Ambas habitaciones tienen reproductores de DVD, así como la sala de estar de abajo. Netflix y On-Demand están disponibles en el dormitorio principal y en las dos salas de estar.
Hay un porche cubierto en la parte delantera de la casa, con 2 sillas adirondack y una mesa de café, para relajarse o observar aves en el bosque, que rodea la casa. La cubierta trasera está abierta para tomar el sol y tiene 5 rockeros de teca. También hay una nueva parrilla de propano grande ubicada justo al lado de la cubierta trasera. Un pozo de fuego está ubicado en el patio trasero, con MUCHA leña provista. Gorgeous house beautifully decorated. We enjoyed the outside with all the flowers, birds, & deer.The kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked. It is close to a lot of towns. We loved our stay. House was warm with a fan & windows open. Would suggest air-coditioner.

Turner Empire was exactly what we wanted and needed for our trip to visit Sleeping Bears National Park. Great location to the Park, Empire, Glen Arbor and wonderful beaches. The cottage is very updated and has lots of charming and practical decor/ furnishings. It was a very pampering experience. The yard is very private and beautiful with good parking and lounge areas. Owner's are friendly, easy to reach and accommodating. We will want to stay again, when we come back in the future!

Turner Empire is in the perfect location! Just moments to Glen lake, Sleeping Bear Dunes, Empire Beach and the adorable Glen Arbor. This home is welcoming from the moment you arrive with attention to every detail to add to comfort and enjoyment during your stay. We took advantage of the back deck that offers both a gas and wood fire pit, covered and uncovered seating and the lovely views of wildflower gardens that surround the home! We will for sure stay again!

This house was perhaps the best appointed house we've ever stayed in. It had everything we wanted from blender to bug spray and a ton in between. Only regret is that it is located on a busy main street and you can periodically hear the passing cars; otherwise, it's perfect and the hosts could not have been more responsive to our needs.

My husband and I and our 2 friends had a great time staying at Turner Empire! Everything was spotlessly clean from kitchen appliances, cupboards, drawers and dishes to bedrooms and bathrooms. The rooms were nicely decorated with fun fall decorations! There wasn’t a speck of dust anywhere! There are lots of fun activities and places to explore nearby. We enjoyed hiking in the dunes area, a play in Traverse City and a fabulous dinner at Trattoria Stella! The owners are very nice! I highly recommend Turner Empire!!

We loved Turner Empire! What a great place to relax and rejuvenate. The porch was shady on a hot day, and the backyard had great seating for hanging out, eating and grilling.
It was literally the best stocked rental I’ve ever stayed in and we’ve rented many, many houses over the years. The house had literally everything we could possibly want, and made it easy to cook at home. But it was also close to both Glen Arbor and Empire, Sleeping Bear dunes and 30 minutes from Traverse City, Leland and wineries.
It did not have air conditioning, but the downstairs stayed cool even in almost 90 degree heat.
Linda and Bob were very welcoming and responsive - highly recommend this place!

We had a nice stay at this property, but afterward the owner charged us for damage (a hole in the deck) that we did not do. The hole had been present throughout our stay, so it must have been left by previous guests.
We contested the charge and explained our awareness of the hole to the owner, but she stated that she was not interested in hearing from us and would not refund the charge. I feel that the appropriate response in this situation would be for the owner to check with the previous guests to see what they knew about the damage.
We are responsible guests and have never received a negative guest rating for a short-term rental. I would not recommend this stay to friends or family.

We had a lovely stay here! We especially enjoyed sitting outside in the morning sipping coffee, surrounded by the trees. The house was very clean. It was set up well and had everything we needed. This was the best stocked short term rental we’ve ever stayed at. Everything we needed was available, and then some. The space was clean and well organized. Communications with the host were excellent and check in/out very simple, although there was some confusion with the process due to different instructions from VRBO vs. the host themselves for our delayed arrival. The only downside for us was that one of the three beds in the home is a child's bed, and not very comfortable for an adult due to the mattress being supported underneath with two boards that had shifted to the head of the bed, leaving the middle of the bed unsupported. The host had already offered to supply a blow up mattress and extra bedding before we even arrived. I had accepted the offer but didn't see the blow up at the site. My adult son found a way to remain comfortable in the bed, so we didn't contact the owners about the blow up mattress, although I'm certain they would have immediately solved the issue for us if needed. The cost was high for the space, but I put that to high season in a resort town. Regardless we appreciated the late availability of the space as it was worth it to us to be close to family. I do recommend the space to others for family stays.

Everything was perfect for our group of three adults and water-loving lab. It was extra clean and had lots of thoughtful touches throughout-- including garden roses in vases during our week long stay. We enjoyed visits by twin fawns and many hummingbirds. Everything the area has to offer was a short drive away. This is definitely the place to stay if you enjoy scenic views, hiking, birding, beach days, and small town treasures.

Our family had a wonderful time staying in this house. It is equidistant to Empire and Glen Arbor. It sits back in the woods and has beautiful landscaping all around the property, as well as a dedicated outdoor fire pit, bbq and plenty of outdoor sitting space. The interior is gorgeous, well maintained and comfortably furnished for my family of four. The owners are pet friendly and our dog had a great time too! The kitchen was well equipped, there was a washer/dryer and the house was stocked with cleaning supplies. Easily one of the nicest “up north” houses we’ve rented over many years of summer vacationing in the Bear Dunes.

We had a great stay at Linda and Bob's place. The house is beautiful and the the care they put into making a beautiful and comfortable environment is obvious. The many amenities and cozy shared spaces were very much appreciated! We loved the outdoor sitting areas as well. Linda and Bob were friendly and communicative when needed. Lovely stay and we would definitely visit again!
