Our Beautiful 3 Bedroom Mountain Retreat to Share with you!
Este hermoso condominio de 3 dormitorios / 3 baños completos está ubicado en el centro de Silverthorne Colorado. Está en la cima de la montaña con impresionantes vistas del valle y Bull Mountain. Ubicado en el tercer piso con loft y techos abovedados que dejan entrar mucho de ese hermoso sol de Colorado. El dormitorio principal (Queen) tiene su propio baño y patio privado. La segunda habitación tiene 2 camas individuales y es ideal para niños. Loft / 3 habitaciones (Queen) está arriba con mucho espacio adicional y baño privado. La cuarta opción para dormir (Queen) se retira en la sala de estar. Plano de planta muy abierto con muebles y comodidades muy actualizadas. Gran TV LCD en salón con cable y WiFi. La mejor parte de esta propiedad es el acceso a la increíble casa club (a 50-75 yardas de distancia), cuenta con jacuzzis en la piscina (interior), sauna, canchas de racquetball, mesas de billar, futbolín, canchas de tenis (al aire libre) y más. Excelente ubicación a los 5 resorts.(Keystone, Copper, Breckenridge, A-Basin, Loveland) todo menos de 20 minutos, Vail y Beaver Creek 30-45 minutos. Este condominio está convenientemente ubicado a la salida de la I-70 y muy cerca de muchas tiendas, restaurantes y actividades (verano e invierno). This condo has spectacular views of the surrounding mountains from the balcony, great room, and dining table. The condo is spacious with vaulted ceilings and the kitchen is well equipped. The location is within walking distance of the Lilly Pad Trail and the Buffalo Mountain Trail. It’s also close to many attractions in Silverthorne, Dillon, and Breckenridge. We would definitely stay there again. The hosts, Shane and Megan, were extremely kind, helpful, and responsive to the few questions that I had. The clubhouse has an indoor pool, 2 hot tubs, pool table, and ping pong table. There is also a tennis court that also has a pickleball net.

We've stayed at other condos in this complex but none as nice as this one. Highly recommend. Great views from the top floor! Super comfy King bed in loft. We'd like to return with the whole family as soon as we can get them all together. Close to everything we wanted to take day trips to. Wish we could have stayed longer. Recreation clubhouse makes the evenings so much nicer with pool and jacuzzi's. We loved the indoor racquetball court too. Bike paths in many directions just down the hill. Hoping to come back next summer too.

Comfy beds, clean property with great amenities. Wonderful location amongst many close ski properties. We had a great time staying here the only thing that was hard was the climb up three flights of stairs, but would still stay here again.

This was perfect for our family ski trip! The location was great! We utilized the free bus during the snowstorm to get home from Keystone. The college kids utilized the pool table and we all enjoyed the hot tub in the rec center next door after skiing! Great view!

We enjoyed our stay for our ski vacation. The property was exactly as listed. We didn’t need to communicate additionally with the property owners because everything was exactly as listed and they provided tons of great info at check in. The location was great close to so many restaurants, ski resorts and on the bus line. The unit itself worked well for our 3 kiddos and grandparents. And we all loved the recreation room! We would stay here again!

This was a great spot for our friends and family to gather for a few days of skiing at Copper.
The owners were very communicative and have created a nice spacious place with a great view .
The kitchen is small but well stocked and had everything we needed to cook our dinner for 7 each night . There is plenty of seating . Beds were comfortable and plenty of towels provided.
We unfortunately had an area power outage for several hours one evening but the owners were communicative and kept us up to date as they received information.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property.

We absolutely loved staying in this condo. It's clean, spacious, and the facilities were great. We stayed in the condo with our three young kids and everyone had a great time. Do note - the elevation is around 9,000 ft, so drink plenty of water if you're not from the high country.

It was lovely. The cleanliness was exceptional. We enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub and swimming at the clubhouse while waiting for our laundry to finish. Thank you for providing such wonderful accommodations.

We stayed with friends for a week in preparation for Leadville Burro Race and couldn't ask for a better place. It's close to all the stores and restaurants but also offers a quiet location with great views. If you decide to cook for yourself, the kitchen has everything necessary. And the pool and jacuzzi cannot be skipped after long days hiking or just for relaxation.
Will gladly come back if in the area again!

Beautiful view and a couple of nice hiking trails near the condo. Great having the extra space with 3 separate sleeping areas and 3 bathrooms. Kitchen stocked with essentials, just missed the grill that was advertised, but not there. Beds were comfortable, condo was clean, and kids enjoyed the extra activities at the clubhouse.

Was an amazing place to stay with everything we needed. Coming from nz it took us a bit to get use to get use to going to the clubhouse to do the laundry but soon become the norm!! Being in the 3rd floor you get amazing views and the house is. Ice and light! We travelled to Copper mountain every day for training and it was super easy and not too long a drive. Shane and Megan were amazing to deal with and had great communication. Would easily stay here again.

Loved the Mountain View. 3 bedroom and 3 full bathrooms were great for family of 6! Shane was great communicator and had the gas fireplace fixed by local maintenance for our stay. It was a good location for restaurants and shopping. Breckenridge was 30 min drive. Highly recommend it

The condo has an amazing view and the owners responded quickly with minor fixes than came up. Lots of bed space and room to spread out. Kitchen had a lot of amenities that you usually have to buy, like salt/pepper, coffee, sugar, spices, etc. Just needed dish towels! Overall great place!

We had problems with screen door, pilot light in fireplace and never got the TV to work, but it was not a real problem since we started playing games in the evening.

Just what we needed
The property had recently been rennovated and you could tell. The beds were comfy. The kitchen had everything. The clubhouse hosted many ping pong and pool matches! The altitude is rather high at 10, 700 feet. That effected us a little.

This condo was perfect for my father, brother and I to hit the slopes for 4 days. Especially, the proximity to the clubhouse for the relaxing indoor pool and hot tubs. Would definitely stay here again….in fact we plan on it.

Great place and very responsive hosts. Only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is that we arrived and the unit hadn’t been cleaned since last guests. Hosts had them come out right away and resolved within a couple of hours.

Well furnished rental for ski week
We were very comfortable in Shane’s Timber Ridge unit for our ski week. The unit had plenty of towels, toiletries, kitchen utensils and dishes. We had a fair amount of snowfall during our stay and the parking lot was well maintained.
Although we were never able to get the gas fireplace to work, Shane made every effort to help us during our stay. Thank you for your attention to detail.

Perfect Winter Break
The condo is very clean, comfortable, nicely appointed, has terrific views from the front balcony, and was nicely located between the resorts we skiied: Keystone, Breckenridge, Vail and Beaver Creek.
We really enjoyed the hot tubs, indoor pool, and sauna after each day on the slopes.
Shane and Megan are terrific hosts, and were very responsive and helpful with the few questions we had.
