Lovely property with great golf course views! Convenient to all the wonderful sites and restaurants Palm Springs has to offer. Communication with the owner was fast and easy; an on-site property manager team responded within minutes to small repair requests. Sure hope we can return for another 4 week stay😎

Great condo in a nice location. It was a bit windy as others have mentioned, but that is pretty typical of the Palm Springs Area. With the wind does comes the sand. The arrival and departure process was very easy. The owner was very responsive to our needs. Short walk to the nearest pool.

Well equipped with beautiful view of golf course and pond. Very quiet and relaxing. Pool is near the unit and we often had it to ourselves.

We loved the condo, it was very clean and ready for guests. One on the nicest things is that the screen doors open easily! Don’t usually find that in rentals. We will definitely come back

We really enjoyed staying at Athena's wonderful home. She had it tastefully updated providing a charming and warm atmosphere as soon as one enters. Plenty of clean towels and daily necessities available which made us felt like being home. Backdrop of the golf course against clear sky and airy desert forms a refreshing contrast to relax with wines. Highly recommended for all prospective renters.

Loved this property. Wish pools were cleaner throughout the complex, most near me dirty and I had to drive to get to a clean pool and they were often crowded. Property great, will want to rent again.

Convenient location

On vrbo had a hard time getting s hold of property owner. Unit I'd nice, close to pools and golf. Gated community. Close to downtown and airport. Nicely accommodated. If you are cooking only small frying pans. Lovrly view of golf course and the mountain from the back porch. Nice porch with table and 2 lawn chairs.

My family absolutely loved Athena's condo at the Desert Princess. First of all, the grounds and the property and amazing. I will say that we had the pool all to ourselves and almost never saw other guests. Second, the condo is perfect. From how it is decorated to how well it is stocked. It's wonderful. They've thought of everything. Lastly, Athena is great. She is immediately responsive and a pleasure to work with. This location gave us the flexibility to do things we don't normally do in the desert. We were in downtown almost nightly, enjoying the shop and restaurants. I can't seem to say enough wonderful things. You should stay here. It's awesome. This will be my new home away from home. Thanks Athena!

Condo was well stocked and very comfortable. Like a home away from home. Also had a great massage at the spa in the complex for a more than reasonable price. Great weekend getaway.

We spent 1 week in this Condo and it had everything we needed. We liked the location because it is about 15 minutes to any other place we decided to visit.

We have stayed in several units at the Deset Princess and this was the nicest. The renovations to the kitchen make a big difference - I love the open concept and it was nice cooking on newer appliances. The layout of two master suites is perfect for 2 couples travelling together or families. We were travelling with our daughter/son-in-law and our 18 month old grandson. The walk-in closet was big enough to put the crib in! We barbecued many nights and enjoyed the patio. The complex itself seemed very quiet and we only saw one neighbour in the surrounding units. Same with the pool area... very quiet, so it’s like having a private pool! There is a nice cabana at the pool for shade. The condo itself is well equipped - very nice bath towels, beach towels, 3 TVs, phone, comfortable furniture, plenty of glasses, plates, cutlery, washer/dryer. Athena makes everything easy for arrival and departure! Would love to rent from her again.

Athena was a great host. Her condo is well maintained and has a beautiful southern facing patio which lends itself to sunshine for most of the day. The kitchen is well stocked. Athena was easy to contact and responsive. We appreciated the little welcoming gift she left us. This would be a must stay for us if we return to the desert.

This place was so wonderful! Our hosts had thought of everything. From supercomfortable beds and comfy chairs in our bedrooms to a spacious living room — we could have entertained a Super Bowl crowd if we had wanted to. Great TVs everywhere, up-to-date kitchen and bathrooms stocked with everything we needed. The location, a few minutes from the 10 and the 111, gave us quick access to everything we wanted to go to, and we went all over. This is where I want to stay whenever I can make it to the desert!

We recently returned from a wonderful stay at Athena's condo. It exceeded our expectations: great location, comfortable condo with higher end towels, furniture and beautifully done kitchen.The owner did get back to us within a few hours regarding a couple of minor hiccups.Both issues were not the owner's fault(blown transformer and internet outage) and both were rectified within 12 hours.We appreciated that we did not have to purchase our own paper towels, tissues, toilet paper and soaps- something we have had to do in the past with other condos we have rented. The towels were of good quality and we had lots of extras. It was also great that there was an insuite washer and dryer.The size of the condo was excellent for our family of 3 adults. We partook in the resort's many amenities and enjoyed our daily morning walks. We felt safe at all times, even at night when it was pitch dark. The only thing I would say about possibly needing some improvement was that the comforter on the beds could have been a tad cleaner.Nothing too bad, but I did notice some stains on them. Overall, it was a fantastic stay. We would love to return to this condo in the future. Thanks Athena!

It is a fantastic condo with all the comforts of home, as well as a separate wine refrigerator. The view from the outside patio, living room and both master bedrooms was very peaceful. My mom and I enjoyed having our own bedrooms and bathrooms. The location is excellent and very close to Agua Caliente, where my mom and I saw Johnny Mathis. The home was very clean and there is a nice propane BBQ outside for grilling. The owners are very nice and helpful. We enjoyed the UCLA vs USC football game on the 55 or 60 inch flat screen in the living room. It was very nice having TVs in both master bedrooms too! We can't wait to go back! Mark Wakefield

Everything was great, no complaints on property except maybe the amount of large poopie birds on golf course greens and cleanliness of Jacuzzi.

This condo was a perfect fit for our family of 4. We enjoyed that it was close to the front gates and a quick walk to the pool. No one was ever at the pool so we had the place to ourselves. Air conditioning worked great and home was well stocked. My eldest worked on the lighthouse puzzle and we watched movies daily. Everything was wonderful. It's a quick drive to Palm Springs for restaurants and shopping. Would love to go back in cooler weather and sit on the patio and enjoy the view. Athena was wonderful to work with and very quick in communicating back.

My wife and I were looking for a nice quiet getaway from Canada's cool weather and this place was great. The resort is only a short drive away from the airport (northwest end of Cathedral City), yet we did not hear any planes. The Desert Princess is a well maintained area, beautiful plants/flowers. Our condo was clean, had all the kitchen utensils, pool towels, etc. that we needed. There were three sets of patio chairs/loungers/tables along the back of our bungalow that over looked grass and a pond with a fountain (part of a golf course), so we always were able to sit in or out of the sun. The resort has many pools, and the one we went to was a very short walk, overlooked the golf course, yet felt private and was not busy. The owner was friendly and informative as I always ask questions before booking a place to stay to make sure we will be happy there. We would definitely stay there again the next time we go to Palm Springs. The only issue we had was we found the beds to be a bit hard. The owner told us she is planning to replace them. Ed

Our trip had good and bad! First off, the condo was absolutely gorgeous, well stocked with great linens, pantry staples, electronics, great BBQ and living space. Ms. Paquette was very thoughtful sending flowers to acknowledge my mother's 90th birthday, which was the whole reason we were renting this Unit 67-110. However, we wonder if Ms. Paquette has ever been to her unit? I SPECIFICALLY asked how far the pool was from the unit as I was traveling with my parents who are elderly and can't walk far distances over uneven terrain. She ASSURED ME IN WRITING BEFORE WE COMMITTED TO RENTING that the pool was "20 paces literally across a lawn". This was the most important item!! When we arrived, we found the Unit 67110 was not only NOT CLOSE to the pool, it was 150 PACES across the golf course! Needless to say my parents could not navigate the walk and we had to get into the car and DRIVE to the pool. This also meant that we had to get in the car and DRIVE BACK to the Unit 67110 every time we had to use the bathroom. There was a Unit 67162 that was 20 paces from the pool, but other people were already in that unit. She also indicated on the resort map that Unit 67162 WAS UNIT 67110! This was not the truth at all and very confusing! If we knew that the Unit 67110 was 150 paces from the pool we would NEVER had rented from her. We feel we were terribly misled on this MAIN factor as to why we rented her Unit 67110.We also had a terrible experience with the beds in BOTH rooms. My family and I have traveled all over the world and have NEVER come across such HARD beds!! I had to pad BOTH beds with duvets and blankets just to get a little softness. We all ended up sleeping in the recliners in the living room off and on throughout the entire rental period. Also, the oversized king bed frame outfitted with only a queen sized mattress, projected out in the master bedroom was a danger. On the third day into our trip, my 91 year old father hit his shin on the corner of the protruding bed frame, fell face first and banged his hand which was cut and bled profusely as well as his shin! He was extremely shaken up and upset, not to mention that a trip and fall of this magnitude could have resulted in some MAJOR injuries.Due to his injuries, he was unable to use the pool the entire time we were there, with temps hitting the low 100's, This was very uncomfortable for him in this weather.With these factors, our experience renting from her was very disappointing.

Taking into consideration we rented at the end of what I'm sure was a busy rental season, there was a number of things that needed attention. Bedroom carpets needed to be cleaned, one toilet had a broken lid, a door knob pulled out of a closet door. The propane tank was empty in the bar-b-que. The front screen door had a large hole in it that the flies found quickly. The ceiling fans are a nice touch but one bedroom fan didn't work. Having said all that, Lots of really nice towels and everything you could ever need in the kitchen and bathrooms. The owners where easy to work with during the reservation process. The golf course is excellent. A nice grocery store, Starbucks and restaurants are very close by. From the patio the view of the golf course is great but a row of condo patios are also facing you across a small greenway. With some repair this could a nice condo.

Clean and spacious at great location.

Great time in a beautiful spot! Loved the location and the country club area is lovely and so well kept up. New kitchen is beautiful , bed is comfy . Close to shopping and entertainment. Good times!

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful condo overlooking the pond and golf course. The amenities were many - outdoor BBQ, large screen TV, wireless internet, fully furnished kitchen including a wine cooler, two large bedrooms with TV's, walk-in closets and full bathrooms and comfy seating in both the living room and the very large patio. The condo is beautifully decorated and impeccably maintained. The resort is close to restaurants, grocery stores and Starbucks! It was quiet and perfect for a relaxing weekend.

My husband & I spent one week in this lovely condo. It is nicely furnished with updated bathrooms & a kitchen with all of the necessary amenities. It is well located with easy access to both Palm Springs & Palm Desert. We took advantage of the well landscaped walking paths located near the newest of the Desert Princess' single family housing. The pool & the spa are located nearby & it even has a covered gazebo-like structure for shade. There is a nice grill for barbecuing on the patio which overlooks the golf course. Grocery stores are also located within an easy drive from this condo.

We did not want to leave. We felt so comfortable there and the owner made us feel welcome with all the amenities provided. It was just my husband and myself but it is perfect for 2 couples that want to go together as well, because there are 2 master bedrooms at opposite ends of the condo for privacy. Since we drove, I came with too much food from home and when we do this again, I will just rely on Gelson's, Trader Joe's and Costco for dinners in. We wanted to enjoy being outside in the peaceful, warm evenings and only went out one night for dinner during our one week stay. It was perfect for the vacation we wanted. We couldn't be more pleased.
