Lovely, spacious home with amazing ocean views. The house was absolutely perfect for our group. Very short walk to the beach, fully stocked kitchen, beautiful decor, even comfortable seating on all the many decks. Can’t wait to stay again!

Property was great, had all the amenities plus fabulous views and location. Suzanne was welcoming and helpful before we arrived. I have only praise for the whole experience. My adult kids loved everything too!

This is a beautiful, oceanfront gem. The house is beautifully decorated with updated bathrooms and kitchen. It has 2 lovely master king-bed rooms with decks overlooking the ocean, as well as a deck on the main floor. You can literally see dolphins swimming by while making sandwiches at the kitchen counter. I highly recommend staying here.

Great experience! The view was amazing and the house was well stocked. The walk to the beach was easy and took less then two minutes. Would definitely stay here again

Lovely townhouse right at the water. Balconies overlooking the water provided both a lovely view and sounds of the waves. You have to go outside for the washing machine, which was a bit inconvenient but worked well. Beautiful space with lots of games and books which occupied our kiddos while not at the beach. Would love to stay here in the future.

This home was PERFECT for our family vacation! Spacious, beautiful, great location, and multiple decks overlooking the ocean. I can't recommend it enough! Suzanne was very responsive and kind whenever I had questions. We will definitely be returning!

We had a wonderful week at the property! It has tons of room and was well stocked. Suzanne was a great host and always quick to answer any questions we had. She also gave great dining recommendations! The ocean views were amazing and the outdoor deck furniture was so comfortable! The walk to the beach took less than 60 seconds. The new 3rd floor air conditioner units worked perfectly.

I’ll start with the positive: the house was clean, property owner very gracious and responsive. Location was good. Kitchen was well stocked. Negatives: the property isn’t exactly what I would consider to be a beach “walk out” - meaning there is no direct access from the townhouse to the beach. You still need to exit and walk down a path to the beach…equivalent of about a block. The house itself while newly renovated in some areas is a bit dated overall. Several of the doors did not shut or lock properly which made for some interesting situations with our 3 year old barging in on everyone. The upstairs TV’s aren’t actually functional or smart TV’s. They are for connecting laptops to stream and the cable provided is not compatible with Mac. The comforters provided more closely resemble thin hospital sheets than actual comforters and heating/cooling was inconsistent between the 3 floors. Overall not bad but a bit pricey in my opinion for what it is. We stayed at a true beach walkout last year for the same price. Could be better with a few tweaks.

Slept 8 comfortably: great decks and views; nice parking; easy beach access; quite location but also walkable

It was a delight to spend a week in this beautiful, well stocked townhouse right on the beach. Many books for reading and games to play. We had an excellent view of the ocean from three of the four balconies (all four with comfortable seating). At least two (maybe three?)of the beach chairs were a bit higher than the usual ones, which were very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful beachfront property with plenty of space. Owner was friendly and helpful. Lots of thoughtful amenities. walking distance to restaurants and shops. Would definitely recommend to stay again!

We are returning guests to this property on Dewey Beach. The owner is always great with communication. Beds were all comfortable, kitchen was fully stocked and the new furniture on the brand new decks was perfect for sunrise coffee and afternoon storm watching. A perfect place for our multigenerational family to spend a week for vacation.

We had an amazing week and the townhome was perfect for our family. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out or gather together for quality family time. We loved being right on the beach and sleeping to the sounds of the waves. The property was well cared for with great amenities. We hope to return sometime soon!

Stayed here for a remote working week in 2020, with some family joining us for the long weekend for days on the sand and nights eating grilled food with cocktails. Fantastic location, amenities and view.
