This was our first time to take a ski trip! The experience could not have been better! The location was perfect. The views were amazing and the proximity to town was great! We would highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again!

This is a high end property with beautiful furnishings and great views. We didn’t know from the listing that it is semi- attached - more of a townhome than a freestanding house. It’s right near the gondola which is very convenient. Kitchen is very modern and well stocked with dishes and cookware.

This was our first trip to Breckinridge. We are from Florida, so we were not prepared enough for the high altitude. Please try to stay a night or two in Denver before ascending to 9600 feet! One of our party members had to return home early due to the altitude sickness. As for the unit itself, it was beautiful. It is not a house, but a townhome, sharing another side with another unit. We never heard our neighbors unless we were both outside grilling at the same time. The beds were cozy, though one seemed a bit saggy in the middle. The linens were very nice. Kitchen had all the spices needed for chili’s and Italian foods. We ran into a few issues with the WIFI and gas fireplaces, but they were fixed immediately and not an issue. Communication with the management company was exceptional. Very responsive and helpful. We look forward to returning again in the future. The location was perfect for us. We were close to the gondola to get into town. If the gondola wasn’t running, there were free bus rides to Shock Hill.

This house is perfect for a winter family trip (6 aduluts, 6 kids from 5-9 years + 1 infant) The duplex floorplan is perfect for large families or multiple families. Every bedroom has an attached bathroom so there are no issues with getting prepped and making it to the slopes first thing in the morning. The kitchen has top of the line appliances and you can store a weeks worth of food in the fridge and pantry. The walk to the Gondola mid-load is mere minutes from the garage. If you are looking for convenience and comfort, look no further!

This place is incredible. You're literally steps from the gondola, the house is amazing, the beds are cozy. I can't say enough good things. We will absolutely be back!

We fell in love with this property right away via pictures so you can about imagine our thoughts when we seen it in person— ALL HEART EYES! We were suppose to have ten adults in our group but two had to back out last minute due to unforeseen reasons. It would have easily slept 13. The house is stocked with just about anything you’d ever need and has top of the line appliances. It was a dream to cook in that beautiful kitchen. We noticed right away that the owners are Iowa State Cyclone fans ... that alone will probably keep us coming back every year! ❤️ The views are absolutely incredible and the gondola is seriously just steps away from the house, and a quick 5 minutes to the mountain. We even spotted a moose on our ride one day! A hot tub is always a “must have” while on a ski trip and this one didn’t disappoint. We enjoyed it every single day of our stay! We also loved downtown Breckenridge. It has the cutest and most quaint shops and restaurants. It snowed all day while we were down there but light, beautiful flakes. Think Hallmark Christmas movie setting! We can’t wait to come back and visit this dreamy town and property again! Thanks for an easy and unforgettable stay!

We traveled with our family which included my parents and my children. The house itself is gorgeous! The real special thing is the location. You are a quick drive to downtown and literally right next to the gondola. It was great so easy to get up to the mountain with our kiddos with all our equipment. We did have a small maintenance issue and the rental company moved very quickly to address the issue. I would highly recommend this property!

This house is perfectly decorated and full of features. But it does have a lot of stairs. And coming from Louisiana to 11,000 ft it’s a lot of stairs when you can’t breath lol. But the house is amazing. It’s a short drive from Main Street in Downtown Breckinridge. It has its own Gondola in the neighborhood. It has some liking in the neighborhood also. House does not disappoint.

Easy to find and absolutely great property.

During Covid we wanted to go somewhere that we could avoid crowds. This was perfect. We only had two couples, so we had a lot of space. We hiked everyday and cooked in every meal. It was a great break from our everyday routine. The home is Gorgeous, perfectly decorated and has every necessity. Would definitely stay again!

Had a great stay in this beautiful place. Despite a very crowded week in Breckenridge, the location was a quiet neighborhood with easy access to town and mountain via the gondola. Perfect for social distancing. Property management was very responsive to our few problems and requests for items.

Home was nice. Would have been nice to know how many stairs are in this house, especially for people with bad backs and knees. There isn't even a bathroom on the main living area. The utensils where horrible, knives would not cut and were dangerous to use. Had to go out and purchase our own knives for our own safety. Toilet paper furnished was like sand paper (go buy your own). The real kicker is that Alpine Edge could not get the dishwasher fixed within an 18 day time frame that we were there so we had to wash dishes by hand for almost 3 weeks. Thats a lot of money to rent a place with the expectation that amenities will work. Will not rent from Alpine Edge again, due to this and their lack of actually caring about our stay. Their replay to me after inquiring was basically "sorry things break"

The property Itself is stunning, great location, amazing view. It would benefit for some more generous stocking - more laundry pods, full bottle of dishwasher detergent, more than a roll of paper towels.

Beautiful home that is located walking distance to the gondola. Amenities at the property provide everything and more you could ask for while on vacation. Great floor plan which allows you to find a quiet place to relax or enjoy the open kitchen and dining area to hang out with all the other guests to catch up after a day on the mountain. Less than a $15 ride to the town center making it easy not to have the hassle of a rental vehicle. I will definitely stay here again when I am back in Breckenridge.

The property was exactly as advertised. The beautifully appointed home has extraordinary views of the mountains and the location is ideal for access to the BreckConnect Gondola. We have stayed at multiple properties in Shock Hill as well as the resorts on Ski Hill Road and this home was by far the most beautiful. The Alpine Edge team communicated early and often and were available to respond to all of our requests. We highly recommend the home and Alpine Edge and plan to stay again.

We really enjoyed this house, which was perfect for our family. Skiiing is always hit or miss early in the season, but it was nice to come home to a well appointed house and the hot tub.

We had a wonderful experience at this cabin. It is extremely close to the Gondola, which travels from the city to Peak 8, and is convenient for skiing/snowboarding purposes. It was clean upon arrival and the property manager was responsive to all of our questions. Will definitely be back!

We stayed at this house for a relaxing girls weekend and it was even better than we had hoped. The house is amazing, better than the pictured! the location was close enough to walk downtown but secluded enough that it was very quiet and relaxing. And what a steal during off season, we will be coming back!

This is a beautiful home with fantastic views and amenities. It was comfortable and memorable. Our only issue was the large taxidermy looming over the living room. Not everyone appreciates dead animals on the walls, so this should be noted in the photos. It is the only reason we would not rent this home again. Please provide some laundry soap, as travelers don't want to spend time going to the store to buy soap. Thanks

Absolutely clean and had everything we needed. The location of this house is perfect! Right next to the free gondola to town or Peak 8. We had no trouble with anything in the house= it was great for our party of 6. We will definitely be back. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!

Plenty of space for our group of six. Views from the deck were better than anywhere else we’d stayed in Breck and it’s a very short walk to the gondola. Lots of construction of other units going on during our stay, but we were not disturbed. Figure this will be a great, lively place during season. We look forward to coming back next year.
