Our family was needing to stay one night close to the cruise ports. The towels for stained and beds were hard as a rock. Pillows were flat and thrift store quality. Faucets were dirty and poor design of main shower caused excessive amount of water to splash onto bathroom floor after each use. Overall cleanliness of propterty was poor considering a $200 cleaning fee after each use. It looks like the cleaning fee is not properly being utilized and no investment in comfort for guests. Location seems very convenient for restaurants and beach. Building is older and reflects the overall age of that part of southbeach.

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was so conveniently located to everywhere we wanted to go. I would suggest parking at the parking garage at 7th street and collins. At $20 a day, it is cheaper than the other garages. The restaurant (downstairs) music ends around 1am so if you want quiet that maybe a problem. It is a clean and spacious condo.

The location of this property was perfect for our thanksgiving break with our teens. Every night we would walk all Ocean boulevard, have dinner and drinks on different places, enjoyed beautiful sunrises and long walks by the beach. Didn’t need the rental car as much as we thought! The host Helena was really sweet and attentive.

The location was perfect! 2 of the 3 rooms are small and the 2nd bathroom is small. They are big enough to sleep in only no walking around. The view is amazing! The beach is directly across the street. We would definitely stay again but not with 6 grown adults. The lady at check in was great!

Very convienent for tourists to stay and enjoy the beach. Restaurant's music is quite loud sometimes.

Property was as listed. Worked perfect with kids and our needs. Would of been nice to have more than one key to the property. With 2 adults and 4 teenagers our schedules were all different it was challenging at times to figure out when someone would be around to unlock the front door at building and get access to unit.

This place was great. Even better than the pictures. The landlord was great and so helpful, in the perfect location, very clean. Would definitely stay here again.

Wow!! What a great apartment! Everything was clean and comfortable. It was great to have the 3 bedrooms aso everyone in out group had privacy. Helena and Lucinda were very helpful and worked hard to make our vacation a great success. You cant beat the location I already booked another stay in July!!

Wonderful location, super close to the beach and everything else that we needed. The apartment, however, was a different story. Clearly neglected, the floors were grimy, the fridge was stinky, the washer worked but the dryer didn’t, the club next door is LOUD until late, and 2 of the 3 bedrooms were exceptionally tiny. There was hair all over the bathroom floors and mold in the shower caulk. The sheets were also quite filthy, even though the owner insisted that they are always changed between guests, I’m not so sure that’s the case. Our biggest issue was the DUST; it clung to the walls, the vents, and the fans. There was SO much of it that two of our guests had to spend the remainder of their stay in a hotel due to allergies. The owner offered to come in and have it cleaned, but throwing the dust airborne would have made it even worse than it already was. She was kind enough to offer some money back for the inconvenience, but the offer (one third of the cleaning fee) was a slap in the face with what we paid to stay there. Would not stay there again.

Pictures shown accurately reflect the condo. It's in a great location with the beach and restaurants just steps away. The building itself is dated but the unit itself has been updated. If you are looking for fancy or flashy, this unit's probably not for you. We weren't at the condo much and when we were having three bedrooms and an in-unit washer/dryer made everything much easier. Our family of 4 had plenty of room.

My family - husband and 2 teenage boys - stayed here for 5 days over the 4th of July. We really needed the 3 bedrooms and extra space, so it was great. Shower pressure was nice and beds were comfortable. Boys enjoyed the TVs in their rooms, for them that was part of the vacation. We also enjoyed being able to watch the show that is Ocean Drive right outside our front window. The location was also great because of its proximity to the beach - we didn't have to pack for a whole day, we could just walk back in 5 minutes. The downsides are that there is very little in the kitchen in terms of pots/pans/bowls. One very large pan to cook 1 egg was not terribly helpful (I bought a smaller one and left it there, not sure how long it will last). We basically ate breakfast in and ate one really big meal at a restaurant later on in the day, supplementing with snacks. So having a functional kitchen was important. Also, while the apartment smelled fine, the hallway always smelled terrible - I would hold my breath until I got to the steps/elevator. Lastly, be aware that a popular outdoor restaurant is housed right outside the building and you will hear the music. We didn't really mind, by the time we went to bed we were too tired to care. They do offer Barbizon tourists a discount. Finally, I have to mention how helpful Helina was in letting us in earlier than the usual set time and letting us stay later as well. She is very accessible via text. Other than my three comments above, we had no complaints and had a great time.

My family of 4 (15 and 12 year old kids) stayed here in early April and had an absolute blast. The place was the perfect size for our crew and the location could not be beat. We loved the feeling of being in the heart of South Beach but in a more residential way. The place itself was a perfect size for us. Both Lucinda and Helena were incredible - from locking in the reservation with Lucinda to the personal touch of Helena being local and helping out with all of the accommodations. Lastly, the view from the place and the restaurant Jalapeño's were awesome. Bottomline is if you want to stay in SB with the feeling like you are more of a local, this is a great place for you.

We had a GREAT stay at this classic art deci condo in the heart of South Beach! Preparations were communicated well and the place had all we needed for 6 comfortably (private rooms) and numbers 7&8 on a very comfy futon in the living room. Great sidewalk restaurant/bar just below our room that provides delicious Mexican food (3 meals) daily. Gets quiet after 10pm, so sleeping isn't a problem. Walk out the door and you are blocks from great shopping, restaurants all around, and even a Walgreens on the corner. There are bike kiosks across the street making it easy to get anywhere on Miami Beach within minutes - and Ubers everywhere. You can see the beach from the living room and the kitchen is well equipped to prepare meals (nice electric stove, no oven, but a good microwave). The housekeeper will provide you with all you need to get started, and you can call her if something comes up (fresh linen, extra towels will be delivered if you need it). Nice combo washer/dryer to help with cleaning. My deposit was fully refunded within 7 days! All in all, this was a very good experience for a family vacation.

This was our first time to Miami beach with my wife and 2 children. Having 3 bedrooms was great. Everyone had their own space and the apartment was gorgeous. Everything seemed new and it is obvious the owner takes care of his apartment. We loved having a kitchen too! We also loved having the beach so close. It was so beautiful to get up early and watch the sunrise and the kids went to the beach while my wife shopped in all the trendy stores. We loved our trip and will contact lucinda to come back to south beach again

WoW!!! What a great apartment- Everything was brand new and it was beautiful- We were 3 couples and the 3 bedrooms gave us all privacy and the beds were big and comfortable. We cooked a few meals while we were there and having the dishwasher was a big convenience. You can not beat this location- everyday we walked to the beach and we were close to everything we wanted to do What a great vacation!! Thank you to lucinda for making everything go so smoothly and thanks to helena who took care of us when we arrived. We will definitely be back!
