Acogedor estilo de casa de granja. Acurrucarse debajo de edredones hechos a mano y sábanas de algodón en nuestro dormitorio principal con cama de matrimonio. 2do dormitorio con cama completa; 3ra habitación con dos camas individuales. Deslice la cama si es necesario. Disfruta de una amplia cocina y comedor alrededor de nuestra gran mesa de granja. Mímese en el baño principal con jabón casero y sumérjase en nuestra bañera con patas durante un tiempo o disfrute de la gran ducha. El baño 2 tiene una combinación estándar de bañera y ducha. Rock o swing su tiempo en nuestro porche cubierto o tenemos la parrilla de gas alrededor de nuevo porche cubierto, de nuevo con rockeros.

The property is a nicely decorated country home. I found it very nice to be away from the city but yet just a short drive to downtown Asheville. The kitchen is nicely supplied with everything you need for cooking and the washer and dryer are very nice which was very handy. The living room and bedrooms have their own TV’s which was very nice addition. I personally had difficulty with the mattress being a bit lumpy along with the living room couch and chairs losing their buoyancy. We definitely enjoyed our stay and believe with some small updates this would be a fantastic 5 star accommodation.

Had a great stay. The location was convenient to town, but secluded enough to give it a mountain feel. The outdoor space was nicely, equipped with swings, rockers, fire pit, and grill. Inside, the house had everything we needed. We will definitely be back and recommend others check it out as well.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Robena's Place. We spent a lot of time on the front porch which had a beautiful and relaxing view. The bedrooms were well furnished and decorated. This felt more like a home than just a rental. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay! Especially loved the framed picture and little story about the owner’s mother. We also enjoyed sitting on the porch having coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening. While there was a black board with restaurant recommendations and some of the top things to do, it would have been helpful if there was a notebook with other information like where the nearest grocery store was located and other helpful information. All in all a great stay and would recommend.

This was our second and say at the property. It was just as good as the first we love it and we’ll stay again. We did have a problem locating the Wi-Fi password however, Sarah communicated with us right away and pointed it out. Can’t wait to go again.

We wanted a weekend getaway to visit Asheville and the Biltmore House at Christmas. The cottage was only 7 miles from the Biltmore House and convenient to everything. It was so cute and cozy, nicely decorated. Attention to detail was given. Would definitely recommend!

Even more charming and homey than the pictures can depict. This is a family home that is obviously cherished, well decorated and maintained. Lots of cottage charm in a very peaceful location with various little spots to relax while also convenient to Asheville restaurants and events. Loved it!

We lived in the Blue Ridge Mountains years ago and lived in an older farmhouse. The cottage was perfect to come back to and enjoy porch sitting and the coziness of the Blue Ridge Mountains. The cottage itself was clean and perfectly quaint! The hosts were there to communicate when needed and helpful as well. It was a perfect place to stay while we were in town for a family wedding at the Biltmore as well!

This property has a wonderful cottage theme and is tucked into the hillside - offering a beautiful view of the mountains from the front porch. It is serene and will feed your soul. The hosts are responsive and the cottage is clean and well-equipped. I will definitely return next year!

This is a charming bungalow with a view of the mountains from the front porch, yard swing and hammock. Everything worked and the house was very clean, the beds were super comfortable, both bathrooms were well stocked with towels, and the washer and dryer were a definite plus. It is a quiet location that was easy to find and close to everything we wanted to see and do.
Hostess was extremely helpful and responsive; highly recommend this rental.

Robena’s Place was exactly as pictured! The bedroom setup worked for our group of three, as everyone had a private space. The kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed cooking together each evening. We did eat out a few times and appreciated the restaurant recommendations - highly recommend BiscuitHead for breakfast/brunch!
The home was convenient to our two activities: the Blue Ridge Parkway and Biltmore.
We had a question about the wifi and Sara was extremely responsive.

Loved this guest cottage! It was just perfect for our small group to celebrate my daughter’s graduation from UNCA. The front porch was lovely and the front yard had a nice view of the mountains and was perfect for hanging out and playing cornhole. It felt like a secluded space but was so conveniently located to downtown and the school. Will definitely stay here again!

We have been renting this property for the past three years. It’s the absolute perfect place for our small family. I rented this VRBO at my wife’s request for a trip to the Biltmore for her birthday. I made the host aware it was a birthday trip for my wife. When we arrived, she found a few Happy Birthday wishes which was a nice and thoughtful gesture. My wife invited two of her friends and they all enjoyed this quaint cottage. It is conveniently located to the Biltmore (about 20 minutes), downtown, and stores from which to pick up various items you may need during your stay. If you are looking for a luxury VRBO this one may not be for you but if want to stay in an older, quaint house that is clean, reasonably priced, and located in a quiet area, you won’t be disappointed.

We enjoyed our Christmas weekend at Robena’s place. It was a bitterly cold weekend, but the house was cozy and warm. We were two adult sisters and an adult niece, who lives in Asheville.
The beds are comfy and the kitchen is well stocked for cooking, which we did a bit of. Since it was Christmas and lots of things closed early/stayed closed for the holiday, we didn’t try out a lot of restaurants. However we had a good lunch on Monday at Homegrown.
The house is near the Blue Ridge Parkway and has a great Mountain View from the front. The wind chimes on the back are a nice touch.

From the moment we opened the door this place met all our needs. We were in town to visit Biltmore at Christmas. The place was so comfortable and cozy. It was decorated so cute-it was even decorated for Christmas! The location was great. The weather wasn't good so we didn't get to enjoy the large front porch or yard. Would definitely recommend and hope to be back to see the Spring flowers!
