So beautifully located on the Gulfport strip. Great restaurants with music and markets. Great pickleball just down the street. The Yard was lovely. Beautiful plants, trees and bushes. A deck to sit on and enjoy the sun. A little very eclectic bar in the backyard to sit and have an afternoon drink. Also the front porch was just right to people watch. The building is quiet old but nicely done with everything you need. August, who is host/owner was very responsive and helpful from beginning to end. We will return!

We enjoyed our stay at the Milo Inn. The location couldn't be better to enjoy this funky town. The property is old, but has an updated kitchen and was clean. The weather was a little chilly the week we were there but the space heaters quickly warmed it up. The deck is so nice as is the garden area.Thank you Vernon

Location right in the center of Gulfport is ideal and the deck was lovely for coffee and cocktails. The rest of the place needs significant improvement. The entry gate was difficult and we used our own WD40 to make it more workable. The shower didn't drain properly. Two adults/two bath towels for 4 nights. The bedroom fan only worked if the wall switch was on but you couldn't use the pull to turn off the fan light so you couldn't run the fan at night. Plenty of plates but minimal glasses and coffee cups. The main room A/C didn't work. The place wasn't particularly clean, although we paid a cleaning fee. The decoration is shabby/chic but more shabby than chic. For the cost of the nightly rental, you can do much better. The owner/agent isn't investing enough time or effort in the property.

This apartment has the quaint charm I’d hoped for in a Gulfport rental! Restaurants, shops, music, and the beach are within easy walking distance and the area was surprisingly quiet for a town center with lots of activity. Arthur provided very clear instructions for check in and the rental is as advertised.

We were not disappointed. The check in was simple and the communication was AWESOME.
Thank you for a fantastic stay, truly enjoyed walking around Gulfport and Pia's Trottoria across the street was spectacular, a little Italian Piazza.

Perfect Location
My husband and I were attending a wedding near by...most of the guests staying at local hotels...we like to explore the area.
We were not disappointed. The check in was simple and the communication was AWESOME.

This getaway was exactly what we needed. It is walking distance to the beach and is not far! All four of us were all able to sleep comfortably. The owner communicated with us before and after promptly and kindly. Definitely considering this for the future!

Loved The Milo Inn
We loved our stay at The Milo Inn, a beautifully decorated and charming collage. Everything was perfect and relaxing! We especially loved being so well-located in the beach district of Gulfport. Being among the restaurants, galleries and gorgeous views was ideal. And many thanks to August for his outstanding hospitality. We hope to return!

This Space is lovely for a couple or a small family. It’s on the second floor so if you don’t do stairs, don’t book this. It’s a great area, good food, nice shops, art district, near to easy drives to beaches, etc, but far enough away to feel special. Great place. Excellent host.

Milo Inn
This is a very nice place to stay, conveniently located in downtown Gulfport. We particularly liked the adequately sized kitchen and sitting area. The apartment is eclectically decorated, and everything was clean.

The accommodations were very comfortable. The kitchen has anything you would need. My partner even said the bed was more comfortable than ours at home. Super quiet and peaceful, convenient to everywhere you would want to be in Gulfport. We will be back!

A hidden gem in Downtown Gulfport
We have stayed at the Milo twice now. It has been such a perfect getaway. In the middle of downtown Gulfport, we were able to walk to a number of fun shops and great restaurants.
The accommodations were very comfortable. The kitchen has anything you would need. My partner even said the bed was more comfortable than ours at home. Super quiet and peaceful, convenient to everywhere you would want to be in Gulfport. We will be back!

Great location
I stayed here for two weeks working remote and August was quick to respond and was able to stock the place with dish washing soap + towels when I asked, which really was great. He even allowed an early check in. A few things to note:
-the queen mattress in the bedroom is pretty stiff/springy and I preferred sleeping in the sectional sleeper in living room
-the only bathroom is located in the bedroom which isn’t ideal for everyone if you have friends/family who are staying in the living room

Great little suite for short stays
Charming upstairs apartment-type unit that is perfectly located for a short couple's getaway in Gulfport / St. Petersburg. Easy walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. The unit is small, but comparable to a hotel suite, perfect for two. The owner was easy to work with and overall responsive. The only recommendation I would call out for improvement is with the provided supplies (e.g., watered-down liquid soaps, single-layer toilet tissue, few towels, no dishwasher soap). A few more dollars worth of basic items would make the stay more comfortable, and provide a more upscale feel to a really quaint little property.

In cooler weather, my favorite spot would probably be the private deck with cozy outdoor furniture and overlooking the little courtyard below. The owner was very gracious and welcoming. He even texted me photos showing how to open the gates, and was available by phone for any questions. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Cute little apartment, perfect for the two of us. Favorite place was the deck for morning coffee and evening drinks. Gulfport is a wonderful hidden gem, loved the shops, restaurants and pier.
