We had the best time! The house was clean and beautiful. The hosts have thought of everything. We will definitely book again for next year.

This property was better than I could’ve imagined. It had a layout similar to homes we’ve stayed in in OBX so it was unique to MD. The rooms were spacious and the bunk bed room was a hit with my kids. Our favorite part about the property was the view from the dock, the screened in porches and the kayaks. The hosts were so warm and welcoming and it just gave the perfect start to our trip. We’ll definitely be back for another wonderful stay.

We can't say enough nice things about this property. This home is beautiful with all the amenities you would need-from a well stocked kitchen, to fabulous bathrooms and outdoor spaces to relax and enjoy the views. When we had a questions, it was immediately answered by the owner/host. If we decide to vacation in Ocean Pines next year, this will be the first house we will check for availability.

Absolutely loved this beautiful house! The description and photos are all accurate. The kids enjoyed being out on the kayaks and catching crabs. Will definitely be looking to book this yearly :)

This is a beautiful property. Everything you need on vacation is supplied. The Decour is tasteful ,the house is spacious and can accommodate a large family comfortably. The property sits on a body of water where you can fish crab kayak canoe and enjoy Maryland without leaving home if you didn’t want to. The hosts have supplied everything. including passes to Assateague Island parking passes and treats at the local bakery. This is the place to stay.

We absolutely love staying in Ocean Pines. This house is the perfect set up for the range of ages in my extended family. My sister's family has 3 young children and mine has 2. Along with our 5 kids, we comfortably fit my parents, brother and sister in law. This home provided enough space to enjoy some quiet fishing outside, but also a lovely space to enjoy morning coffee each day. Our highlight was watching the dolphins swim by one morning! The location is perfect for going to the grocery store, restaurants, Assateague, and Ocean City. This is our 2nd time staying here and we look forward to coming back again!

Our family had such a wonderful stay at Ocean Pines! When we arrived I immediately noticed how clean the house was. That made us feel comfortable and at home. The house was absolutely gorgeous (the bathrooms and kitchen were updated since we booked it), and it was a perfect size for 3 families to be able to spread out but still come together. It was so peaceful on the bay and we saw a couple beautiful sunsets. The covered, screened in deck was like an extra room, and we spent a lot of time out there. Also, Ken and Hazel left us a bottle of champagne, chocolates, and a gift card to a bagel restaurant, which I was not expecting! We loved being close to Ocean City but far enough away from all the hustle and bustle. I would definitely recommend! We hope to return!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Ken and Hazel’s place. We come to Ocean City every year and this is the best house we stayed in by far. Ken and Hazel have thought of everything one could need while on vacation. The house was clean and roomy enough for all 8 of us. The waterfront in the back of the property is perfect. We purposely come to Ocean City every year for crabbing and the crabbing was fantastic. We caught a bushel. The kids enjoyed the use of the kayaks and paddle boats. A great vacation house!!
Right on the water, we caught plenty of crabs. The house is great. Kayaking on the creek was easy and fun. Plenty of room for the adults and kids. got a lot of use out of the two screen rooms. Will stay there again!

Fabulous Stay
Incredible property! Beautifully decorated. Kayaks, canoe and peddle boats were fun! We caught enough crabs in the traps to steam 3 times. 2 levels of screened in porches were great! Ken and Hazel were wonderful owners. Very fast response time and were genuinely interested in making sure we had a great time. Don't hesitate to book this property!

Wonderful family vacation spot!
Our family vacation of 9 people (with our 2 adult children plus spouses & 2 adult grandsons plus 1 spouse) was really special on quiet & peaceful Manklin Creek in Ocean Pines development! House is close to highways 90 & 50 plus Casino is nearby. Everyone had a room to sleep in & no complaints about the beds. The grandkids enjoyed the kayaks & paddle boat & fishing from the dock (fishing license available at nearby Walmart). Recent remodeling of bathrooms & kitchen are extra nice. All kitchen appliances are new & work plus there is a Keurig & regular coffee maker. With the COVID restrictions we ate in most nights. Bought our fresh seafood from local fish market. Some restaurants had dine-in or takeout. No one had all-you-can-eat crabs deals. We did not see any issues on the OC boardwalk & saw several police on foot. The 2 large screened in porches were great for us. I had my morning coffee on the upper porch every day where there was a nice breeze. We saw dolphins a few times too! I would definitely recommend this place for family get togethers!!

Five Stars for this property!
Our stay at this property was absolutely the best! It was a family vacation and we had the best of everything...Very clean, kitchen stocked with essentials, screened-in and outdoor decks.
It was very convenient to both Ocean City and Assateague National seashore, which turned out to be our preference as it was not crowded. Returning to the house after a day at the beach was easy with outdoor shower and bathrooms for each family to ‘freshen up.’ The grandkids loved loved the dock crabbing and fishing along with the kayaks and peddle boat to out on Manklin Creek. Ken was very good at getting back to me with any questions I had. Ocean Pines setting also has playgrounds for the young ones to enjoy. Would highly recommend!

Great house, location and hosts!
We loved this rental. The house was clean, with many upgrades throughout. Great views of the river from the screen rooms (2 levels), bedroom and den. We also enjoyed paddling the kayaks and catching lots of crabs right from the dock. Communication with the hosts was great. House has everything you need. Lots of space and comfy beds. Close to attractions. Thank you for hosting us, Ken and Hazel!
