This condo was perfect for our family of four! The beds were super comfy, the amenities were great and the location was perfect! We had an easy checkin and easily moved in for the week. Being on the 3rd floor was ideal for walking up the stairs or using the elevator when needed. The condo came with a few days worth of paper towels and toilet paper which was nice and they also had seasonings and a fully stocked kitchen! The condo included a beach cart, chairs, cooler, toys and umbrella. They also had a skim board which our son loved! The boogie boards were broken so we did buy those and donated when we left, however, I assume they don’t last long! The updated pool and tennis courts were also used daily! The condo was honestly better in person than the pictures and I cannot convey enough how much we enjoyed our week in this condo! If in the area again, we would definitely choose this condo again. Don’t hesitate to book this one!

This property has many amenities. We loved the pool, hot tub, beach access was just across the street, tennis, workout room, and many more amenities. Very clean place. Would definitely recommend this to anyone.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo is nicely furnished, comfortable, very clean, and well-equipped, especially in the kitchen. Communication with owners Chuck and Melinda was always timely and clear.
The location is excellent - our very favorite part of the stay was going to the very walkable beach just across the street for great sunsets over the Gulf. There are also many good restaurants close by.
Though it sounds like a small thing, we liked having access to carts to make it easy to take our belongings and groceries from the car to the condo. The laundry room was also easily accessible.
The area is quiet, and people staying throughout the complex seemed unusually pleasant.
We would certainly stay here again if and when we plan a stay in the area.

This is truly a relaxing place to escape to. It is very quiet, condo is spacious, modern, and clean. Close to the beach which is beautiful with amazing sunsets. Condo is fully furnished. The King bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve slept in, in a long time.

We love IRB and we have stayed at Bayshores several times and it never disappoints! Across the street from the beach, clean, and newly remodeled. Very nice!

We had a great vacation. Condo is located 2-3 minutes walk to the beach. The condo was recently renovated, a home away from home. It had everything, any beach supply that you can think of. All spaces have new furniture, very relaxing. Kids loved the place. We drove from Michigan and Chuck and Melinda were super nice, they allowed us check in early.
Everything was same as described online, or even better. Definitely looking forward to book again in the future.

This was our 2nd time at this condo and would go back again. The proximity to the beach, view of the intercoastal and all the amenities you need. From kitchen to beach supplies, it's all there. Beautiful updated condo. The host response is very quick and accomodating to all your needs and check-in is a breeze with lock access.

Absolutely fabulous stay! Everything was as advertised, and all communications with the owners were quick, efficient, and hassle-free. Best VRBO stay we've had anywhere- these owners had truly recently upgraded and didn't skimp at all on their remodel. The kids are usually hard to please, and this was a win-win for all. The included beach supplies were such a pleasant addition, as it kept us from hauling all that stuff on our trip!! The balcony was picturesque, and a much needed decompression spot. We thoroughly enjoyed the puzzles, pool and space for much needed family time!! Thanks Chuck and Melinda!!

Perfect Beach Getaway
The photos couldn’t begin to do it justice. Absolutely beautifully done! Everything we could possibly need or want was provided. This was our first time to stay in the area and we couldn’t have been more pleased. These owners go above and beyond and we definitely hope to return soon.

Had everything you needed, from beach supplies to kitchen supplies, just bring your suitcase! Short walk to an amazing beach and the intercoastal view was great! Highly recommend!!

Better than we could have imagined!
This place was stunning. The cleanliness was beyond anything we could’ve expected. It was wonderful to be on the inter-coastal watching the boats come and go, and dolphins swimming every morning. Already planning our next trip for 2023! The beach was quiet and closer than we expected. Only two minutes with young, ambitious kids leading the way!

Wonderful time with family
This property was all that was explained. When I had a question it was answered promptly. The view from the deck was lovely. I liked that the master suite had a sliding barn door that could be closed for privacy. Everything needed was available. I would stay again.

Great Condo in a great location
This condo had everything we needed! The kitchen was well stocked with essentials for cooking, the beds were comfortable and we had all the necessities for our days at the beach. It was quiet, clean and close to the beach. It has been recently updated and looks great! I would definitely recommend and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Awesome place
We always look forward to staying at Chuck and Melinda's place in Indian Shore's. The place has been recently remodeled and it looks fabulous. Plenty of open space, if you want to stay in and cook and also in a great location, if you want to go visit some of the local restaurants. Condo is stocked with plenty of necessary items that are needed (chairs, cart, pots, pans etc.). Chuck and Melinda are always quick to respond to any communication. Already looking forward to next year!

Excellent 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
My family's experience was perfect!! They provide plenty for your day at the beach, which is not that far of a walk. The kitchen and linen closet also was fully equipped. The location is right in the middle between Clearwater beach and Pass-a-Grill/St. Pete John's pass. That was really nice. We really enjoyed being able to fish of the dock behind the condo. While fishing we saw dolphins. The kids loved that. Overall very pleased and definitely planning on returning!!

The unit was very modern and clean. We loved the proximity to both the gulf for beach days and intercoastal for morning/evening fishing from the dock. We caught a small shark, a stingray, a trout and several catfish.

Mostly great, unfortunately noisy elevator ruined sleep
May 2021- It’s hard to write this review because the condo itself is great. But I when we booked it I read reviews saying the elevator was near and NOT noisy- and that is 100% false. I asked the owners about it, concerned maybe something was wrong with it and she said it was recently updated causing it to be more noisy, she suggested using a white noise app. We were still not able to sleep, even my husband who sleeps through everything was continually woken up over night. The elevator is on the same wall as the bedrooms in this condo and horribly loud.
Super bummed we won’t be able to come back here because Melinda and Chuck literally have done everything in their control right for visitors. It was a great place. Sleep is just too important for our family of 5 for an elevator to ruin it night after night.

Great stay with everything close by
This property was perfect in every way for our little family. Just across the street from the beach and right on the intercostal where the dolphins are constantly playing. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!!

Super Location!
This condo has everything needed for a carefree stay! The only thing that would have made it any easier would have been a stocked fridge! All kidding aside, there was not one thing that made us think "oh darn, I wish this place had such and such". The decor was clean and fresh looking and had a calming zen feel to it. Everything you needed for the beach was available. The location was easy to get to restuarants and a cute coffee shop was a short walk down the road. We have nothing negative to say and would highly recommend this property!! Kim and Jeff

Fantastic stay!
The entire condo has recently been updated throughout. Brand new kitchen and baths as well as new a dining room table, couches and bedroom sets and mattresses. The mattresses were very comfortable and the pillows were great. Excellent location on the intercoastal and can pack up with all of the beach supplies and beach chairs provided at the condo and go across the street to the beach. Within walking distance to many restaurants, bars and small businesses. I would definitely come back and stay again! Communication with the owner was excellent! Thank you Melinda for such a great stay!

Great spot right across from the beach.
This condo sits across the road from the beach and isn't too bad of a walk to enjoy the pristine beach. The place is well stocked with all our needs and did not have to make a run (which we usually have to) for supplies (except food). Pool is nice and overlooks the intercoastal waterway so boats are cruising by all day. Parking is free and is reserved for each condo. We recommend staying here and probably will again.

Perfect
We booked this property, because it was out of the way of super busy beaches. We stayed 9 nights and didn’t want to leave! The condo had everything you would need, including the beach essentials. Beach essentials like chairs and a wagon made our experience wonderful. My only complaint was the master bedroom pillows. My neck paid the price. It’s no fault of the owner. Can’t customize everyone’s desires. However, you need a foam pillow, bring one. Would totally return to this property!

FL Lovers
The whole property seems to be very well kept. Our unit was comfortable (especially the kingsized bed) and clean, well stocked. Water pressure was a little surprising - very strong in one shower and a little weak in the other. Don't know how this could be, but had to be very careful to keep water from splashing out of the tub. In spite of the low temperatures (no control over Mother Nature), we had a great time and loved the view of the intercoastal from the balcony. Very glad to have found this.

This condo is great! The beach is a short walk away. Made super easy with the beach cart. Kids enjoyed watching the boats from the balcony. We hope to come back again. Tennis courts are a great addition for our energetic kids. Overall, only good things to say.

Fabulous view!
This northern viewing condo was just the right opportunity for us! The virtual tour was spot on, and the property was quiet, clean and easy to get to. This condo is on the 3rd floor but next to the elevator and trash shoot - very convenient yet we heard zero noise/traffic! Can't wait to enjoy Indian Shores a 3rd time next year!

Our stay was amazing and if I come back to indian shores I will be contacting them again we didn't need for that wasn't there they was very helpful when called because I couldn't get the door open every was just am I all around thank you so much
