. Self check in. Quite expensive apartment. Price for similar apartment in same building by same management discounted by about 30% if booked last minute however if you don’t book in advance risk is discounted apartment may not be available.

This was a spacious beautiful Parisian apartment with a great feel to it and the building. Everything was clean and comfortable including the sofa bed. Close to metro stops which made travelling around Paris a breeze. We were 4 adults and 3 children and found it well equipped for the 6 nights we were there.

it was a great size for all of us and a brilliant layout - the location was absolutely brilliant - the natural light was great - it was brilliantly equipped

Great location for families, across the street from Jardin du Luxembourg, which has a very nice playground (pay to enter playground).

We don’t love being in the middle of touristy areas and this was perfect. Across the street from Luxembourg Gardens. Could walk out the apartment to a huge selection of places to eat…even one of top restaurants per Trip Adviser is less than 10mins walk. Truly a perfect location and perfect for family or friends to visit Paris. Metro is close by too. Apartment was first class.

Nothing really…only minor complaint…would be the dining room table needed tightened…or possibly that could be its design!

The host was very kind and helped us with every thing we needed. The apartment was even mor beautifully than the pictures. It has a really nice coffee shop right under it and the location was great. We were 8 people and we all really enjoyed and recommens on it

We loved staying at Rate La Résidence du Sénateur. The location was great and the apartment was spacious, clean and well equipped.

The only disadvantage was that we couldn't get any heat in the largest bedroom so it was really cold in there

I loved the location and the practical and simple decor and the property was very clean. The management had provided everything that was needed for a comfortable stay including handwash and cleaning products.

There was nowhere to hang towels in the smaller bathroom or bedroom.
