We enjoyed our stay this week in this condo. The outside storage closet was very nice as we were able to store our chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys. The condo is well stocked with silverware, dishes, and basic items for cooking. Very nice washer and dryer in the unit. Plenty of space for our family of 8 to spread out. Balcony was very spacious.
Parking is provided across the road. We didn’t find the height posted prior to our trip. The clearance is 6 ft 4 inches. Elevators in the garage were down the first couple days of our trip but that is no reflection on the host.
Excellent communication with the host and owner direct.

For the most part it was a beautiful week and great condo. I would rent again but to be honest there were a few things I didn’t like. The lock to the condo door was very difficult to use, only 2 of us could open the door. You had to put the key in and then pull it out a fraction to make it work. Bedding could be updated and because I have so many allergies I wish it didn’t have carpet in bedrooms. There were five of us and we had plenty of space, we loved having 3 elevators. If you can ever stay during the 4 th of July at this condo the view of all the fireworks was spectacular.

Check-in/Check-out after hours seemed sketchy. Obtained folder from a back alley through an unlocked door marked "Closet". Seems like an access code would have been more appropriate.
Went to room. Front door apparently sticks. Nearly had to call someone for assistance before one big push finally opened the door.
Room was great. Very clean and updated, just as depicted in the photos.
Pool/Hot Tub/ Lazy River all closed. Thought it might be temporary, perhaps a day or two. We thought wrong as they were closed our entire stay. UNACCEPTABLE! Building Managers never even put up a "pool closed" sign for a week. We were required to purchase beach chairs and sit each day in the wind, which was unappealing at our age.
We watched as renovations were made to the facilities and were disappointed that both decks needed to be closed simultaneously. We saw no reason why one side could not remain open while the other side was worked on.
In frustration, we ended up checking out 5 days early and although we liked the room, will never book at Crescent Shores again.

Was very pleased with the amenities and location access for the hotel. Great place to relax and also there is a bar adjacent to hotel which makes food and drinks accessable without having to drive anywhere. Also a Mini Mart, shop, and ice cream place within walking distance. Perfect location!

Unit was exactly as advertised. Fully stocked kitchen had everything we could ever need, the beds were comfy, the bathrooms were clean, and my family had a wonderful time. We had a wonderful multi generational family vacation. The 3 bedroom/3 bathroom condo afforded space and privacy for everyone. The kid’s aged 3, 5 and 6 had their own TV so did not monopolize the living room TV. The balcony was peaceful and large enough for everyone to enjoy. We liked the outdoor storage closet for the beach wagon and gear. And, we were the first family to use the newly installed propane grill by the pool. Two charcoal grills were also available. Overall great time. Kitchen cabinets could use a deep cleaning a little sticky to the touch. All appliances worked well. Fantastic water pressure in master bath shower.

Condo was very roomy and location was perfect! It was very easy for my mother in law and mom to get to. Our whole family enjoyed our week here! The appliances were all really nice and kitchen was well stocked for cooking. We did have an issue with the air but they were very quick to get it fixed! We needed handicap parking and was very relieved to know we didnt have to go across the street. We were able to get a parking spot all but 1 day. We are already looking forward to our next stay here!

This unit felt spacious with plenty of seating for our group. Unit was well stocked with cooking utensils and dishes. We all were very comfortable in this unit. The children loved the whirlpool at the end of the beach day! Owners were quick to respond to my questions. Ocean views were amazing.
This unit is on the 16th floor. When there is high winds it sounds like a wind tunnel and siren coming in the entrance area where two of the bedrooms are located. This was not heard in the master bedroom, dining and living room area. Fortunately we only had 2 nights of high winds.
Unfortunately, during our stay only one elevator was in operation out of three and the lazy River was under repair and not working. These were maintenance issues and outside the control of the property owners.
Overall, we felt “right at home” in this unit and enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful time! Fantastic beach front ocean view with glorious sunrises. On 16th floor we enjoyed seeing so many pelicans flying by at our eye level. Appreciated everything this condo offered, including the washer and dryer, and the indoor community pool.. We highly recommend this condo!

Was a great place to stay. 16th floor was excellent for enjoying the ocean and all it has to offer. Of the 6 adults that stayed, the only complaint was the height of the toilets in the hall and guest bedroom. Being that everyone was over 5' 8" it was tough on the knees feeling like you were sitting on the floor.

The unit was very clean, fully stocked with everything needed. However, we choose to go thru VRBO to be in contact wirh owners. This unit is handled by a condo rental company. Too many rules of does and don't. You get a binder of things at check in. The emails were enough. Not sure why in 2022 you still need a physical key to enter to condo. 30 years of renting, most places have upgraded. We received an email stating we needed to confirm our stay 48 hours before arriving, have us office number and text numbers. Neither answered. While on the way, we received a phone call to see if we were still coming, that they had not heard from us. We were already paid in full, so not sure why you needed to call us.
The parking under the building is only for owners now, which isn't stated in the listing.
Other than the lack of communication, rules binder and being spoken to in a demeaning manner at check in... we had a good stay with family.

Great place for a week
I would not have rented this property for the 69 nights if I would have known the location. The winter months are time for maintenance which starts right around 7am. The condo could use some updated furniture and larger tv’s in the bedrooms. Don’t understand why no Keurig coffee maker is provided (1st rental in 10 years without one). The owner left 3 hand written notes with things that were going to be replaced during our stay. The torn/worn recliner and shower door mentioned in the noted untouched. If we visit North myrtle next winter we will look more toward Main Street

Just what we needed
My family and I very much enjoyed our visit. 10/16/21-10/23/21. The property provided wonderful views and all that we required.
The storage closet contained an over abundance of sand toys which my grandchildren appreciated as we had forgotten theirs at home.
No evidence of neglect. The owner has obviously gone above and beyond in updates with appliances of higher quality. We found the living room sofa and loveseat very comfortable and the mattresses in bedrooms were adequate.
In summary I have and will continue to recommend this unit to others.

As I said great location and good value, the main problem that we had was parking. There were only two handicap spots and we could not get our car in the ramp because we had a cocoon on the top which made it too tall to enter. We had to look for on street parking which was first come first serve. Having a handicapped person made it very difficult to come and go.The mold in the master bath shower should have been taken care of long ago and the dust on the door where the furnace is was quite noticeable. There was a soda can under the night stand in the master bedroom. Otherwise, the unit was really nice. We put some of the dishtowels and dishcloths in the drawer. We had to slam the shower door in the master bath really hard to get it to shut. Someone else could possibly break the glass trying to shut it. I am NOT complaining, I just thought you should know these things so you could take care of them. We had a great stay and enjoyed the unit very much.

Property was nice and mostly clean—found hair in the bathroom drawers. Other than that, no other issues.

GREAT LOCATION GOOD VALUE
As I said great location and good value, the main problem that we had was parking. There were only two handicap spots and we could not get our car in the ramp because we had a cocoon on the top which made it too tall to enter. We had to look for on street parking which was first come first serve. Having a handicapped person made it very difficult to come and go.
The mold in the master bath shower should have been taken care of long ago and the dust on the door where the furnace is was quite noticeable. There was a soda can under the night stand in the master bedroom. Otherwise, the unit was really nice. We put some of the dishtowels and dishcloths in the drawer. We had to slam the shower door in the master bath really hard to get it to shut. Someone else could possibly break the glass trying to shut it. I am NOT complaining, I just thought you should know these things so you could take care of them. We had a great stay and enjoyed the unit very much.
