This condo is small but perfect for the two of us. It was very clean, nicely stocked, and conveniently located. We love Seabrook island, but had to leave due to a hurricane. We did not get to stay for our full rental period, and the owner was very helpful and communicative. Would definitely recommend! We will return!

Perfect for our visit to the Island for a Memorial Service / Celebration of life for an Aunt who passed on last year. Quiet community allowed early morning coffee in the rear screened in Porch facing the woods! We DIDN'T use the Pool as our cousins have one and that's where we visited the whole weekend. Love Seabrook Island and would have built our new home there if the construction costs hadn't skyrocketed! Now on St Simon's Island, GA.

Loved the property, location was fun for our kids to bike to beach or to Freshfields or Bohicket on their own! Lovely spot, cute deck, and great to have the own little pool!!! Been coming to Seabrook since 1987, so this has been added to places to stay again!!

I was in town for a conference and was surprised at how beautiful the location was! So close to great places like Freshfields and the Salty Dog Cafe, which I highly recommend. Taking a bike around all of the trails was great, as was getting to see the horses hang out near the equestrian center. The unit was clean and all the instructions were on point. Having a washer/dryer when your by the beach is a must and they work great. Had everything I needed. I was traveling on my own and felt very safe. Would definitely stay here again!

Previous reviews by many others staying before us were all spot on and accurate in their descriptions. We also had a pleasant stay at this enjoyable property. Everything was working and functioning but just be a little patient with the refrigerators ice maker. Open pool was a bonus this late in season. Good place to stay for clean and comfortable accommodations!

Great Villa this is my second year staying at this Villia .I find the unit very comfortable extremely clean and of course close to all the things I like to do beach,swimming pool and traveling into historic Charleston.

This is by far the best Vrbo we've stayed in - it's very clean and comfortable. We loved that they had excellent beach chairs and umbrella for guests to use. Bed linens and mattress was excellent; plenty of clean towels that actually felt clean! Brand new kitchen sponge provided. These seem like standard things, but many Vrbos do not do this! We will definitely be back!

Just got home from an amazing 10 day anniversary trip with my wife. This place is so great; a perfect base for adventuring in the Charleston area. First time in the lowcountry for these Oregonians; location was great for a mix of easy island time and a few day trips to see Charleston and some of the area attractions.
The villa is perfect. All as pictured - in good shape, well cared for, and clean. All the comforts of home and everything we needed!
Location is great, comunity pool is fantastic, and Seabrook island is amazing.
Tom and Ann (and John) are fantastic. Great communication and an immediate response for the one question/ need that popped up mid-stay.
All in all, a fantastic villa in a great place with amazing folks that will make sure that all is taken care of.

Seabrook Island 2022
Very nice condo. Perfect size for two people. Enjoyed meals on screened porch which overlooked a marsh area. Pool was across the parking lot and we had it to ourselves most of the time. Spent a lot of time biking on the island and enjoying the beach.

Great stay!
We enjoyed our stay here so much! I was so sad to leave. Tom was very easy to get in touch with and patient with all my questions. Quiet, nice and very clean little villa. All the amenities needed for a weeks stay. Cute little screened in deck we ate breakfast on every morning. Pool was nice and big and low crowded. If you are looking for a beach away from the crowds, Seabrook island is the place to go! Definitely would recommend and plan to go back in the future!

Nice and Quiet!
The accommodations were exactly as pictured and described. My husband and I enjoyed the restful stay and the tranquility. The TV downstairs is basic cable, so we watched some movies on our phones on YouTube because we forgot to bring our DVDs. The villa has two flights of stairs, a short one and a longer one up to the bedroom and master bath. The furnishings are nice; however, a new couch might be in order soon. The villa also has two back porches, one is screened in and the other has a cover over the top which make it nice on a warm day to sit and look at the marsh which is directly behind the building. The kitchen is well furnished. A couple of suggestions - more towels and washcloths when renters are staying more than one night would be nice and a more comfortable chair in the living area would be helpful. The bed was comfortable, and we slept well all 3 nights. All in all, we enjoyed our stay in this beautiful villa and thank the owner for patience in answering our questions.

This was our second visit to the property and it was better than the first time! Short drive to the beaches and sunsets, wonderful area in which to bike and walk. Neighbors showed us true "southern hospitality". Great restaurants and really like Freshfields. Can't wait for our next visist!

Weekend getaway!
We were in the area for a family event. Had never visited Seabrook Island before, but cannot wait to come back again! The villa was exactly what we needed. It was perfect for two adults. The location was ideal, as most of our time was spent off island. We did enjoy the beach and Freshfield Village. The pool was closed during the time we were there, but it was very nice, clean and well maintained.
It is a but of a drive to get to the beach access, but well worth it-the natural beauty of the island is hard to describe! The owners were very helpful and accessible, but we had no issues whatsoever. ‘Til next time! This truly felt like a home away from home!

Wonderful fall break!
We enjoyed a few days at this property for our fall break. We have stayed in the Racquet Club villas before so we already knew the location was perfect for us (tennis players, horseback riders and boat lovers!). We did very little cooking, so we loved being so close to the restaurants at the marina and Freshfield Village. We didn't spend a lot of time at the condo, but we loved the outdoor living spaces, especially the screen porch. Thank you for sharing your property with us! We look forward to returning!

Seabrook Island Escape
I was very pleased with this property during my 3 night stay OCT 5 - 8. Check-in was easy - key was in lock-box by front door. Villa was VERY CLEAN. No issues at all during my stay other than the weather :-( I did get in part of a day at the beach when the clouds / rain cleared up for a couple hours. Lots of biking and relaxing. Very short drive (or bike ride) to Bohicket Marina and Freshfields shopping/dining. This villa was perfect for my short vacation stay!

A great way to meet the Islands
We enjoyed our stay very much and look forward to visiting again. Communication with the owner was outstanding. The gate was expecting us and the owner provided direction to the condo on our guest pass - easy to find and parking was plentiful. We felt safe and secure both in the condo and on the Island - not a riff or raff in sight. The condo was quiet and relaxing - no late night noise from knuckleheads or traffic, just peace. The location is also close to the beach and to shopping. We found the beach unspoiled - just sand and ocean - no cheap t-shirt shops, cheesy amusements, unnecessary noise, or silly behavior. We felt truly blessed that the owner made it possible for us to enjoy it. Highly recommended.

Clean and Cozy
We came to the island for a short stay to watch the PGA Championship. The condo was clean and perfect for the two of us to rest at the end of each day. The community is quiet and gated but gives a beautiful view of the horses when driving into the gates. We will definitely stay again if we come back to the island.
