Quintessential Watercolor Beach Cottage
Exquisitamente decorado y mantienen en perfecto estado de tres dormitorios, cuatro baños casa en un callejón sin salida en la acuarela. La casa cuenta con un enorme gran sala que se abre hacia la parte delantera porche perfecto para el entretenimiento, una cocina muy bien equipada gourmet, principal en la planta principal, que se abre a un porche para dormir, cuarto de lavado completo, y dos dormitorios con cuartos de baño completo en planta alta. Hay dos sofá sofás en la sala grande y una ducha al aire libre. Ningún detalle ha sido pasar por alto en esta fantástica casa que frentes un parque privado como espacio verde ideal para los deportes de césped familia, bebiendo cócteles, leer o hacer picnic familiar.

We stay in Watercolor every year and this owner was very responsive. House was great and in a perfect location with a beautiful courtyard for the kids to play in the front. We will definitely be coming back for another stay here.

This was our second time to stay at this property for our annual family beach vacation. This home is perfect for our family of six. Location is great, clean, well-stocked and comfortable. The property owner is responsive and easy to communicate with. We will definitely stay here again next time we return to Watercolor!

We very much enjoyed our stay. No complaints. I have stayed at many Watercolor properties. This one was on a private street across from a green space, so no cars at all coming in front of the house. All parking is in back. Only suggestions I would make would be to move the swing bed to the front porch as it is not used in its current location, and put a keypad entry on the back door since that is where you park. Overall great stay and we’d use this property again.

Our family of six adults stayed in this gorgeous home in Watercolor and had the best time. The state of the art kitchen was a bonus, as well as the four bikes that were available for us to use throughout our stay. The owner was quick to respond when we reached out and ensured we had a great vacation. This home was furnished with all the cleaning supplies and extra garbage bags, washing detergent, and paper supplies we needed. EXCELLENT STAY!

Our family has stayed at numerous Watercolor properties and this one is definitely the best so far. It was the perfect layout and size for our family of 5, was super clean, and had all the comforts of home. Eddie, the property owner, was very responsive when we had questions. We will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!!

We had a great trip! The house was perfect and just the right size. And what we didn't realize is that the layout is perfect so the people upstairs don't wake up whoever is sleeping in the master bedroom. Well-stocked kitchen. The washer and dryer are small, but no other complaints. Easy and relaxing, would stay here again. Thanks Eddie!

Overall, we were pleased with the house. Very clean.
The internet was very slow-almost impossible to download anything. TV in living room was tiny and very difficult to find stations to watch anything. We had to change smoke detector batteries because of beeping.
Beds were very comfortable and bathrooms clean.

Our stay was wonderful! Eddie and Kimberly’s house is beautiful and the kitchen and laundry room had everything we needed. Everything was fully stocked, the house is beautifully built and communication with Eddie was easy and efficient. The screened in porch was our favorite spot! We also especially loved the big lawn area in the court in front of the house. My husband and son played lots of catch. Thank you!

We have stayed here a few times and we always enjoy our time. The location is perfect and close to all the amenities while remaining off the beaten track. Lovely home and very comfortable.

This house is located in a very nice community - it was very quite and peaceful. We thoroughly enjoyed the front porch and spent most of our time on it, when we weren’t at the beach. We were taken a little by surprise with the house being 2 stories though, stairs aren’t really toddler friendly, but we managed. Overall we had a great time and enjoyed our vacation!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your home. Wonderful location, it was perfect for our kids to ride bikes and scooter around the loop as well as play out of the lawn in the evening. Another bonus is the location of the Master to the other rooms, it’s not on top of each other so it was easy for our toddler to nap while the others played.

This home was perfect for our family! The location is near the shops at Watercolor Crossing and Camp Watercolor. The beach is a short, but not practically walkable distance from the house. The home is as described, clean with appropriate amenities. We left a few valuables (both in terms of cost and sentiment) behind at checkout but the owner was responsive when contacted. Between Eddie and housekeeping, all items were recovered and shipped to our home. It's nice to rent from trustworthy folks! Thanks Eddie!

This was the perfect size home for our family, and we absolutely loved the location on its own private park/culdesac. The kitchen was lovely, and the front porch was relaxing. The primary bedroom was expansive, and the secondary bedrooms were very roomy! We feel so fortunate to be able to stay in this wonderful home.

This property was really perfect for our group. It’s tucked away in the cutest neighborhood, close to Publix and Seaside area. Really enjoyed the perk of all the Watercolor access…. Parking, pools, beach club, beach, etc. was really enjoyable and easy to use! House has 4 bikes and room for 2 cars, but there are free parking slots throughout the neighborhood to use. Really enjoyed our stay here!

This property is beautiful. So perfectly located. A short walk or very short bike ride to Camp Watercolor. Close to Seaside as well and lots of options for eating meals out. Nice kitchen for cooking in. The house is laid out nicely with the main bedroom downstairs and other rooms upstairs. Each bedroom had its own restroom.
The house was very clean. The property owner responded quickly to any questions. We would definitely recommend this property. A great place to make many family memories!!

This was an excellent house in a perfect neighborhood. Exactly as described and about a 10 minute bike ride from Seaside or the Watercolor beach. You'll have access to Camp Watercolor which is very close (pool with slides and lazy river) or bike to the Watercolor beach entrance which also has a large pool including an adults only section. You can book chairs and an umbrella on the beach for the week ahead of time. This house comes with bikes and is very close to Publix and a bike shop if you need more. We had an issue with the A/C and Eddie had a repair man there by the afternoon. Well stocked kitchen, screened in porch where we ate dinner every day and a porch swing that my 12 year old reclined in daily. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great trip and loved the house. The house is exactly as described. We had 2 adults and 6 teenage girls and we had plenty of room. The location is fantastic and walkable/bikeable to all the Watercolor amenities and main eating places in Seaside.
We will definitely be back!

Beautiful, large house, cozy and family friendly. You couldn’t ask for a better place to stay. We love being on the green in front of the house. Eddie( the homeowner) was very kind and gracious. He was prompt to answer all of our questions and provide everything we needed. We’ve stayed in numerous houses in watercolor and we believe this is our favorite! We will be coming back for sure!! Thanks again Eddie for sharing your marvelous home with others!!

We had an amazing trip to Watercolor for spring break. The house exceeded our expectations. We have two young children and the set-up was perfect with them upstairs and us downstairs. The porches were wonderful in the spring weather. The house had plenty of space for our family of four in a quiet cul-de-sac that was convenient to the beach club, Grayton, Seaside and Seagrove. It was also nice having the grocery store and Camp Watercolor nearby. My only complaint is that I wish the house had a golf cart. We rented one, and were glad to have it but it was kind of a pain to arrange since you can only rent through a single company for Watercolor. Otherwise, we would love to rent the house again. The space and location were wonderful!

Stayed here for a wedding in Watercolor. Great house: well stocked kitchen with Viking stove; living room has a wood burning fireplace; open concept house with 2 nice porches; comfy bedrooms; nice/big laundry/mud room. Everything you need for a wonderful getaway! And the owner was very responsive and accommodating.

We love this house. It's spacious, beautifully decorated, open and a perfect fit for your family. We also love the screen porch, where we enjoy breakfast and dinner each day.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this home. It was everything that we could have needed and the home was truly beautiful. The owner made it a very easy process The only thing that prevented an excellent score was the fact that the home did not come with any bicycles. Which can add up to be a costly expense that needs to be planned for.

I can not say enough about this home. We have stayed at this home multiple times, most recently for two weeks in June. Everything about this home is first class, including the owner. On the rare occasion of an issue, the owner is quick to respond, and follow up accordingly. We have three small children, and appreciate the screened rooms on both the front and rear of the home. The dead end street, and grass area, also allows for safe bike riding and an area for the kids to play.

This home is most definitely a home away from home! It is spacious, well decorated and has everything you will need to make it feel like home while you are there! It is kid friendly or perfect for just a couples weekendn the area is quiet but yet family friendly as well! We can not wait to rent again!!!

The house was great, the owners are great to work with too. We had a girls weekend on 30A and this house was the perfect spot. It was clean, quiet, plenty of beds, a great kitchen, and anything we needed during our stay. I would highly recommend this home and owners when looking at a place to stay on 30a. I'd rent this house again in a heart beat.

Completly exceeded my expectations! The pictures do not do this place justice, it's much bigger than it appears. Everything looks Brand New and is very clean. The outdoor space is Amazing! I honestly could live in this beautiful home. It's close enough to shopping And restaurants for A quick bike ride. A weekend Getaway is not long enough!
