Very clean and top notch facility

We enjoyed an extended weekend in the home and loved every minute of it. Perfect location close to family that stayed in their RV and the RV park. Beds were cozy and we slept like a baby. Would definitely stay again. Thank you for the hospitality!

Super clean, quiet location. Close to activities (clamming, crabbing) that we wanted to pursue. Everything worked and beds were very comfortable. Quiet area accessible by foot to all of town. Would love to stay again.

We had a great vacation at this property. The hot tub was perfect, bay access right across the street, and beautiful views. The house was stocked with everything we needed.

Perfect spot for our family. We did lots of fishing, clamming and crabbing. The house is great; the dining table with the two benches and two chairs was perfect for the ten of us. We had a great time.

The home was fairly new, well built and appointed. Six of us had a very comfortable stay, cooking gourmet meals of crab cakes and panko crusted salmon. The weekend was very warm — in the upper 70s, touching the 80s — but we just opened up the windows to a nice breeze off the bay. Highly recommended!

This is a comfortable place to stay with 4 nice bedrooms and plenty of room to relax. The host/manger was great. This can be a nice base from which to explore the Oregon coast from Newport to Florence. However, a general lack of cleanliness of the property is a real issue - especially the carpets which were very badly stained. In one bathroom feces was smeared on the cabinet near the commode. It looked like someone had a finger poke through the toilet tissue and their answer was to wipe it on the side of the cabinet. The cleaning crew should have caught and cleaned this. If the issues of cleanliness, the dirty carpets and slow WiFi were addressed it would be nearly perfect.

We stayed here last year and the place was NOT clean, ants in the kitchen and elsewhere which are attracted to food not cleaned up etc.. We know as we live in Hawaii and all food waste must go in the freezer or outside.. Things are much cleaner this year. This is the first house on the coast which we have stayed in over the time of 20 years that actually has a clean hot tub. Most places charge for it but do not clean it. Good assortment of kictchen items.. We would stay again but I believe it is off the market. Management was on the ball and responded quickly to questions..

This convenient property was close to town and the beach in a quiet neighborhood

Nice home, well appointed. Spacious but not too big. Baths are very nice as well as kitchen. The only requirements are food and personal preference items. Very quiet area. Seems to be a secure neighborhood. Nice views of ocean inlet area from top floor of home. Excellent home for a large family with those that require their space.

We loved the house and the cleanliness of the property. It was light and bright, with tasteful decor. The beds were very comfortable and great for our family. My only caution would be the stairs with a toddler and 1yr old. We brought our own baby gate, which was not adequate for the space, so we had to improvise. The location was good and close to everything, just wished we had better views.

Fully stocked kitchen was a huge plus, we loved the hot tub & the view of the bay was wonderful! Would absolutely recommend

This was not bay front property as I was told by Sweet Home, the people that manage the property. I never received confirmation of my rental from VRBO due to some glitch with Sweet Home and VRBO websites not meshing. As I result, I never saw that the house I booked wasn't the one I had planned on booking. VRBO never gives the courtesy of providing addresses when you book until a week before when it is too late to correct. Sweet Home was nice but very unaccomodating regarding making any change. Fortunately the house was adequate size. This house was newer and fairly nice. Kitchen good, living space is excellent open plan. Giant slab table seats 8 only. Hard slab bench, I am thin and found it not terribly comfortable but the size was great for dinner and games. Sleeps 4 couples comfortably. On the down side there is only comfortable seating for 6, 2 people had to sit on hard chairs or the floor. There was a tiny view if you stood in the right place otherwise you are smashed up against other houses. Fortunately the weather was good so we were able to be outside most of the day. The rooms were pleasant clean and big enough . Noise could be a problem for some if they want to rest or sleep when anyone else is awake. Showers are SO noisy, no early or late bathing without annoying everyone. There are no staples at all! Bring every food item you require. Kitchen items are basic but adequate. Again any special item you need like food processor, etc bring it. Hot tub is tiny 4 people only and located in a corner of the gravel yard, think right by the trash cans. However it was very nice at night. Not covered glad it didn't rain you would have needed hats and umbrellas. Motion lights were obnoxious and flashed on and off the whole time. Finally found a board to cover one and a towel for the other to be able to stand it. We enjoyed our stay but for the price I think we could get a better view next time.

We absolutely loved the property and hope to come back! It was a great set up for our family with a short walk to the bay beach. Beautiful views!

We had 5 adults and three children, abs found this house accessible and enjoyable. The bay is steps away, and town is an easy walk. Very nice.

We really enjoyed the house and area. We'd never stayed in Waldport before, and this house had a view of the bay and beautifyl bridge. A path led to the sandy beach you could walk all the way past the bridge. The house was pristine and an enjoyable time was had by all eight of us. Thanks Todd!

Great stay. House is in a nice location with proximity to both Yachats and Newport. Great layout, so nice to have multiple full bathrooms with a large group. Only complaint was the ant situation, which wasn’t bad but pest control was not delivered as promised. Also, the hot water heater needs some maintenance! We had a group of 6 adults and 4 children, and after one person took a warm shower everyone else took a lukewarm/cold one! Never received a reply from the property manager about it. Overall great stay, but we couldn’t wait to come home and take a hot shower!

We checked in on Friday afternoon and the garbage and recycling cans were both over flowing full. I contacted the Property manager and was told the trash is picked up on Thursdays. Needless to say we had overflowing trash and once the cans were emptied they were immediately full again. Not a good system. The other reason is that we were under the impression by the pictures that the property had a deck that we could all sit on and that the hot tub was on it. The deck is a balcony and the hot tub is in the back yard. We did Haye a nice vacation and werw very comfortable.
