Two bedroom/ two bath condo beachside on the white sands of Siesta Key's finest
Ofrecemos un condominio totalmente amueblado de dos dormitorios y dos baños con un lanai que da a la propiedad. Somos nuevos propietarios que hemos reemplazado la mayoría de los muebles de la unidad. Hemos actualizado la cocina, el baño y recién pintamos toda la unidad. El dormitorio principal ofrece una cama king size con un televisor de 40 'para su placer visual. El maestro tiene fácil acceso al lanai, que es ideal para cafés, lectura, cócteles y cenas. La cocina recibió todos los nuevos mostradores, salpicaduras, paneles de yeso y pintura. What a great location! Right next to the beach and pools! The condo was perfect for the 4 of us. Very clean and well maintained. Excellent communication with the owner as well. Just be sure to bring your own beach towels. The resort does not provide for them. Not a biggie as we just cruised into the local Publix and bought them on the cheap. Highly recommend this resort and Siesta Key! Had a blast!

We are very happy with the week spent in this condo.
There were six of us and plenty of space.The two bedrooms were very comfortable and roomy for us.
The condo is very clean and staying on the first floor is perfect.
Pool and beach are amazing. We hope to stay in this condo again

This property is exactly as you see! There is so much space in the living area of the condo, the beds are very comfortable, the kitchen is appointed with everything you could need! Just steps from the beach, and overlooking one of the two pools on the property, this unit lived up to the expectations and then some. We loved our stay!!

A very spacious condo. Beautiful beach with white sand. Owner was very happy to answer any questions for me. If there was any problem with anything I just had to tell them at the office and they would come quickly to take care of it

This was a girls getaway and the condo was conveniently located on Siesta Key to shopping and restaurants. Also, the pools and beach were spectacular but busy.
We had one very minor issue which the owners took care of immediately. There were plenty of towels and some sand toys for the grandcutie.
Check in was a breeze and plenty of parking - which - when you have a grandcutie with you, you're bringing your whole house, right?
Loved everything about this condo. Would 100% rent this property again.

We liked that the unit was on the first floor (since I had just had foot surgery); however, you still had to climb a couple of stairs to get into the unit. Air conditioning worked very well, and we loved the black out curtains. The owners communicated quickly and were always extremely nice. The condo is very spacious and updated.

Beautiful ,walkable to beach
It is beautifully maintained , clean condo with all amenities from iron, hair dryer, beach toys for kids. Walkable distance to beach which is what I was looking. This is on the first floor, nearest to office, 4th building from the beach. The owners were very prompt in answering to any doubts .

Loved this place! It was very clean and comfortable beds! Condo was equipped with everything we needed. The check in was process was easy and plenty of parking. Great access to the beach just a short walk away. Nice swimming pools as well. Easy access to stores nearby. Plan on staying here again next year!

Great condo, great location, immaculate property
We have been vacationing in Siesta Key for 20 years and this is our new favorite place! The condo was the perfect size and the Sarasota Surf and Racquet Club was beautiful and meticulously maintained. This condo was in the perfect location on the island in relation to downtown and ease of access to leaving the island. The owners were very responsive to my questions and keep their place up very well.

Amazing stay
First of all these owners are unbelievable when it comes to responding, I hated to bother them with my questions but they always answered and were very helpful! The home is exactly as it looks online, clean, stocked with all dishes needed, and others extra amenitites, wonderful location just overall an amazing place to stay. Hope to come again sometime! Great place to stay!
Condo was just as listed, clean, great location! Right in the middle of Siesta Village and south end of Key. The property grounds were very well taken care of, pools were warm… even for it being 65degrees one day. Loved having all the chairs to use for the beach. The condo was very spacious with comfortable beds. Easy entrance on first floor, loved not having to take the elevators all the time, but felt very secure on the ground floor with kids. The Lanai was perfect for morning coffee and could catch a glimpse of the beach, otherwise just a quick stroll down the bath to the beach. Owners were very prompt in response. Would definitely go back again!

Four adults stayed at this property to attend a wedding on Siesta Key. The place is lovely and clean and very convenient on the first floor right off the parking lot. The hosts were great and the amenities are really superb. Would book this rental again in a heartbeat- clean, comfortable and lots of extra towels too!

This property is great. The private beach is beautiful. I wish we were closer to restaurants, although the trolley was just steps away. We had a wonderful time.

Siesta Key getaway
This condo was clean and well kept. It is part of an older condo complex that is well maintained. The pools were clean and a short walk from this unit. The beaches were clean and not crowded as this is a private beach that is roughly 1 mile from the public Siesta Key beach. There are many dining options a couple of miles from the complex on Beach Rd. and Ocean Blvd. We were able to extend our departure time a couple of hours since this unit was not booked the next day. The people at the main office were very friendly and accommodating.

Had a great stay
The condo we stayed in was clean, spacious and had easy access to the ocean and the pools. Everyone we encountered was pleasant. We had a great time and have already recommended your condo to our neighbor who passed it on to her her brother. My daughter left her iPad in the unit and the cleaning staff found it. The owners of this unit were very helpful in helping to locate the iPad and it is currently being shipped back to my daughter. Thank you…We will be back!

Wonderful stay at Siesta Key! Thanks again for a first rate condo. We rarely stay any one place more than once, however, your condo is perfectly appointed to suite our family of 4. Very clean condo with direct access to the beach. You don't have to deal with the hassel of driving to the beach and if you want to stop back for lunch or to use the bathroom, you're only steps away. Highly reccommend!
