Esta hermosa villa de tres dormitorios, recién renovada, es una de las villas de ciprés y de cedro con vigas de Mariner que recuerdan a las cabañas de playa de principios de siglo. Con la ubicación más cercana de la villa a la playa y al océano y con una escalera privada que lleva desde la cubierta trasera directamente al paseo marítimo, este es el retiro costero por excelencia.
Esta villa frente al mar cuenta con un amplio plan de piso abierto con impresionantes vistas al mar desde la cocina, sala de estar y comedor, e incluso la suite principal. La gran sala muestra blanco, techos con vigas, amplias vistas al mar. Y las paredes de la nave-regazo. La cocina totalmente equipada, amplia ofrece todo lo que un chef necesitaría, amplio espacio de mostrador y un bar de desayuno perfecto para agarrarse un bocado antes de salir al agua. Great location, clean and comfortable vacation home. Great access to the beach and nearby grocery stores and restaurants. My only gripe is I wish the rental company had been more forthcoming in telling me that there were indeed beach chairs and beach towels available in the home when I called to inquire. Instead they said I needed to rent them from the company they endorsed. They offered $280 credit to rent from them and if I knew I would have used the credit more efficiently.

We thoroughly enjoyed the home. The ocean view was gorgeous, the kitchen was a dream to work in, and it was a nice touch to have the smart tv with streaming apps already loaded and available for us to use in the evenings. The only feedback for area of improvement would be to have better lighting in the bathrooms. The current lightbulbs are simply too dim, other than that, all was perfect.

Our family loved our stay … a great property, steps from the beach. Well maintained, nice layout and very comfortable. Location was perfect, not only because of proximity to beach but also quick walk to market, pool, basketball, trails, etc. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

We spent a week in the property in early January 2023. Spectacular location, and the house is well designed to take advantage of the beach setting, Everything is very modern, up to date, and the master bedroom suite is terrific...especially the shower area. One very small nit: The TV could use some instructions in how to access the cable service. Otherwise it is a bit hard to find the right input. The cable guy came and fixed it so it is clear but you have to know how to use it. Otherwise it has all the streaming apps on it, and that is very useful. Overall, terrific.

The condo was very nice. Several nice nooks to sit for reading. Close to the ocean so you can hear the waves at night with open windows. Bathroom layout was nicely done...large open shower, private commode area. Kitchen area was large. Quiet dishwasher. Overall, a good condo for a couple or a small family. The only negative is the high dune behind the condo. This prevented an open view of the ocean directly behind the condo. The ocean is visible to the sides, but not directly behind. Great beach however. Easily accessible from the condo.

This property was everything and more then the listing showed. Staff was excellent and the property was extremely clean. I would highly recommend this property. My only complaint is they should trim the dunes behind the unit. They were higher then behind any other unit and in my opinion took away from it being a true ocean front. Your view of the ocean was completely blocked except for the side views. If you want full ocean view I’d rent upstairs or another unit. Other then that the property was perfect.

My sisters and Mother and I had an incredible long weekend in this beautiful villa. The location is perfect, with a 2 minute walk to the beach, and the home is comfortable and gorgeous. There isn't really a beach view from the back porch because of the dunes, but you can feel the breeze and hear the waves (and see the water from inside the home). The beds are comfortable and the home is decorated beautifully. We will definitely be back!

Best location by far in kiawah. Nothing beats oceanfront and this unit did not disappoint. Beautifully renovated with tasteful, quality furnishings. Sit in your balcony and feel the ocean breeze.

very beautiful oceanfront condo - kitchen well stocked. A few recommendations for a condo of this high quality - bedrooms had 2 pillows per bed. In the closet were 2 more pillows but no pillowcases. Few blankets to be found. Maybe stock the bathroom with more than 1 night supply of shampoo/lotion. Also, please include at least one night supply of coffee. Very clean condo and exactly as expected per description. We biked, even down to the Ocean Course for lunch. Walking on the packed, clean beach was a highlight. The tennis center was interesting. Although not busy, it seemed impossible to get a hard court so we played on clay twice. They will also need to add pickle ball courts somewhere. The main tennis center only has 4 and they are also hard to reserve. My biggest complaint is that I went to the Tennis Center asking for a court at 8:15 (I was there at 8 and they were open), there was NO ONE on the courts and they told me, "Yes, you can have a court at 8:30". What? I was trying to get on with my day and there was no reasonable explanation for not allowing us to start then and have an hour. Customer service not what I expect on Kiawah - obviously a Kiawah problem, not a rental issue.

Great Vacation Rental
My family and I loved our time at this unit. The location was excellent and the overall unit was in great condition. The unit could’ve been a tad bit cleaner; also note - the fitted sheet on the master bed is too small - it wouldn’t fit the four corners of the bed and popped off every night. Not a big issue, but should be addressed. Other than that, the beds were comfortable and the unit was well appointed. We’ll be back!

This was our second stay at this unit since we Enjoyed it so much the first time. Overall a nice stay, the location is fabulous but unit in need of some updating to furnishings and kitchen items. Some furnishings were aged/dirty like chairs and rug. Also prior renter left chairs and floats on the porch and these were still there when we arrived taking up valuable space on the porch. Kitchen needs some new items to make cooking easier like kitchen towels and bowls. I hope the owners consider improving current condition.

Overall it was good. The unit did have a problem with roaches. The drain in the master shower was clogged, but they fixed it quickly after I called and reported it. I also had to change the HVAC filter as it was filthy and almost clogged. Nice beach access.

Beautiful condo and location
The condo was beautifully decorated, well cleaned, excellent location on the beach. We had a great time on our stay. The only hiccups we had were when we arrived, we were given a key code that didn’t work and had to call night management, who gave us a different code. Another issue we had was that some of the showers ran out of hot water quickly. Other than that., we really did have an enjoyable stay at this Vrbo.
