We recently stayed with 8 children and 8 adults. The home fit our group perfectly. The house was clean and well laid out. We had a great time!

Been having a trip to summit county every year since 2010. This was the best place we’ve ever stayed at!

The place was awesome. 6 adults and 7 grandkids all had a blast. Lot's of room to spread out. The cabin was stocked and ready to go. Great location and easy to get to any of the tubbing and sledding fun. We will book again and highly suggest others to do the same.

Our family of 11 had a great stay at peaceful pines. The location was great just outside of Breckenridge proper in a quiet neighborhood. The kitchen was stocked with a lot of extra spices, baking pans and dishes. The pots and pans could use some updating as there are no large skillets to cook for a group. The space itself is perfect for a large group or multiple families. There were plenty of beds and bathrooms to accommodate everyone. The hot tub was a great addition, but some pool towels would’ve been nice instead of using small bath towels. All in all, we loved the cabin and the fun we had.

Even though there are other homes close by the home seems very secluded nestled in the trees. We even saw 4 moose right in the front yard! It is close to Breckenridge but just far enough out of town for peaceful rest and relaxation.

We were in Breckenridge for a family wedding and couldn't have been happier with our rental. The home is even more beautiful than the photos and well equipped with everything we needed.The property location is excellent, and although we did not need to contact our host Ryan during our stay, he was attentive and responsive to all our questions before our arrival. In addition, all instructions for arrival and departure were very clear. Our family can't wait to visit again!

We enjoyed our stay in the property. The only disappointment is that there was not a toilet on the main floor that could be readily access by most guests. There was not communication with the property manager, but we requested none.

Beautiful houseand location. Everyone had their own space. No extra toilet paper. Refrigerator was not working and the manager couldn't get any one to fix it on a Friday. So for 3 days we had to buy ice and coolers for our food. It was fixed on Monday. Hot rub died on Tuesday but was fixed on Wednesday. Good response by manager, said we would get $ off for the inconveniences.

Overall great experience.

This proves to be one of our best rental experiences through VRBO. It was very comfortable for a party of 10 adults. I would definitely stay here again!

This home is the perfect getaway for a large group in Breckenridge! It is very well stocked with anything and everything you need for a great vacation. The home is beautiful, with a perfect mountain location. Our group of 14 thoroughly enjoyed everything about our stay. We look forward to visiting again in the future.

We rented the property for a family celebration and were very happy with the property and location. There was plenty of room to spread out, the great room and dining room allowed us all to gather, and it was a quick drive to downtown Breckenridge. The home is beautiful and well appointed and we had a lovely time. Check in and check out was very easy as well. The only downside was a few issues with cleanliness. There were quite a few dishes in the cabinets that were dirty when we pulled them out to use them, the rug in the main bathroom smelled very strongly of urine (which made the whole main floor smell until we put it outside), and the mattress pad for trundle bed downstairs was filthy and stained. All manageable issues, but makes me wonder what the cleaning fee is for. Hopefully this was an isolated event. We would still return…definitely not a deterrent for rebooking.

It was quiet, but close and convenient. The home is very well appointed, and made cooking our own meals there very easy, too. If you get a chance to stay here, you absolutely should!

This property is exactly as advertised and worked perfectly for our party of 10. The location is fantastic! Close to town, but quiet and very private. This property is extremely well appointed. Making your own meals is so easy. Communication with the hosts was easy and timely. If this property is available, don't miss out on a great experience!

Excellent house and excellent location, check in was fast, just enter the code at the entrance and that's it, perfect for meeting with friends and family, even for children. The only detail was that my three-year-old son was playing in the room, he got under the bed and came out with a mousetrap stuck to his face, it didn't matter, I took care of it, but when I told this to the person in charge of the property never got a response back, absolutely nothing. Also under the furniture there were remains of food (there were found by the curious kids) Actually the experience was very good.

Our group had a fantastic time with this property. Incredibly close, packed full of a the necessities, massive hot tub, and tons of room to spread out. What a wonderful stay. Perfect for a group or 5 couples + extras/kids. Thank you for everything!

This was a terrific location. House was amazing and everyone had a great time!
