The condo was clean and had Everything needed to have a great trip. Steps to the beach, multiple pools, and a great restaurant. There are a ton of restaurants near by to enjoy.

This property was perfect for my mom and I to get away for 9 day stay. The community features were fantastic- never really had to leave property. The condo had a beautiful kitchen newly renovated. The bed was fantastic to sleep in and it was easy to come and go as we pleased. We had a guest visit and we had zero issues - which made it easy and enjoyable! Would rent again and again! ♥️

We have been going to Florida regularly since 2014. We always stay in Fort Pierce. This was the third time we stayed at Ocean Village. We like it there because the people are so friendly, the restaurant is very good, the grounds are well maintained. Unfortunately we had a bad time in our rented condo. We arrived there and most of the drive way was blocked off due to construction workers roofing. We parked, walked in liked the condo, very clean as described. We began trying to set up the WIFI but the password was not accepted. We then went to the pool where we meet some people they told us that there was a power failure and to reset the modem. We did and the password worked. We then turned on the TV and there was a "No Signal" for both of the sets. After a day and half of calls made to Direct TV, who couldn't do anything for us due to the fact we were renters. I tried writing Serge and it took to the afternoon of the next day for him to text us back. He didn't know why but he would get in touch with Direct TV. I made more calls and found the name of the Property manager whom I emailed. She emailed me back saying the dish was off the roof due to the workers and didn't know when it would be operative. I again reached out to Serge giving him this information. He asked us to stay and wait for a technician who would be coming Monday morning. Monday at 12 noon I wrote Serge again. He then told me, what I told him that the dish is not wired on the roof and the tech would not be there. This is after waiting all morning and not knowing he wasn't coming. A few days later, and no TV yet the internet went down for almost a day. Yes this was not something an owner can do, but when in the condo we had no TV or Internet. We wanted to leave. When I asked for any type of refund, Serge told me "people don't go to Florida to watch TV or go on the internet". I told him we are 77 years old and not the type that would be out any of the night. The internet finally came on and we did stay. Mosquitos were the next problem. Inside his place we were getting bit. When I questioned him about this he said, "Your in Florida". I replied we have stayed here many times and the other owners had exterminators. We found a few palmetto bugs in the restroom. Overall it was the worse time we ever had since going to Florida. He said he would compensate us for the problems. When the TV finally was available, after 7 days and nights.

Adorable home, everything you need and more. Super sweet hosts. The amenities are amazing. You should check out all the pools, the each have their own unique perks.

Older property, but overall in good condition. Had a brief power outage during a storm that messed up the wifi. Was able to reach Serge very quickly and solve the problem. Otherwise, the week was uneventful - just what we wanted!

The place was quiet and tidy. The owner was very accommodating. VRBO needs to work on its customer and owner service!

Nice place with everything you need in a vacation rental. Close to beach access. Pond view in a quite area. I have absolutely no complaints. You’ll enjoy your stay too.

We had a wonderful time at Ocean Village! Serge was great with info for check in, nice one bedroom with all the comforts. Peaceful view of the pond, pool and beach access. Excellent fitness.center too! Can’t wait to return!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. Very beautiful grounds, peaceful and quiet. The main pool area was very nice and the beach beautiful and quiet.

This was a great property to stay at. Serge was very helpful during an internet outage to get someone in to repair the issue. Very quiet area very short walk to the ocean and pool which is very nice.

This was my fifth stay at Serge’s condo. It’s always a pleasure. I hope to return next year.

This condo is perfect. It’s spacious, bright, and has everything you need. Serge is a great host. If you have any questions he’s quick to answer.

Great little condo with all necessary kitchen gadgets and lots of extras. Location is perfect!

The condo was very comfortable and clean. The only problem we had were th no-seeum bugs. They were every where. They were on the kitchen counter tops and in the bedroom. I kept wiping down the kitchen with clorox wipes but that did no help. I bought bug spray but that did nothing either. Other than that our stay was enjoyable. Sincerely Barbara & John Kelly

I’ve always loved coming to Ocean Village with my family and now I was able to watch my kids experience it. We love the beaches and all the great places to eat.

Wonderful community. Golf, tennis, large pool just a stone throw away. The condo was spacious and very clean.

Property was clean and well stocked with linens and kitchen items. Complex is great, nice, basically private beach. Area is very relaxed, not crowded and easy to navigate. Every bar seems to offer happy hour specials. The complex restaurant is very good. If you like Italian, try Lorenzo's, a short drive away. Contacted owner during our stay and he responded quickly. Unit is a bit dated, but everything was good, plus the price can't be beat. We plan on returning to the area next year and will definitely check for this unit availability.

A great 1 BR condo on the first floor . The kitchen is very well stocked and the furnishings were comfortable. A short walk to the pool or beach. Serge was an awesome host and communicated well with us. Easy access to US1 and extremely affordable. Given the location, by several small ponds be sure to pack bug spray if you plan to spend any time outside.

We were new to Fort Pierce but we are very glad we found it. Ocean Village was a gem we had no idea about and our unit was excellent. It was a very simple ground floor condo and was very clean and very comfortable. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked with everything you might need and the appliances were all quite new and spotless. The back patio was small but nice- overlooking a small pond that had a couple of fountains in it. We watched the turtles and birds in the evening. Very enjoyable. The in-house laundry was a nice feature and allowed us to wash our stuff before we packed which makes the arrival at home a little easier. The walk to the beach was quick and was maybe 5 minutes. Every day we carried our own no-gravity chairs but if you don't want to haul your own down there were a few beach chairs in the one closet. The beach itself was empty or close to it most of the time. Very quiet (we loved it). We have been visiting different parts of Florida for years and we found that Ocean Village was a place where we were comfortable right away and loved. We will definitely be back

We enjoyed our time in Ocean Village. This condo is in a great location. We could easily walk to all amenities. The complex is very well cared for and the grounds are lovely. This condo is well equipped with anything you might need. It is very clean and comfortable. We look forward to returning in the future.

Absolutely wonderful property. Everyone we met was friendly and the beach town was charming. Lots to do or just relax in the sun. Best stocked apartment ever.

The property is located in a very upscale community with many amenities. the unit itself is very well stocked with kitchen goods which is important for us as we cook all our meals. While the unit is not enormous it is very functional and nicely appointed.
