The home is even nicer than the pictures show. The home was also very well stocked. The location is great and communication was excellent. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful property that had everything we needed!

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. This is our go to place when we come out to Arizona to visit our son. Arrif is a great host and very responsive. His home is very comfortable, spacious and has everything that you might need.

We never stay at the same house twice. But this house is set up so well with everything that is needed that we came back and brought our siblings with us.

We were a family of 8 with a 1 year old grandchild and the property fit us perfectly. Plenty of room, each family had their own bedroom and bath (separate casita for daughter, husband and grandchild). Newly refurbished pool with connected hot tub and nicely landscaped grounds. The inside of the home was very spacious and enjoyed the stand alone bar area and refrigerated drawers for beverages....! Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

Great property, host was fantastic!

The property managers were easy to communicate with. The house was in excellent condition and the pool was well cleaned. Location was excellent. Nice area with easy to access plazas for food and necessities. Quick drive to plenty of hiking and golf courses. Scottsdale and Phoenix are also easily accessible. It was the perfect setup for a family of 5 escaping the cold during christmas. 10/10

This is a lovely property in North Scottsdale, just south of The Boulders Resort and the town of Carefree. It is an expansive home that also offers a separate casita. The heated pool and hot tub are surrounded by some of the best landscaping I’ve seen. At night, being on the back patio is amazing as you could swim, hot tub, dine outside under a covered patio, watch TV or sit by a gas-fueled fireplace. There are three high quality heat lamps that provide plenty of warmth for those cool Arizona winter nights. The built in gas grill was functional and convenient as well. The full sized kitchen was great to cook in. Lots of options for sitting and dining throughout the house. TVs in all the rooms, full size washer and dryer, and a spacious garage. There is a rooftop deck that is really fun to hang out on, especially at night and looking at the stars. There is a Safeway and Target 5 minutes away, and there are plenty of restaurants within 10-15 minutes. DoorDash also delivers to this property. The local property manager was highly responsive to the few questions we had. The decor is a bit dated, sort of a Tuscan-early 2000s vibe. But it is done with high quality and felt really comfortable. The drive to and from the airport is just under 45 minutes depending on traffic.

This home was AMAZING! It offered so many great amenities, heated pool, hot tub, gas fire pit, outside seating with large TV. The home itself was so beautiful with the spacious living area. It bordered Scottsdale and Carefree Az which is such a beautiful area to be in. We had the BEST vacation ever and definitely will return someday!

This was our second year visiting this property, and once again it did not disappoint. We stayed there as a party of 8; there was enough room for everyone to spread out and do their own thing and still come together for family dinners and movie night. The kids loved the pool and everyone loved the outdoor entertainment area. The property was such a fun way to get the whole family together for some much needed rest and family time!! The property manager and owner are great and readily available if you need something.

The house and grounds was immaculate and very welcoming. This was exactly the trip we were looking for. My biggest positive experience was the fact that the property owner and their concierge was immediately available. We did not have any problems while we were there but did have a few questions. They were available right away and took care of our needs immediately. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood making it great for a nice evening by the pool. We will definitely stay here again.

Had a wonderful time at this property for our summer vacation. Can’t wait to come back for a winter getaway.

Great location, house is amazing inside and out! Ariff the owner is great, very responsive to any questions, etc. Communication with the property manager got only 1 star, Dreamweaver Concierge, was pretty much non existent. This should be no reflection on the actual owner, he took care of everything we needed. I would stay here again!

Very nice property with good outdoor space. Quiet subdivision near town, some shops and restaurants. Away from sprawl of Phoenix and Scottsdale. Good hiking nearby.

This property is located at the far end of North Scottsdale giving you a taste of the Sonora desert. The homes here have been built in harmony with the desert. Walking around the area. Area you will see lots of cactus and the homes fade in the surroundings. The house is spacious and great for relaxing. Don't forget to visit Carefree in Cave Creek which have also good restaurants. Drives to all the rest of Scottsdale were 30 minutes or less

Great place for a family gathering! Very open & spacious layout. The home is very well kept with all the amenities you need. Great kitchen & bar, all appliances are up to date. Loved the outdoor area, had cocktails on the roof deck to watch the sunset then grilled dinner while the whole family watched football in the outdoor seating area. Pool was a little smaller then I thought but sufficient. Great hiking nearby and about 20-30 mins from downtown Scottsdale. I would definitely stay there again!

This house has everything you need for relaxing. The pool, the rooftop for star gazing, outside dining, or watching tv. Inside has more than plenty of room if you want to stay indoors. The secondary/in-law suite is perfect if you keep longer hours then the rest of the group, or if you like to sleep in.

The property was outstanding. The entire property is clean and well maintained. This place was amazing. The property manager made it easy to check-in/out and was responsive when we had questions. My family and I had a great time and would stay again.

Second year at this property. First year we stayed at a villa in The Boulders ( basically same neighborhood ), our family so much prefers this property. Beautiful house with outstanding outdoor facilities. Pool w/ hot tub, outdoor living room, firepit , bbq and roof seating area. So close to great hiking, horseback riding and restaurants.

Perfect getaway. We have rented from Arrif before and have always had a great experience. The house indoors and outdoors is as pictured. Very comfortable, nicely furnished, great location, and quiet neighbourhood.

We all enjoyed this beautiful spacious home. There were 3 couples and we all had plenty of space and privacy. The kitchen is very well equipped we cooked and grilled every night. The outdoor seating area and the pool was absolutely excellent. We can't wait to come back to Sand Flower!

Our family of 5 had a great time staying at this property. It was very relaxing and quiet. My teen loved having her own casita also! The house was clean and stocked with daily essentials. We loved watching shows and eating out on the patio, and looking at the sunset on the roof was spectacular! Communication was very easy as well!
