The garbage disposal didn't work and smelled the whole week. The TV in the guest room didn't work and even after calling wasn't fixed. We were told to watch tv in the living room. The plug in by the dining room table sparked when I tried to plug my laptop in. The bathrooms also clearly needed updated as there was rust and grime around the drains. The back sliding glass door was almost impossible to open, especially for my Mom who has bad arthritis. We will not be staying in this unit again. I also found a huge hair ball under the comforter the first night, I did take a picture of it. It had obviously not been cleaned well before we arrived.

I called maintenance, they came right out but for some reason it was never repaired during the last few days we were there. Both beds in the 2nd bedroom squeak so loud that the person in the other bed wakes up, eventually returning the favor to you. The fan in the master bathroom doesn’t work. No working tv in the 2nd bedroom. Maintenance installed a Firestick but it quit working after 20 minutes. The place just needs a good going over along with some TLC.This was our 7th stay at Courtside and I would definitely not recommend this condo.

Trolly stop was nearby and made for a fun, free, trip around HH and access to other beaches and parks. Everything in the condo met our expectation. Be sure to bring your cooking supplies (oil, coffee & filters, mayo etc).

Impressed with how big the condo felt inside, big spacious common areas. Bed in the master was actually comfortable, which never seems to happen. Lots of lizards and frogs outside for the kids to "catch." Pool is literally right out the back sliding glass doors, felt secure since you needed a code to get into the courtyard. Beach was one block away through another condominiums parking lot. It was pretty convenient, however kept us from spending too much time on the beach with hauling 4 kids and all the things that go along with them. Owners left some beach toys and chairs to use which was really nice! Overall very happy with our stay, we love HHI!

Great location for a quick vacation with the family. This was our second time visiting this year. Short walk to the pool. 2 minutes away from the beach. I'm going to continue to use courtside when traveling to Hilton Head. I would recommend this location for everyone. The only thing I recommend is to have a Television in the second room. This helps if your traveling with children. Overall great experience and location.

Overall we had a good stay at the property. It is a short walk to the public beach access about 5 minutes. Also, the pool was very nice as well as close to the condo. The only issue we had was the previous group did not leave much room for trash and had put trash in the recycling bin as well.

We would love to stay here again! Checking in was easy, we loved not having to keep a key on us. We just had to type in a code. Host left us information for things to do. Definitely recommend doing the sail boat excursion in the evening.
