Overall the place is good and accommodations for our 5 people were comfortable. The location was really good for us as it was close to a quieter than normal beach which was great for my son who is autistic. The complex is large, yet quiet and well landscaped. The pools were nice too. We even saw a small alligator in the little lagoon just off the back deck.
The only thing I would ask for is updates to the mid floor shower, older parts of the kitchen,and some of the walls need paint touch up.

We loved our stay on Hilton Head Island. This property is very quiet and you’re only a short walk to Forest Beach. We were within 10 minutes of all the restaurants near Coligny Beach.
This community has beautiful trees for plenty of shade. This property has 3 floors with the bedrooms on the second & third floor. Plenty of space for the 4 of us.
The host had stacks of books that we enjoyed reading. The kitchen has plenty of pots & pans, cookie sheets, dishes & silverware you could need for your stay.
The bedrooms are good size. The bunk room had 4 beds, then there was another guest bedroom and the primary bedroom. No one complained about their bed so I’d say all the beds are comfortable. The primary bedroom has a lovely balcony too! There is a porch off the living room with a grill & patio table.
There is a washer & dryer as well and the host left both laundry soap and dishwasher soap.
The host thoughtfully included extra cushions under the coffee table in case you need more seats than the two sofas allow.
The unit is at the back of the property so you can’t hear the road.
The beach closet has about six chairs and a large cooler and wagon to haul everything to the beach. Host provides beach towels too!
I had a ton of questions before we arrived & the host responded quickly.
Overall we had a great experience and everything was as pictured!

We really enjoyed the condo. My teens didn’t want to leave. We loved the fact that everyone had their own bed and that there were two bathrooms making showering and getting ready a much easier process. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed. There was a Harris Teeter as well as 3 other grocery stores close by. The condo is in the back of the complex and was quiet. The beach is a short walk through the complex across the street (there is a cross walk) and down a private path. There were bathrooms right there which was nice as well. All beach equipment we needed such as wagon, chairs umbrella are already there. It was nice not to have to lug all of that down in the car. The beds were comfortable and clean. The grounds of the complex are beautiful and shady. We enjoyed hearing the frogs outside of our window at night. If you don’t like noise just turn the tv to youtube and play some white noise with a black screen, Easy fix. We saw deer on the beach which was a highlight for my daughter and I! And several sting rays. The beach is beautiful and smooth on the feet. All around we had a great relaxing 4 days!

The location is perfect for enjoying the beach and pool after. Condo was clean and well-appointed with thoughtful accents such as games, comfy furniture, & beach accessories. Walk to beach very convenient, private baths on boardwalk are a huge bonus.

We had an amazing time this weekend! We drove down from Southern Illinois on Thursday and stayed until Sunday morning. The property was beautiful, with a nice view of the lagoon. We accessed the beach with the private path, and we utilized the wagon and chairs provided by the property owner. We drove to Harbor Town and did some shopping and visited the lighthouse. It was a wonderful vacation!

The condo was as described and met our expectations.
We enjoyed the pool and the beach. The location was very central and easy access to many activities.
The cleaners had not gotten to the place before we checked in, so it was not ready for us. However, we received a very prompt response from the owner, and the cleaners came quickly to resolve the issue.

The location of this townhouse is perfect for my family. It is a great location and we rode bikes everywhere. The private beach access was great and the house came with a lot beach gear. This is not a good place for small children or toddlers though. There are a lot of stairs and the railing spindles are very far apart. A toddler could easily walk through them.

Unbelievably well stocked....it literally only requires (only add people!) From.beach supplies to spices in cabinets to coozies....beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrella, even a rolling cooler, no need to haul from.home! The only negative comment I can say is "The gentle walk" is six tenths of a mile but I would definitely recommend this villa.

Colleen the host was phenomenal. She answered all of my questions pre-trip and after arrival. Easy check-in. 10 minute walk (give or take a few) to beach with private beach and cabana access (very handy). Unit was in back of complex, quiet, and close to pool. We enjoyed seeing the alligator and turtles in the lagoon outside back deck. Parking was tight for our large Yukon but doable. Cannot park in front of unit. Stairway was a bit narrow but hard not to be in a round shaped complex. Really, the only reason I wouldn’t stay here again is because I prefer to have at least a half bath on the main level and that is just a personal preference and I knew there wasn’t one. Again, Colleen is a great host!

Beach was amazing! Host was always super responsive with any questions we had. Location was good - walk to the beach was about 10-15 minutes. It was nice have the cart and back-pack beach chairs provided at the unit. I would recommend for a family vacation!

The condo was perfect for our family and short walk to the beautiful beach. It was well equipped for cooking and the beach. There were beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys and a wagon to make hauling to the beach easy. Colleen was very responsive. Oh and grilling on the back deck was very nice! Overall it’s a great condo and quiet at night.

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was nice and quiet and located in a great area. The only drawback were all the stairs. You’ll definitely get your in your exercise when heading to and from the bedrooms.

Overall nice unit, toward the back of the complex which lengthens the walk to the beach but also makes it extra quiet. The beach walk is still only 10 minutes and the beach cabana is a very helpful feature. The pools were very well maintained and convenient to the unit. We stayed a month and had only minor issues (refrigerator) and the owner was very helpful and communicative.

We chose this property because of its: big, bright windows, proximity to the beach & reasonable price. We were VERY pleased with our stay.
The property manager, Colleen, was easy to communicate with & clear in her intensions to help us have a wonderful stay.
We rented bikes, from Hilton Head Bicycle Co. (as Colleen had suggested in the helpful manual left in the living room of the unit), for our whole stay during February 2023 & they made it easy to get around. They were great for riding on the beach, too & made it easy to pop across the street to watch the sunrise. The bike rentals were of good quality & the best price around. The helmets supplied in the unit were helpful as well.
The unit was clean & well stocked. We appreciated the clear view over the ponds on the property from all 3 floors. We often barbequed our dinner on the back porch. We bought many high quality foods from the local stores: Harris Teeter, Fresh Market & Whole Foods. We took advantage of easy access & biked to a gym (Breakthrough Fitness) & a yoga studio (Jiva Yoga Center). There were many choices of golf courses & tennis centers, too.
I can't imagine a better set up for our month in Hilton Head & hope the opportunity presents itself to go back.

Relaxing on another level
The homeowner is so easy to work with. The house was just what we needed and the location to the beach was a 7 min easy walk. The pool was refreshing and this was a great location to bike everywhere. Best vacation so far for our family!

Cozy stay with privacy but not super clean....
The grounds were quiet and peaceful. Lots of turtles and little animals! The house is cute and had everything you needed. Cart and beach chairs for beach are in a little closet right in front of entrance (I didnt even look in there until we were leaving. lol) I was expecting a shorter walk to the beach and will definitely stay on the beach next time (because of our situation) but the walk is really not that bad as long as you plan on staying at the beach and not having to "run" back to the house. So do not leave anything at the house! This place is cute! The only thing I did not like was that the pool , pool area, and house was not really that clean and there are some areas in the house that could use some updating. For example: the shower knob has black stuff (needs to be removed and cleaned or just replaced) inside of it. The refrigerator smelled HORRIBLE. I am not sure if the people before us left food in there to stink or what but we almost couldn't handle the smell. I would think that the cleaning people would make the owner aware but maybe not. I was going to get a Arm and Hammer fridge pack but wasn't even sure that would help and we were only staying for 3 days. Overall, it was good and my 8 year old loved the three levels and turtles. Also, would have been nice to have Netflix and such that we could use our passwords to watch. Wifi worked great!

A wonderful week in Hilton Head. A great location with close beach access and a walk to stores and restaurants. The multiple levels in the condo and the walk to stores and beach can be a challenge for those with accessibility concerns. The villa had everything that our family needed for the week from laundry, dishwasher, BBQ, beach towels, beach chairs and beach cart. Thank you for sharing your property.

Long weekend family escape
Although our visit to HHI was short we really enjoyed our stay in this condo. Access to the beach was easy as well as reaching Coligny Plaza and the parks. The pools were quiet and clean. The condo was a comfortable "home away from home"! Colleen was extremely prompt with answering our questions and helpful both prior to and during our stay. Thank you!!

We loved staying here. Great location. Rooms and beds were wonderful and the whole apartment was decorated really beautifully. It had everything we needed for the beach including a wagon, sand toys, chairs, even a couple bike helmets for when we rented bikes. Kitchen had all the dishes, washer and dryer in apartment, books, games, overall many thoughtful touches. Walkway to the beach just across the street from condo complex. Two pools available as well.

Daughter. Daughter-in-law and myself were in Hilton z
Head for a wedding event. Stayed Friday through Monday. Great rental for us. Clean, comfortable and plenty of room for the 3 of us. Close enough to walk to Coligny Square, but suggest renting bikes if making the trek often. Parking is a bit tight. Overall great rental.

Clean, convenient and easy beach access
This property is ideally located close to the beach. It's well equipped with beach toys and a wagon for kids, and the pools on the property are great. There's easy beach access right across the street. The property manager, Colleen, is very responsive. We needed to extend our stay there due to a potential hurricane in New York and even though the property was unavailable, Colleen sent us a listing of another condo on the property that had availability. Overall, we had a wonderful time!

Wonderful location, very spacious!
We very much enjoyed our stay in this condo! We were a family of 5 + Grandma and Grandpa and we had plenty of space to spread out and not be on top of one another. The kitchen had everything we needed for making most of our meals at the condo. Beds were comfortable. We appreciated the beach towels and all of the beach supplies! The walk to both the beach and both of the pools is very easy (even with 3 kids, ages 6 and under, in tow). Great location!
Colleen was wonderful to communicate with. Always responded very quickly! We would absolutely stay here again and recommend to anyone!
Our only "complaint" (and it has nothing to do with the condo, more of a recommendation) was the mosquitos. I don't know if they were especially bad because of the wooded/lagoon setting but we could not walk out the door without getting swarmed by them! Definitely pack your bug spray!!

Great place to stay, close to everything you need beach, shopping, great restaurants.
Easy rental process owner gets back with you in a timely manner. Beautiful area. It is 3 stories so if you are elderly or have problems climbing stairs keep that in mind. Perfect area for biking, beaching, shopping, an eating. Condo is clean and has everything you need.
