Probably not a better location or view on the island. Now that Breakers installed elevators it is a viable option for seniors. Rooms are small but adequate for a couple. The whole property seems to need some subfloor work and the wifi is pretty weak. Location makes the rooms shortcomings tolerable.

This was a perfect sized condo for my partner and I, great view of the pool and ocean, and direct easy access to the beach. The bedroom and bathroom were a bit small, but fine for just the two of us. We loved the little balcony, having a washer/dryer and all of the necessary kitchen appliances/utensils, and the location. The place was very clean when we arrived and check-in was easy. It was also nice to have the option to add a late check out and have a few extra hours. Would stay here again!

We felt it was a nice condo to stay. It felt central to all areas, and has a lot within walking distance. The condo is small, but a great size for two adults and an infant. By the pictures I thought our pack n play would fit in the living room. It was a bit tight, but doable.

What a wonderful condo! This condo is perfect for a couple wanting to spend their vacation at the beach, on the beach, close to everything. I’ve been staying on hhi for nearly twenty years with family and friends and have rented small to very large condos. This time i was the only renter as my family had a smaller unit. This unit is extra clean, has a great view of the ocean from the recliner to the balcony. The mattress and pillows are excellent, the kitchen is clean with good appliances. The price was excellent for a unit like this in a nice, clean complex. I will definitely rent this unit again.

The view is awesome! Perfect location to everything. We had 1 issue with the internet, callled management , they reached out. We never did get it working, and lost the cable tv for 2 of the 3 nights. But was not a deal breaker. Will stay again

If you are looking for something fancy this isnt it, but it is a decent condo with a clean exterior. There is a standard pool and a kiddie pool that had ample seating and was clean. The walk to the beach is nicely maintained. The condo is small. I wouldn't pick this for more than 2 adults and a small child. I was there with my daughter and sharing the bathroom was tight. It came with all items you need. Kitchen is stocked and some beach toys were there. I would NOT say this was the cleanest place I have stayed. There was mold around all the vents except the bedroom, next to the dishwasher and on the side of the sliding glass door. I understand it happens but it didn't look like it was sprayed and cleaned and it did have a slight odor. I did report it to vacasa and was told the local team would contact me and they never did. I was cool with waiting for them to come and clean it because I didn't want them to stir anything up. All and all I would stay here again if they cleaned up the mold and steam cleaned the furniture.

The location was great, steps from the beach and shops. This was one of the cleanest vacation rentals we have stayed at. The place was also baby friendly, as there were limited objects we have to move to 'baby proof' the room. I would stay here and with Vacasa again.

Very nice condo with all the amenities needed. Lovely view of the beach and close enough to hear the waves. Only hiccup was upon checking in the code for the door did not work. Was on the phone for 21 minutes getting it straightened out. The security officer said that it had happened before with other guests in that unit.

The pros are it had a fantastic view and we loved that it was within walking distance of so many things. The price was reasonable. Also communication with vacasa was excellent. Cons....the unit really needs updated- new pillows, a stopper in bathroom sink, Modern refrigerator , general over all freshening up.

The view first off, is amazing. My wife and I booked it for a long weekend, just the 2 of us. The condo is cozy and welcoming. I think 3 people would do well in the room. I would not use the buck but pull out the sofa instead. We will be back.

Location and view were great. Condition of the condo gave us a rundown feeling. Ceiling light in the bathroom was hanging down, floor by the sliding door/window was coming apart, sliding door needed lubed. There were no cloths hangers in the closets.

Best location and clean! The place could stand to remove a few furniture pieces as it felt crowded with three people. The pool…woof. The pool could use some major attention. We’ve been visiting the breakers for years. The pool looks like it’s in desperate need of repair. Not in the owners control and frankly it pushed us to spend more time at the beach. We will be back for sure!

Outstanding accommodations
My partner and I came for a getaway. We got away from our home but could hardly tear ourselves away from this unit. Clean, functional, great for cooking in …and that VIEW! Bonus: The parking lot is staffed (24/7?) perhaps to prevent rogue parking. This provided us with a concierge of sorts who answered questions, lit our way, provided the wifi password.

The place was perfect for 2 people. So close to everything. Had such a great time. The condo was clean, furniture could use some updating, handle on dryer kept falling off, it was held on by duct tape. And definitely can not wait for the elevator! Lol. Overall though it was good. Can not wait to go back!
