The condo's location in Holetown is excellent. You can walk to numerous restaurants and a large grocery store. A beautiful beach is right outfront. The condo has 1 bedroom with a comfortable bed, the kitchen is small but works. It is unfortunate with the design of the building that the living area does not have a seaview. You can see the water from the deck. The condo itself is shall we say - well lived in. This is not a contemporary condo but has everything you need. The location is excellent for touring the island - rent a car and explore.

The apartment overlooks the beach, the beautifully maintained private gardens and the immaculate swimming pool. The attractive town of Holetown, with its bars, restaurants, designer shops and delightful "chattel" village is on the doorstep. It really is hard to imagine a better location on Barbados. The accommodation itself is very comfortable and spacious - large sitting room, separate bedroom, bathroom with dressing area, well-equipped kitchen and furnished terrace with an extensive view of the Caribbean. The view is even better than I had imagined from the photos. Everything is kept in good order by the groundsman, the regular cleaning lady and by Pat who manages the properties with great charm and efficiency. Thank you to everyone for providing us with such a super holiday destination and thank you to Juanita Barrow for making it all possible. We shall be back.

Just back from ANOTHER stay in beautiful Barbados, and can't wait to return. For our 3rd time in two years we stayed at Palm Beach Condominiums in condo #3. There's a reason why we keep going back. It's lovely, complex has a beautiful built in pool and the beach is just steps away. The property has only 14 condo's so it's never busy, busy and the year round residents are always there to help. Pat, Julia, and Chris are the best and so friendly. Mrs. Barros who owns the condo is so helpful and makes sure your stay is pleasant and memorable. Condo #3 has everything you need to feel right at home. I love it because it has a full kitchen. We ate out a few nights at nearby restaurants and I cooked the other nights. The brand new supermarket Massy's is less that 2 minutes away. You'll find everything you need. Thank you again Mrs. Barros, we'll be back soon. Bill Gaghan

Palm beach appts are everything you need.On the beach lovely gardens and pool, friendly people places to eat very close by and a supermarket. You won’t be disappointed. This is our 5th visit at palm beach and we will be back

I enjoyed staying in this condo. The condo had everything that I wanted. The location in Holetown is on a good beach and convenient to supermarket, restaurants and steel band.

Prearranged airport transportation and shopping of basic groceries facilitated our stay immediately because the friendly staff met us upon arrival and provided better understanding of the unit and area to fully enjoy. Water sports are available to condo guests and residents. Many enjoy the beach and or pool. My wife often liked to relax in the afternoon on the second floor balcony because of the expansive sunset view. The bathroom and dressing room provided ample space for us to get ready for our frequent night 'exploration' of local dining and dancing spots. We felt very safe. The fully equipped kitchen, dinning and living rooms was very much appreciated each day. Holetown offers a variety of shopping from local to boutique. The location of Barbados in the Caribbean apparently is the main reason why we only experienced some rain and not the ravages of recent tropical storms/hurricanes that affected so many others.

My holiday in Barbados was fantastic, everything went smoothly from the reservation to the departure. The owner of Condo 3 responded to our enquiry within the hour and addressed all of our questions. The Manager of Condo 3 ensured that we received transportation to and from the airport and our requested groceries were in the Condo upon arrival. We enjoyed water sports and tours of the island during the day and dined in lovely restaurants in the area. I recommended Condo 3 to my friends and family. We am looking forward to our vacation next year to stay at Condo 3 again. Thank you for making our holiday memorable.

The arrival to Palm Beach#3 was facilitated by prior arrangements for transportation to 2nd floor condo & delivery of groceries to this lovely unit. this enabled immediate relaxation / enjoyment of views after travel day & flight. During following days we were able to 'discover' Holetown's many facilities that make area so attractive to visitors: water sports, restaurants, shopping, transportation, music. The key to the enjoyable visit was the special attention we experienced from staff at condo and friendliness of 'Bajans' in general.

If you like being close to the beach, hearing the waves lapping up on the shore as you drift off at night, close to activities and part of the Holetown community during the day, close to bus transportation, this is the place to be. Amelia's condo is an upstairs unit, meaning no one above you scraping furniture or tap dancing. She provides a hair dryer and all amenities for self-catering, wifi, cable TV with a plethora of US and even a Canadian station, grab bar in the bathtub which I need, air conditioning in the bedroom, overhead and floor fans, comfortable sofa and chairs, lots of space for clothing and storage. Excellent onsite management, with cleaning and maintenance staff to answer all your questions and give you whatever help you need. Twice weekly fogging meant I didn't worry about mosquitoes.

Prefect location within 2-10 minutes walk to various restaurants and duty free shopping

The Condo is in great location next to the beautiful beach with water sports activities and I also had the choice of swimming in he pool. There are many restaurants within walking distance and an assortment of stores for shopping. I had a relaxing vacation and will suggest the Condo to my friends. I am already planning to return.

Very enjoyable week in Condo #3/Holetown. The process for renting was smooth and we have all the support from the manager of the place. She really takes care of you in all aspects during the trip. As soon as you arrive you feel at home. Everyone is very friendly. Linens and towels provided have very good quality. The location is perfect, e.g., close to a good supermarket, mall, great restaurants and bars. The balcony has good size so you can spend some time reading and/or having some drinks. A/C works very well. By the way ... this place is on the beach. You can not ask for more. If you are planning to go to Barbados ... this is the place to stay.

What a wonderful vacation we had in Barbados. Beautiful beach just steps away, restaurants, stores within walking distance, a block or two away. Nightly entertainment on 1st and 2nd streets. The condo was perfect, very cozy, clean, a big beautiful bathroom. Since I love to cook I was right at home in the complete kitchen with pots, pans and utensils also a huge refrigerator. You can sit on the balcony at night and hear and see the ocean which is just feet away. Also beautiful breezes at night. Pat lives on the property and was so helpful with our needs, she even set up our transportation to and from airport. Chris the caretaker always ready to help. Condo includes maid service. Juanita the owner even called to make sure everything was ok. Can't wait to go back. OMG I forgot to mention there is also a beautiful private pool

We really enjoyed our holiday here and have booked to return next year. The location is ideal as the building adjoins a beautiful beach with calm sea and good walks.Beach chairs are always available to guests. Shops, restaurants and bus stops are just a few minutes walk away. The veranda is cool and private with a view of the well kept gardens and the sea. It is very pleasant to sit there in the comfortable chairs (with foot-stools!) Water sports and boat trips are are available from the beach provided in a friendly and efficient way. A very pleasant atmosphere created by the people that live and work there completes the temptation to call this "paradise."

My wife and I stayed for the second time at this beautiful condo. We loved hearing the sound of the waves as we went to sleep each night. The quiet pool is a great place to spend an afternoon. Enjoyed walking a few steps to the beach and going for our daily walks on the beach. The condo has everything you need. The location in Holetown is very convenient with the stores and restaurants so close. Juanita was a pleasure to deal with. Pat was on hand if we needed anything as well. Can't wait to go back again.
