The proximity to Kendrick Park/pool and walking path is great. The ability to park in the garage at night is a bonus.

Great spot near the park… near the Buffalo! Quiet neighborhood. Easy check in and out in. This is a perfect spot to stay in Sheridan if you are looking for a quiet space with all the amenities that you need while you are taking in all that Sheridan offers.

We had a great time, the house was very clean and furnished. The parking is a little tight but it did have a garage we could store our bikes in. We met Rod on arrival and he was very nice and helpful.I would definitely stay here again and recommend to a friend!

Pleasant/ Comfortable

Rod & Ellen are the best!!! This cottage is our "go to" when visiting Sheridan. It is definitely a home away from home.

We spent three nights there yo attend a friend’s wedding. Checkin was extremely simple, the place was clean and easy to find, and we enjoyed using the back porch and above ground pool with our two year old daughter. The closet off the bedroom will just fit a pac N play.

We enjoyed our stay in this cottage house! Everything was clean and well stocked with everything needed for a week long stay! We woke up to deer wandering the front yard! Super quiet neighborhood and felt very safe. Kept our windows open throughout our stay and enjoyed the cool weather sitting on the covered porch. We towed our motorcycle and was able to keep it in the garage. Location of this place is perfect as well. Really appreciated the warm welcome! Would definitely stay here again!

So very glad we stayed here! Very well appointed, clean and comfortable! So cozy, private, and tucked away. Kendrick park is two blocks away with buffalo and the big horns... Owners live nearby and are very responsive. They even left doggie treats for our pups! Would DEFINITELY stay here again!!!

My wife and I stayed with our nearly 3 year old. The place was cozy and exactly as described in the listing. The house was stocked with coffee, utensils, towels, and everything else we needed for the trip. We loved our stay and will definitely have this in mind for future trips to Sheridan.

Dog friendly, close to park with elk and buffalo and walking path, deer and rabbits regularly visit front yard, well stocked kitchen with dishwasher, washer and dryer, and bbq on back patio.

The house was clean, equipped with everyday needs, comfortable, close to everything and the owners were available if needed. Very nice yard for my dogs and I to enjoy. Thank you!

As stated and expected the house is small and older. We loved staying there. The owners were helpful and very nice. We locked ourselves out one day, and they were immediately available to help. Almost everyday a family of deer wandered through the yard. Right down the street is a reserve with buffalo and elk. There was new appliances in the house, all the cleaning items you would need and brand new towels!! The only drawback was the couch. The bed is small in the bedroom so my husband and I took turns sleeping of the couch/bed. It has seen it's last days. Thank you to the owners for sharing their home with us. I would definitely recommend this place. It may not be a 5 star hotel, but for us, it was heaven. The fenced in yard was a plus for our dog.

It was quiet and comfortable. The neighborhood was peaceful and safe. The water was really good. A great yard for games or just relaxing.

Needed to use this property as a place to quarantine before the birth of my grandson. Couldn't have picked a better place to "isolate"! Very comfortable space with every amenity you could want. Gorgeous outdoor space, private and quiet with a lot of wildlife to keep us company!

I just can't say enough positive things about this home, and I can't wait to come back and stay again. The house is cute as a button. It's nicely furnished and has everything you could possibly need: wifi, cable tv, kitchen wares, a gas grill outside, even a new washer/dryer. The bed's super-comfortable. There's a little fenced-in patio in back which made it easy to let dogs out to do their thing. There's a bigger deck and unfenced south-facing yard where you can watch deer meander through. The owners put a nice, long lead out there my bigger dog enjoyed. I love that this home is in such a nice neighborhood, a straight shot down the hill to the shops on Main. It's about a block away from the prettiest hike/bike trail around a park with a small herd of buffalo on the other side of a tall fence. When I was out shopping, I crated my two dogs in the house because it has carpeting, but I think it'd be easier to bring a little baby gate to kennel them in the galley kitchen which has linoleum floors. Also, it's a super quiet house and neighborhood, but the head of the bed is against the wall with the garage on the other side, and there must be a water pump or something in there that goes on and off. It's not super loud, but it did wake me, so next time I'll just bring a little white-noise machine. The owners are right next door and are so friendly and welcoming. Thank you so much for maintaining this cute home and opening it up for travelers like me with four-legged family members. Hope to see you again real soon.

I stayed here with my dogs for a K9 scent work trial. It was the perfect location and the fenced yard was fantastic. The house is cozy but had everything we needed. I even reserved it for the next time I will be in Sheridan. Hosts are super responsive. Thanks for allowing dogs. I love taking them with me but it can be hard to find a place to stay!!

My husband and I booked this sweet in-town cottage for our trip to Little Bighorn Battlefield because it’s pet friendly, so we didn’t have to kennel our dog, is close to all the downtown restaurants and parks, and has all the amenities that you would have at home. They even have an above-ground swimming pool to cool off in after a hot midsummer’s day of hiking and exploring. Rod and Ellen are exceptional hosts and give you all the privacy that you wish as they make you feel like you are in your home away from home. Next time we are in Sheridan we’ll definitely book this place.

This was 100% worth the money. If you want to be @ Home on vacation instead of a motel. This is the place for you. The owners are very nice.

Had a great time with family! Had all the amenities that we needed. Had a couple nephews over that had a great time in the pool. Nice spacious yard for kids to run around in!

We loved this cottage and will definitely rent it again when visiting Sheridan. Great location for taking walks to the park. The property is extremely clean and very tastefully decorated. The kitchen was well stocked. The owners were very accommodating. We highly recommend this property.
