This luxurious house was a perfect for our group of 10!

The house is big and nice. We went up there with 10 people and it was really nice for everyone to have their own bed. The location is a quick driving distance to basically everywhere, it is a beautiful area but very very quiet. Everything was very clean and well set up. The only down side was the property management company has me sign like two different contracts beforehand and give every guests contact information. I've stayed in a ton of other rentals and this was definitely the most onerous process. That being said, there was no problems with the company so I guess it's fine.

It was close to everything we needed and was a great place to come back to and relax after a busy day. Very clean and had all the amenities we needed.

Extremely large house with updated kitchen. Most of the bathrooms have been updated as well. It was quite comfortable overall. It was stocked with pretty much anything we needed. The hot tub was clean and worked. The pool table room was a bit dated with a stereo that still had a cassette tape player. Rooms and beds were laid out well, and fairly comfortable. Needs some blinds/shades in the master bedroom. The light is super bright from the sun, early in the morning. Overall we had a good stay but there were some definite “issues”. While the house itself is great, the cleaning was extremely poor! When we pulled up the gutter on the upper right side of the house is half way ripped off and hanging from the second story all the way to the ground. Kinda gave a bad impression as soon as we arrived. The front/side deck area was covered in pine needles, pine cones, and cigarette butts. There was zero wind and sweeping it clear should have been done before arrival. The kitchen was VERY clean. No issues there. The gas BBQ on the deck was absolutely disgusting! Old food caked on, rust, and the burners didn’t work properly. The worst was the carpet. Especially in the living room, it was covered in pet hair. To the point when you walk across it a few times your socks are full of hair. We had a friend with a toddler visit for a couple hours and you could not let him crawl across the room. My wife is a little sensitive to pet hair so it was not very pleasant for her. Lastly there was some bug issues. It wasn’t horrible by any means, but there was numerous times where you look down and there’s random bugs(mostly pincher bugs) crawling on the floor. Overall the house itself is a good house!! But I must say that the lack of proper cleaning will likely keep me from renting this one again... Please consider either hiring different cleaning people or re-

This house was everything that was advertised. Plenty of space for the family to spread out. Kids were able to go out to front yard to sled and build snowmen. Plenty of kitchen amenities and the hot tub was amazing! Would definitely stay here again.

Very big house that's well equipped. It's in good condition and worked out very well for our family of 10. More beds than we could use, all comfortable, lots of space. The only issue is the kitchen/eating area is cold due to many windows without coverings and a quite inadequate heating vent. The thermostat is in this room, so when we turned it up to heat this area, the bedrooms baked. We found a large baseboard-style heater in a closet, and used that to heat this room; that worked, and we would recommend it to future visitors.

House overall was clean. Did notice mouse dropping in oven broiler. Would like to be advised that some products need to be brought with use. To include soap for shower and foil for kitchen. Many of the rooms only had one night stand and no dressers to unload your suitcase in. Overall, this was the nicest property that we have stayed in over the many years we've been coming to Tahoe. We will rent again. Thank you.

Within the 2 1/2 hours of our arrival we had a call from the Property Management for a noise complaint. Not sure what that was about? Within that time we were arriving, looking over the house, picking rooms, unpacking, parking cars in the garage and started cooking dinner. There is a strict noise restriction it seemed even before the 9 pm posted time. Beautiful house but the noise complaint really put a bad feeling in all of us there when we were not even loud. Will not rent again.

This property was perfect for the 10 of us: grandparents, 4 parents, and 4 grandchildren. We would definitely stay here again.

This spot was nicer in person than the pictures let on. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Plenty of space. Would certainly consider coming back.

Property is in a good location next to Stateline. Lots of beds and space for a group. The house is a bit tired. Missing essentials like shampoo, body wash etc. Neighbor had an eye on us at all times. Again good location and large space for groups.

It was summer time so the deck off the kitchen was perfect to hang when we were around. It is a quiet neighborhood and talked to the neighbors. Said some parties in the past got way out of control so as long as you are chill and not raging at 2am it's perfect. If you want to do that stay at the casinos. Great spot and would consider going back with another family and the kids.

Nice place, nice house

I was happy with the location and closed to Heavenly. The house was spacious, and there were plenty of rooms. The kitchen was equipped with essential cookware, dishes, and utensils. My family loved the jacuzzi, and Netflix was available. My only recommendation is to clean the BBQ grill. I would recommend this property.

The house was in a very quiet neighborhood up on a hill. The beds were made up with very soft sheets and were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and everything else you needed to cook full meals. We contacted the management company about the lack of hot water for showers and they were on it very quickly. It was a quick fix. They were incredibly nice as well. I would definitely stay in this property again. Loved it!

Great house in a great location. Perfect for a ski trip with friends.

The property was not what the description entailed. There were MAJOR reasons why we are requesting a partial refund, or we will be reporting the property. There was NO hot water! The lights in the game room were not working. The pull out couch did not work. The driveway was so icy multiple people fell. There should have been salt on the ground for safety.

We had a great time. Location was perfect right near Heavenly Ski and casinos and the house was spacious. Beds were very comfortable as well!

We were celebrating my Fathers 90th birthday with the family. Two of my sibling and their family stayed at this property. I actually live down the street. I am familiar with this property since I drive by 3-4 times a day. This house gets a lot of use. I was concerned it might be trashed. While it is a bit worn in spots, it was clean and comfortable. Six bedrooms gave the group plenty of space. The LR/kitchen was great place to socialize since the entire weekend was a total smoke fest. You couldn’t do anything outside. They do need a new grill. The one they have is pretty bad. Mgt company was responsive pre check in. We didn’t need them during our stay.

A few negatives were that there weren't enough hand towels or wash clothes for all the bathrooms, or kitchen towels, and no outdoor furniture on the patio except some plastic chairs. Everything was pretty clean, except for a few cobwebs and one bathroom looked like it hadn't been thoroughly cleaned. The biggest disappointment was that the washing machine had broken the day before we arrived and no one let us know. The house is beautiful and the location great, I think the rental agency needs to take better care of it.
